We stayed at Camden Valley Inn over the weekend for a wedding ceremony, and I have to admit, I was hesitant at first. The price of the accommodation had me looking at cheaper options just an Uber ride away, and I was close to booking elsewhere. In the end, I bit the bullet and decided to stay on site — and I’m so glad I did.
The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and beautifully modernised. The bathroom was stunning, and the bed was very comfortable. Being able to simply walk to both the wedding and reception made the whole experience so much easier and well worth the extra cost.
The food inside the licensed premises was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. It’s easy to see why this place is packed out on weekends.
The only downside to the accommodation was the outside lighting. Unfortunately, the block-out curtains didn’t seem to do the job, and we woke at 2am thinking it was morning outside — only to realise it was just the lights.
Overall, staying at Camden Valley Inn was the perfect choice for the occasion, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone attending an event here or just looking for a great weekend away. Just missed out on the five stars due to the bright outside lights coming into the room.

The Camden Valley Inn is a nice place to stay. Good rooms with comfortable beds. We stayed 2 nights followed by 3 the following week and enjoyed our stay until the final night there, which was a Friday. There was a very noisy family next door still talking loudly and making considerable noise well past 11pm. It would have not been such an issue, but for the fact that we were in a room with a thin connecting door to them, making the noise seem as if they were in the same room as us. Very poor sound proofing and unable to get to sleep. Noisy outside too with people talking loudly on the balconies. On our last day the room was not made up until afternoon, with unapologetic excuses given by the staff. Currently visiting Australia from Hong Kong.

The room is amazing (1) everything in here you cannot fault from the time you are meet by friendly staff to when you walk into your room and are meet with the biggest shower you have seen and extraordinary spa bath and as a added bonus you have pay tv this is our 4th stay here and it will not be our last so for a romantic weekend away this is a must … PS the food and atmosphere in the inn is brilliant

Even though it was part of a hotel establishment it was very quiet and restful. The private entrance to each motel room was a nice bonus as was the covered porch and seating area. Our room faced open fields which was a pleasant outlook. The only negative was the lack of provision for bringing food from home/shops to eat in the rooms e.g no crockery or cutlery, toaster etc. Thankfully we were able to request a microwave oven.

The room was large & very clean, bathroom was very clean also. Unfortunately we were in a room with an adjoining door & the people in the other room were very loud with the television blaring. We had a do not disturb sign on the door until 11.45 am as we were going to a function. When we got back to the room at 5pm it had not been serviced. I phoned & was told that the cleaning staff had left for the day and there was nothing they could do. When we checked out I raised this issue again with the Reception staff, no compensation was offered. When we returned home I received notification of a small charge on our credit card statement & when I enquired as to what it was I was told it was for bottled water. The bottled water had a With Compliments tag on it. They have now credited our a/c for that charge & I received a call from the Manager 5 days after leaving, still no compensation offered. A very disappointing stay & I won't be returning.

Nice and quiet, comfortable bed, can in in the side road and had trouble finding reception, should have better signage as this was the driveway my gps brought me too and I had a hard time finding reception. Was getting annoyed as I had a big day and all I wanted was to get into a room to relax. But other than that yes I would highly recommend, just fix the signing on the side road way, the hotel people said it happens often.

Beautiful hotel in a rural setting. Enjoy the view of open pastureland, comfortable and very clean rooms with balcony, a salt water pool and on site restaurant, suitable for large groups as well as families and couples. The only issue was the intrusive music in the restaurants from breakfast through dinner. It’s difficult to have a romantic meal with constant piped music; it also makes all the dining spaces very noisy. Doesn’t fit with the elegance of the hotel.

This property is extremely comfortable and all the amenities were fantastic with the exception of the lounge in our suite.
This was tired, stained and when you sat on it you sat straight on the springs - not a comfortable place to sit at all - not sure if it doubled as a bed but there was no way you could sleep on it!
The pool area is great and the added bonus is the CVI bistro and Pizzeria right next door.
I would definitely stay here again.
