A comfortable stay at this modest motel. Everything worked well and the rooms were clean. Area was quiet day and night with a nice countryside feel. It was a means to an end really as there is limited accommodation options in Picton. The distance from town was too far to walk and taxi options are very limited. There is a nice restaurant attached with great dining options of good quality and reasonably priced.

The room was a little dated but otherwise comfortable and had free Netflix. I could hear someone talking quite loudly in the early morning which woke me up. Other than that, was relatively quiet.
The Italian restaurant there is amazing and had gluten free pasta.
The motel had take away menus in each room. I found that when I took my pasta back there were no forks to eat it with.
I would suggest providing some forks, bowls and spoons in each room for guests.

There was a stench not unlike sewer eminating from within the bathroom somewhere. There was the remnants of some sort of large spider or cockroach smeared on a wall at head height...it was dried and looked like it had been there a long time.

Booked two Queen rooms mattress in both rooms were very poor both couples had trouble getting to sleep and woke up tried and sore . On the cleanly side spotless and lovely gardens and lawns . Good showers , they just need to up grade their beds which is the main part of having somewhere to sleep overnight .

This property is not in it's hey day. This place was clearly a fine facility once but the restaurant is not even operated and the one staff member does most things. Parking was in front of the room so very convenient. While at the edge of town, it's still within easy reach.

This was just a one-night stay on the way to Canberra. The motel is comfortable and quiet, set in pleasant, leafy grounds a little way out of Picton town. The room was a good size, the bed comfortable and the bathroom worked well. The basic crockery was useful as we had taken our own breakfast supplies. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable.

The motel is a short distance out of Picton township and is set in a very pleasant green space with a large garden of mature trees and some picnic facilities. There were many interesting birds in the area. Our room was pleasant, clean and comfortable but a little hot as the weather was very warm. The air conditioner didn't seem to cool things down as much as I'd hoped. There were some basic pieces of crockery and cutlery in the room which were useful. We were pleased to find the restaurant open on the Saturday night, and had a good meal there. The restaurant and motel staff were friendly and helpful. It was good value and we would definitely stay there again.

On arrival, the prison warden will demand excessive amounts of personal information and will then inform you of the checkout procedure, which you will need to remember when you flee this wretched, ghastly place in the wee hours of the night. Be sure to book in with your chiropractor or physiotherapist because you’ll be sleeping on a super soft spring mattress with no padding whatsoever. The rooms here are basically prison cells. Concrete walls. Bright blue hospital lighting. Unlike a prison cell, each room’s external door lock is just a basic internal bathroom lock so can be easily forced open with a screwdriver. On a positive note, there is a free decapitation service in every room from the ceiling fan mounted on the ridiculously low ceilings - useful for any taking out any non-Hobbit should the need arise.
