The hotel is fairly nice, modern, just a bit dated. Rooms are kept well. Just sound proofing is not that great. You get free Korean style spa ticket which we enjoyed. Free morning breakfast is okay (I'm a Marriott member and it's somewhat comparable to that).

The hotel was clean with great service and accommodations. The gym was large, clean with a nice weight room. The room, while not large was clean and modern. The restaurant had a nice selection of foods and service was very good. The only two issues that brought the rating down for me was the location and the staff not speaking English. The hotel is downtown and difficult to access and located without alot of \"things to do\" options.

Very good hotel. Very clean and excellent service. However, no restaurant in the hotel. Dined in a very nice local Korean eating place just diagonal to the hotel, across the traffic junction, that was recommended by the reception: sit in floor and dine on low tables, very tasty authentic Korean fare, and excellent prices. But they don’t speak English. So it is best to ask hotel reception to help by writing on paper, e.g. if you would like rice/noodles/seafood/beef/pork, etc.

Decent for the Price in Jinju
Newish facilities, but for some reason, the bathroom (toilet area) really smelled bad even though they fixtures were new--could be the pipes. They turned off the air for the season, so the room was very hot in early November, and the window was too small to circulate cool air from outside. But overall, a decent place to stay in Jinju for a short visit.

We were in the Youebi Hitel which was a total disaster. Grateful that we could get a room at J Square. Further away from the Lantern Festival area ... but clean & safe!!

i did not enjoy this stay. The room was too hot and I was unable to turn the temperature down due t a broken thermostat. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were polite and rooms were clean, but that is all irrelevant when you are unable to sleep due to uncomfortably hot rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It's a brand new facility so everything in the rooms was in great condition, and even the bathroom was very spacious! The beds were very comfortable, and despite having the aircon on all night, the air in the room was not super dry as it is in many (if not most) other hotels. It was also perfectly spotless, another rare occurrence even in the best of hotels.
If one thing could be improved, was the breakfast buffet. It was only 10,000 won per person and children were not charged so it was ok, but the selection of Western food especially could be improved. When we go back, we'll try the coffee shop at lobby level instead of the 6th floor.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room seemed to be new and the view was nice. We had complementary water in our room. Unfortunately, it was very dirty. We have found trash from the people who lived there before and asked the staff to clean it. It has been removed but not cleaned. It was OK but not very komfortable.

O ar condicionado do quarto é muito ruim. Vento em cima da cama e fica ligando e desligando a noite toda. Fica muito frio ou muito quente. Nao consegui dormir direito por causa disso. 다만 청소를 잘 안하시는거 같습니다.
3일 묵으면서 첫날에 생긴 검정색 발자국이 마지막 나가는 날 까지 남아있더라구요.
화장대바닥에는 먼지가 돌아다녔어요.
수건은 조금 오래 사용하신듯한 올 나감이 많이 보였습니다.
마지막날 컨디먼트도 박스만 있고 안에 빗, 치약 그리고 발 수건은 채채워두시지 않으셨더라구요
그래도 조식이 괜찮고 헬스장도 있어서 좋았습니다.

4인가족 침대방이 없어서 온돌방으로 했는데 바닥에 펼치는 요가 얇아서 등이배겨 잠을 거의 못잤음. 요의 두께를 높이던가 접이식 매트리스등으로 하는것이 좋을것 같음.
