Stayed here as we were attending a wedding close by, front desk let us check in early so we could drop our bags in and freshen up before the short drive to the wedding venue. Breakfast choice was great and the service was good also.

Staff were excellent, check in and out so quick and easy. Good breakfast in the morning. Room done the job, clean, comfy bed. Im not high standards thats all i want in a hotel room. Can be a bit noisy in the morning if you have a room at the front of the building but thats not the hotels fault its on a main road connecting to Armagh city and beyond. Would stay again.

On first impressions the hotel was excellent, unfortunately late night noise from what I think was staff taking empty bottles out, laughing & talking.
What really got to me was having to have a cold very poor pressure shower for 2 days in a row, first morning this was reported to girl at the reception, she informed me that management knew about this and suggested maybe using a shower in another room...duhhhhh, I then spoke with the receptionist in the afternoon who stated that they where aware of the issue but we can get maintenance to have a look, maintenance came along, turned the shower on then ran the hot water in the sink...hmmm, he then stated that the issue was in the wall that the shower had been connected to the wrong pipe, it was connected to a warm pipe and not a hot pipe....duuhhhh still trying to work that one out, anyway he disappeared saying he would be back, surprise surprise he did not come back, following morning another cold shower, spoke with reception again when settling my bill I did mention what would they do if I paid £50 less due to 2 x cold showers, I was told they would not be happy......trust me I am not happy either, dont think I will be back, this is a shame as this bad experience has let the whole hotel down.

Appealing inn in village setting. Enjoyed a satisfying and beautifully prepared dinner after a long day on the road and sightseeing, and found our room a quiet and clean and restful retreat.
The staff was uniformly excellent and made their American guests feel entirely welcome and at home.
Our reasonably priced room was bit small, and the bed itself, a European double so itself a bit small for me, had a puffy mattress cover with rounded edges that forced one toward the middle- we found ourselves missing our firm queen bed at home. But this is nitpicking. It was a great experience. We would love to come back!

Didn't enjoy the stay sadly. Dinner wasn't great. Breakfast was better but eggs overcooked. Small soft bed, squeaky floor, noisy plumbing and tiny tv with awful picture. Worst thing was the shower, which was woefully weak!! Expected better

I arrived much earlier than check in time of 3pm. As soon as my room was cleaned i was allowed in. A good hour early. Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Minor niggle was there was no easy place to work in the room. But thats just me. Dinner and breakfast was very nice. Overall a very good stay.

our stay was ok, we were woken up in the morning at 8:30 with the fire alarm going off. Staff did not know how to operate it. Another guest had to turn the alarn off. We had food in the restaurant and it was just ok. We seen food being sent back, when we spoke to the customer, she explained tye chicken was raw.

My bathroom light was full of dead wasps. I spoke with reception twice and they still wasn't removed. My room at some point was an interconnecting room but has since had a wardrobe pushed against it. You could hear everything from the connecting room to the point I could hear the TV word by word. Every cough and every sneeze was like someone being in my room. The first night I had to listen to my neighbours snoring all night so had no sleep. My second evening from 11pm I had to endure my neighbour being sick, yes being sick. Heard everything multiple times plus the spitting. It was like they were actually in my room. Worst 2 nights hotel stay I think I have ever had. On a plus side the night porter who sorted early breakfast was lovely and our evening meals were good

Stayed 2 nights here for business meetings in the area. Room had extremely squeaky floorboards, a tired and dated shower room with fixed shower head (pet hate!) and a small TV. Mattress was so soft I thought it was a water bed! Most the staff were very friendly, but service a bit slow at times. Evening meals very average, breakfast great! Free parking outside and it's a quiet place. Overall it was OK for a couple nights.
