Very comfortable stay with lovely, friendly staff (shout out to Mandy). Great bed, great shower, great food. Couldn't ask for more.

Good hotel on outskirts of Portadown
We were staying at hotel to attend a function elsewhere in the area. The staff were helpful and friendly and we were given an upgrade to executive suite. The check in staff member handled a situation very well when another guest interrupted during our check-in. The hotel was clean and comfortable with good facilities.

Room 202
Not really the hotels fault but there was a sewage smell coming from our bathroom. We were only staying one night and so told them when we left. Staff we all helpful.

MUST GO HERE
The bed comfort was great! I would definitely recommend going here in Jpark My kids loves the waterslides especially the white and orange one.
Joanne
Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Daniel
The customer service was exceptional and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. All requests before arrival were dealt with before arrived. Room was amazing and exceptionally clean. The hotel itself was immaculate and there was a good selection of food and drink. The gardens were well kept and beautiful. I would highly recommend and have boo a further satay here already
geoffrey
Spacious rooms comfy bed and good food
Terry
Always check direct with the hotel for current offers. Sometimes you can save £100 a night going direct. You can't do anything about it if you have booked though a third party.

Excellent stay
Excellent stay, first class facilities with friendly and helpful staff. Well priced restaurant and bar, easy parking.
Josh
Decent but disorganized
Hotel is nice. Restaurant was good, espresso martini cheesecake is amazing!!! Ended up being there on a night that they had a boxing match at the hotel. The employees were very disorganized and scattered. No one seemed to know anything. People who were staying at the hotel couldn’t even get in for dinner. People next to our room were loud and rowdy all night, running through the hallways. So just be mindful that the weekends can get wild.
Anthony
Nice hotel but not a fan of having to pay 20GBP to check in a couple hours early.
William

Liked the property, was there for an event. The bar upstairs is excellent and cost with a good atmosphere.

Seagoe Hotel - Portadown
Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was really nice, balcony bar really cosy. Only complaint is there was no rooms available with a bath.
Robina
Friendly and helpful staff from front of house to waiting staff. Warm welcoming atmosphere and a busy buzz . Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.
Paul
Nice hotel, large warm room, comfy bed, lots of food/drink options. Only slight downside is breakfast doesn't start until 07.00 which is quite late.
Russell
Friendly staff
Nice hotel with friendly staff. The service was great and the room was a great size and very comfortable. My only negative is the very slow wifi speed in the hotel making it almost impossible to work from my room.
Alison
Very Good Service. Very Good Hotel.....
Robert
Easy to find, large well lit car park. Reception friendly and efficient. Long(ish) walk to room, but room itself high quality and comfortable.
Dinner excellent, good range, tasty and staff helpful and attentive.
Breakfast more limited and some delays (more staff needed?).
But would recommend and use again.

Poor night's sleep
Hotel is nice. Breakfast is ok. Service is slow. Rooms are a good size. We had a camp bed in our room. It was very small and not very comfortable. They had no spare pillow to give us! The corridors were very noisy at times at night. Beds themselves were very firm. Unfortunately poor night's sleep were had by all. Corridors had a very unpleasant smell
May Mc
Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Pleasant helpful staff on reception. Great variety of dishes on breakfast menu.

Recommend this one!
Highly recommended. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bathroom was really good with a great shower and a shelf for personal stuff. Restaurant was also very good.
Miriam
Excellent location, friendly helpful staff and clean comfortable room. Food choice good for Vegetarians & Vegans and delicious.
Only downside was no EV charging facility.

Few issues with booking, but promptly sorted out to a great outcome. Very pleasent staff.
Steven
Great Hotel, food excellent service 1st class especially Romeo behind the bar he could not do anymore to help make a remarkable stay
Robert
Very comfortable stay, plenty of safe Car Parking, The food was great and the room very large and comfortable.
Roger
Room was a good size, comfortable bed, good breakfast and Katarina on font desk was very professional
Negatives were a broken window which meant we had to move to another room, indicating that no-one had checked or cleaned around the window area.
The evening meal in the restaurant was terrible and to pay 15.95 for a Chicken Caesar salad which was like a starter was a rip off. Generally the place needs an upgrade as the carpets were worn and there was a slight lingering smell throughout the 1st floor

Seagoe visit
Good hotel, clean and comfortable, efficient staff. Easy book in with lovely receptionist. Only thing there were no feather pillows available, but that was only a minor point. Would book again
Verified traveler
I know the Seagoe to be more than what it currently is. Understandably as with many places following Covid the hotel is struggling with staff. It needs a polish and shine overall. Having said that the food was very good and service wasn’t bad
John
Excellent
Very nice. Much improved from the last time I stayed abiout four years ago. Very nice stage, gtreat food and spacious comfortale room.
Andrew
Nice hotel and friendly helpful staff. Shame there is no longer a gym there as this is no a bar!
Claire
Good location for family.
Lovely location central to both Craigavon and Portadown, beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Family of 4, slight issue with beds in room for 4 person stay. Triple room with no 4th bed, no option highlighted on booking to get either an adjoining room booked or a camp bed which was £30 extra per night. Wasn’t accommodated by staff on this issue so we improvised and rearranged the room. Room was set for 2 people sharing and not 4. Towels, cups, glasses all set for two. Room was not fully cleaned, left overs left on floors from previous guests. However it was a pleasant stay, staff in breakfast/restaurant and bar staff were more than pleasant. Front of house would need some work on people skills. Compated to other hotels i have stayed in where we felt at ease and at home, this was far from that type of apporach from desk staff. Great location for family with young children as pleanty to do in surrounding areas. However children were told off for exploring quietly along corridor in hotel. People skills needs addressing. Overall a lovely place. Breakfast menu was amazing.
Liz
Excellent
We totally enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is finished to a high standard and the new coffee dock looked fab (it wasnt open the day we were there). The bar has a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
Diane
This is clean and pleasant hotel, but perhaps a little soulless. There are clearly a number of people staying on business or at a conference. We chose it as a base for 2 nights from which to visit other destinations,

Nice short stay for business in area
Large, quiet comfortable room with nice bed and great shower (rain). Balcony bar dinner was great and breakfast was relaxed with cooked to order options.

Lovely hotel, food was excellent. Bar service, and wait times for food were poor. Bar staff also had face masks, but wore them on their hair, not mouth.

Great stay
Brilliant hotel great staff very friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for us definitely recommend to all in the area or just passing through
Niall
Great hotel.
Lovely hotel, really nice staff, the restaurant and bar had good atmosphere and the room was massive and had everything we needed.

Working from home 😁
The hotel is really nice, very clean, staff were very friendly and food was very nice. If I was to say anything I felt the food was a lettle over priced but it was lovely food in the bar.

Nice family visit
Hotel looks lovely. Food great. Staff very friendly. Would stay again. No hot water in room for the morning of our stay. In-laws received a call about the hotel bill at 11pm which could have waited until the morning but thankfully they were still awake.

Beautiful hotel.
Had a fantastic stay in the bridal suite. It is so luxurious. The hotel is spotless and tastefully decorated. Staff are friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Nice property. Service in the Bar/Restaurant is especially terrible. Had to constantly ask for drinks, menu, next course and the bill. Ordered a dessert, they had ran out. Next morning at breakfast, ordered black pudding, they had run out. Only ones at breakfast. Bad sign. Too expensive for what they're offering.
Verified traveler
Clean and spacious room.
Good food and friendly staff, though service was occasionally a little slow in the restaurant.
Very limited available parking on the day we arrived; we had to park on a side street near the property and walk.
Special mention to Shannon at reception who went above and beyond for us on the morning of our departure.
