Where to begin? Is this a franchise? Counter staff dressed in pajamas and eating dinner at the front desk?
No water in the bathroom sink and water to the toilet turned off. I turned it on.
Breakfast? Since we seemed to be the only guests there was stale cereal and hard bread for breakfast. I was going to make a toast but the bread was rock hard. No waffles, coffee. Orange juice was good. Room was clean and warm. Won’t stay again. Sorry.

Photos on website were stock and not of actual location. Parking lot had no lights in parking lot which made it dark. Room was nice but house keeping never came in to clean, empty any trash, or bring clean towels. We were there 4 days. Breakfast was very disappointing. All they offered was waffles, cereals that were left in jar and on the counter 24 hrs a day, and a few slices of bread to toast. 3 or 4 butter packets and 2 jelly packets. A small pitcher of OJ and Milk with some coffee. Not the breakfast options expected to have when it is advertised that they offer breakfast.

We stood in line for almost 30 minutes waiting to check in. The woman at the desk didn't know how to log onto the computer. Finally, another employee showed up and got us checked in. Once in the room, there were no sheets on the bed. They were all piled up on the chair. They told us someone would be there shortly to make the bed, but we wanted another room because we were not sure this one was clean. I. The new room, the curtains would not close . The breakfast consisted of waffles, toast and cereal.

The girl at the front desk when we checked in was dressed sooo unprofessionally. She had a midrif shirt, sweat pants sitting low that showed her thong hanging out, talking on the phone with old food containers sitting on the counter. Im embarrassed for you all if this is who you want to represent your brand for check in. Under the toliet lid was dirty on the rim of the toilet sink and the air conditioner was loud as a freight train when running. Three positives were the room was big and it was nice to have the extra seating area. The price was good and the beds werent terrible.

Room was dirty. Had mysterious stains and the toilet was constantly running water. I had my door knocked on at MIDNIGHT to ask for a cable box in my room for another guest! Completely unacceptable. Front desk was rude and not helpful. When I went to check out I somehow wasn't in the system yet I checked in the day before? 0/10 do not recommend, take your money elsewhere.

The room was pieced together with old furniture from somewhere. There were cigarettes holes on the comforter and sofa.
The toilet seat did not fit the shape of the toilet.
We had clothes to swim but the pool had no water.
The mattress was the worse! It was sunken in at the center and we woke up with back pain.

The center table was chewed up and there was a smell of dog urine in that area. The toilets look dirty. Fire alarm went off several times waking us up. The pool is drained out.

First and last time making reservations at this Quality Suites. My older son and I stayed at Quality Suites in Huntsville, TX for the SHSU Family weekend to visit my younger college kid. I had 2 queen bed reservations to check in on Friday to check out on Sunday. The key room was not working on Friday night not once but twice. So I was moved to another room with the wrong bed. I was ready to check out but I was threatened by a manager over the phone for fees I was not willing to pay for someone else’s lack of planning. Saturday afternoon the room key was not working on the 3rd room that I was moved to. While resting on the Saturday afternoon, a male employee came in trying to take the TV. I didn't request anyone to come into the room and take the TV. It was a terrible experience one after another. The pool was empty and dirty. No wonder not many people stayed in this location.

I stayed here this past Saturday night, and unfortunately, the experience was very inconvenient. I had to be moved to three different rooms by staff because of multiple issues — one room had no air conditioning, another had no working TV, and the last one I ended up in had no hot water.

The exterior of the property was also in poor condition, with construction going on, grass torn up, and nails scattered across the parking lot. To top it off, there was a bug in the bathtub when I went to shower.

Overall, this stay was far below expectations. I would not recommend this location until major improvements are made to both the rooms and the grounds.

I can not believe a reputable company like Expedia would even have this property on its website. Driving up it looked abandoned the building was filled with mold on the outside and the room was old and had cockroaches. I specifically wanted a hot breakfast and a pool which they had none. It was my car and the front desk clerk car in the parking lots all night. The place is abandoned. The elevator did not even have a safety inspection. Nothing like the website showed. The beds were old and the room was creepy as the empty halls. I need a refund. I had my granddaughters with me and that was so embarrassing. Horrible experience for us!!

I am beyond disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We had booked two rooms, and both were absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the place was nothing like what was advertised. The bedding in both rooms had visible stains on the pillows and sheets, which was disgusting and completely unsanitary. To make things worse, several of the lamps didn’t work, leaving the rooms dim and feeling neglected.

The staff was unfriendly and completely unhelpful. When it was time to check out, we couldn’t even find anyone at the front desk. We waited and searched around with no one in sight — it was like the place was just running itself with no accountability.

And then there was the pool, which was an absolute disgrace. It was filthy, poorly maintained, and looked more like a swamp than something a guest should feel safe using. It was clear no one had taken the time to clean or care for it in a long time.

The most frustrating part of all this is that the pictures online were incredibly deceiving. They showed clean, modern rooms and a sparkling pool — a complete misrepresentation of the actual conditions. This was a major letdown, and I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a waste of money and a terrible experience from start to finish.

The first room the tv didn't work. Everything was unplugged, after I plugged everything in, it still would not work. We were moved to 2 more rooms before getting a working tv and even then they let us borrow their parlor tv remote. Hotels with no working tv in the rooms? Swimming pool was empty and full of trash. They had no hot water running they keep saying they were fixing it but notging i had a 2 day stay we had to shower with extremely cold water and they did nothing to compensate me and my family. They also had cockroaches in the room especially in the restroom. We were also very disappointed they did not have the pool in good condition like they have in the pictures it had no maintenance completely unusable.This was the worst stay i have ever been too. Booked one night stay. Exterior was dirty. Grass not cut. Structure walls dirty with what looked like black dirt win off stains from roof. Front entrance door was broken. Receptionist had on a dirty and stained shirt. I could see her underwear because her shirt was too small. Elevator was dirty and smelled like sweaty armpits. Room was nice and large. Bed was comfortable. NO HOT WATER! I showered with lukewarm water. Ive stayed at his hotel before about four years ago and this hotel was decent then. Not sure what has happened to this property. It would be a really nice place if the owners would invest and take the time to clean it up and bring it back to life! Disappointed to see how it’s gone down!

This was the worst place we have tried to stay at! There were no cars should have been our first clue something was not right! We checked in and went to our room on the second floor. The door was ajar & wouldn't shut without lifting up on it. The room was nice but when we tried to take a shower, there was no hot water! I went to the front desk & was told the maintenance man would be called. 15 minutes & nobody showed up. We left and found a different room! The pool was also not full of water & had green on top of it.

Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was great. The contractor was great and filled with great information.
The room at first glance nice size from a glance it looked nice and clean. I did find a few issues the couch was dirt with crumbs and the mini fridge hate dead baby roaches. I did include pictures. The remote didn’t work the batteries were corroded inside.

This was the most HORRIBLE experience my family has had at a stay through expedia and was NO help we i called for help to tranfer to snoth location after arivinf here to NO staff the contractor che ked me in at 3 at 11pm i was locked out of my room went down and people atanding waiting for someone to show up stood there 15 minsute then stated hollaring down the hall and there comes the contractor gave me a new key helped the others. My first night the male staff accused my child of playing with the broken exit sign on the ground. He told my child you don't belong here. My child was respectful to the staff. I have stayed here three times now, and each time it seems worst. There was no hot water, it was cold water only for some reason. The attendant was not available for help. We were one of two guests at this hotel. It could be a very nice hotel, but was in great need of some maintenance and repairs. They offered breakfast, but was really toast with no butter and waffles. That was it! I would not call that breakfast. The room was fine but very outdated. The pool was a swamp and you could not access any doors but the front entrance.
Not worth the price we paid. I chose this hotel because the pictures looked nice and they offered breakfast. The breakfast was nonexistent!

When we arrived to check in around 4pm, we were told that the Fire department had closed the hotel (that morning) for unknown reason. What upset me was they NEVER notified us until we got there to check-in. We were in town for College family weekend, so you can imagine how difficult this was going to be. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to find another hotel and ended up having to get one in Conroe, plus pay $50 additional.

First, they didn’t have a key to open up my room had to go down to the lobby three times finally she came and open it with her master key the place stank like vomit. We had no TV because there was no Internet. There was no towels in the restroom had to go down to lobby again for the fifth time to get some towels, the place is a dump. This property lack maintenance and the basic necessities that are typical in the hotel industry. Upon check in, I was checked in a room with two light bulbs out, no towels in the room, no internet service and roaches crawling around in the room. When asked about having the light bulbs replaced I was told that I would have to wait until the next day when maintenance came in.Well, I was there two days and when I checked out today, those light bulbs still had not been replaced. After checking in I went up to the front desk to address the towel and internet issue and was told that there were no clean towels at the moment and some had to be wash. So, I asked the man to please bring me towels when he got some clean, so about midnight he brought me a set of towels. Then Saturday I went out for about six hour and came back to my room where the trash had been emptied but no towels, so after chasing down housekeeping I finally got towels. The internet was no working during my whole stay per the front desk staff. I am not sure if the just didn't want guest to use it, but I decided to try and connect anyway and was able to connect to the option that said choice hotels. I informed the front desk about the roachesthat were crawlingin my room, but they basically offer no response. I killed two in the bathroom and obe crawling near the TV and another crawling on the back of the chair by the desk, it came crawling out while I was sitting at the desk trying to eat. I will not stay there again

Needs improvement

Too much chemical for cleaning was burning my eyes. It’s summer and the pool was moldy and full of debris. The breakfast was a LOT to be desired! Coffee was terrible and only had powder creamer. The lights didn’t work, the room was dark. The window unit barely worked.

Was able to check in only after having to pry the front door open that should have been the sign. We decided to park in the back because it would be closer and less travel. The outside door had a rock holding it open because the card reader was broken. When I say broken I mean live wires hanging out easily accessible for little kids to grab. The carpet in the halls were nasty and had food all over them especially on the 3rd floor. We then got in our room and discovered the counter surfaces had not been wiped down. The couch and floor had sticky residue on them and there were no trash bags in the trash cans and food left in the fridge. There was also 2 remotes in the room for the tv which neither worked. I walked down to the front counter and after 10 minutes gave up on trying to complain to someone in person. I would like to think the bed was clean but just in case our family slept fully clothed just in case. We loaded up to leave first thing in the morning and found waffles and bread the only options… well there was bananas so green you couldn’t eat them. That’s when I glanced outside and saw the pool. I’ve seen Galveston water cleaner than that pool. Also the person that helped us at the front desk…. Pajama bottoms, sweatshirt and flip flops. Needless to say I would not recommend this place and will be asking for a refund.

Room was good they need to be at front desk not running around to figured out what is done onr not done they need more staff that knos what is going on not trying to run on a skeleton crew to save money
