The organisation needs to be improved
We were there 2nd time. This time a room wasn't so cleas as the first time. It wasn't pleasent to have hair on the floor in a bathroom. Also shower were leaking so water could be everywhere. The rest like last time - the weakest point - the reception - English very poor, we booked a table in the restaurant - it wasn't arranged. Breakfast was very good and constant lack of plates and cups was iritating. Everybody was doing somenting but nobody was thinging about the overall. Organisation poor. Wellness absolutely great including staff and all facilities. For wellness I will come back.

This hotel is very beautiful! The room was clean and very nice. I travel the world, and I can honestly say that I slept the best on their beds. If they weren’t closed for New Year’s Eve, I would have stayed longer.

A nice stay with little hiccups
We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, and also the nice spa facilities. However, the massage facilities did not have a nice atmosphere and private changing facilities were missing in the massage area. I also did not get the massage I ordered. The restaurant had few food choices and was overpriced. The breakfast was wonderful. In the adjoining village there are no attractions.

Superb gem in the countryside
Lovely rural setting close to the Czech/Polish border. The property has been beautifully renovated, it is in two parts - the original old mansion house and a modern annexe some 200 metres away in the hotel grounds. Rooms are large and well equipped. The restaurant is of a very high quality equal to anything in an international city restaurant - dishes are original in conception, comprise of healthy ingredients and at a reasonable cost. Reception and waiting staff are friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent overnight stop if you are travelling from the Czech Republic to Poland or visa versa.

Спа лучший, где мы были когда-либо, это отдельная изюминка отеля. Сразу сложно найти где расположен, нужно включить логику и разгадать этот квест;) оригинальная идея, респект архитектору- все спрятано в земле, заходишь словно в подземелье, а там такая красота.
Все чисто, ходили босиком, 5 саун на любой вкус, две зоны релакс и озеро куда можно окунуться после сауны.

Krásný modermí hotel umístěný v krásném parku. Je zde restaurace s prvotřídní obsluhou a výborným jídlem. Moderní wellnes, které je v cenně ubytování. Měli jsme vkusně zařízený pokoj s hezkou koupelnou, které dominuje opravdu velká vana. Přívětivý personál. Jedinou kaňkou bylo naše probuzení poslední den pobytu, když nešla elektrika. Takže nás čekala pouze studená voda a omezená snídaně. Tím pádem nefungovaly ani ostatní služby hotelu. Což bylo v prosinci docela nepříjemné. Jinak hotel na vysoké úrovni.

V pokoji i koupelně byla zima. Na oknech i zdech bylo plno živých berušek. Bez upozornění jsem byla ubytována mimo hlavní budovu kde byla jediná možnost stravování a recepce. Wellnes bylo v samostatné budově mimo ubytování. Bylo nutné přecházet přes park. Vstup do wirpool byl pouze bez plavek, což není úplně vždy příjemné. Jídlo v restauraci bylo dobré, ale cenově drahé.

pokoje Deluxe a Comfort, které se nacházejí v hlavní budově zámečku, jsou sice krásné, ale mají jednu zásadní vadu - jsou nad kuchyní, takže v nich celý den hučí a píská klimatizace, okny jdou veškeré pachy dovnitř. Už po hodině jsme se z nejlepšího pokoje Deluxe stěhovali do \"nejhoršího\" ve Vile Larisch. Tyto pokoje jsou pěkné, ovšem už zcela průměrné.
