Overall, the room I stayed in was okay. The staffs are nice and friendly. It is just too small - the room has no where to sit except on the bed; there's no chair. The mini refrigerator is rustic in it and the toilet shakes/moves out of position when one sits on it. Taking heavy luggages up the stairs with humid hallways is difficult.

Upon my arrival, the room was very hot, the air condition was off, the television was not working , I call the front desk for assistance I was told that the person who is responsible for the television is off, and he would be in the next morning.

The hotel is okay. It seems it was renovated in or after 2020. The layout did look different since my last stay there in early 2020. I was surprised only one (wipe) tower was in the bathroom.

The staffs were professionally. However, there were too many tables or chair drags likely from the dining room late in the night.

I rate this hotel up to 3 stars because of few reasons, one of which caused me an early checkout, I checked out of this hotel early due to the fact that I saw a living rat in my hotel room, which was a terrible experience! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, everyone was polite and respectful. The location is great, I recommend proper cleaning and maintenance of various areas in the rooms. Plus, the mattresses need to be changed, and to provide clean bed sheets during each cleanup period.

Poor communication system. Telephone in the room, just decorative, never worked since 2019 l have been visiting. In the kitchen, food is good but they not using dishwasher machine, rather manually by hand as a result, utensils get stained. The sink in my bathroom was slow dripping.

Bed sheets had stains. Walked in my room to water on the floor from the mini fridge. They said they couldn’t give me a different room because someone else just checked out and it would take to long to clean. Check out time was way to early, which is 10:00 AM. by 9:30am someone was already knocking on my door asking when i was leaving. You only get one towel no wash clothes so had to go buy my own, no soaps in the bathroom to wash your body as well. I wasn’t offered no Wi-Fi, very unpleasant stay. Which i could get my money back but that’s a dream within itself.

Overall, no complains. If you are looking for a reasonably-priced stay in the city, this might be your choice. It's definitely nothing fancy and needs some proper makeover.
Pasta bolognese for breakfast is a unique thing I never came across before but the fresh fruits were really tasty.
All staff were nice and forthcoming!
Pool is great and the water very clean.

Arrived to find there was no water in the room. There was no kettle but there was tea and coffee. The phone did not work. The \"premium\" channels consisted of Premier League and three news channels. All not goid enough for the price asked.
The AC was good and the room clean though. The location is conveinient.

Don't stay there. The hotel is horrible and has completely run down. It a waste of money. The space is not clean and they don't have any good service. Also, they refused to give us internet that it was not working but we later found out they had internet. Nothing works here, nothing. I will never recommend this hotel, not even for one night stay.

Loved Bella Casa Hotel

The hotel's location was ideal for our purposes and it was very clean. The service was good, and the complimentary breakfast always hit the spot with a combination of Liberian and western food. Loved our stay there.

All the staff were very friendly and approachable I liked everything except when I checked out the machine was not working well and it did not want to read my card. I had the MasterCard customer service people on the phone and they told the staff at the counter to manually put in the numbers. She was very kind but said she can not. I was a little upset because yes you can I explained to her how to do it but she wouldn’t even try. She said they tend to have problems with MasterCard and since all my cards are master cards I just paid cash. She was very nice I just think she didn’t know how to put it in manually, it is possible because I used the same machine when I helped run my sisters business. Overall I was so pleased with my stay and the staff there. Thank you so much I will stay here again!

The WiFi was non-existent during my stay and the air conditioning didn’t work during the day. I had requested a modem refresh nightly and that didn’t help either. If you are looking for reliable WiFi, this is not the hotel.

My Seven days of sleepless nights in Monrovia

The restaurant food was good including the service and the housekeeping service was also good. However, the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. I travel often and I've never experienced mattress that firm. When I checked in, the light bulbs above the vanity in the bathroom wasn't working and it took them three days to replace it, which means I had to improvise with the flash light on my cell phone. The TV didn't work well either (ghostly) and they never fixed the coax cable even after I complained several times. I changed rooms five days later because I came in one day and saw a huge puddle of water flowing out of the bathroom into the sunken bedroom, and that was it for me. Usually I’m very tolerant but I had had enough. My new room had the same extremely firm mattress and the lighting fixture above the vanity in the bathroom was hanging to one side because the mounting was loose. The hot water takes 30 minutes or more to warm up.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Construction noise, debris in lobby and hallways. Pool is out of commission. WiFi was very spotty or non-functional.

Would be very helpful if, when reviewing hotel listings, a banner pointed out which services that are listed are actually not provided.
