I stayed at this hotel for a night. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the fridge shelves were tape, rust over almost everything, all night into the early hours the people in the room next to us has music playing and tv on high volume whilst being loud themselves and because they walls are thin we heard absolutely everything. The only good thing was the pressure in the shower that I didn’t use because it was dirty.

The place is in urgent need of maintenance, the walls are dirty ,the aircon is filthy, the bathroom door is damaged,the fridge is rusted everywhere ,the remote for TV didnt work , the beds and linen are vintage ,bathroom ceiling needs cleaning ,shower head loose, only one bedside lamp ,no telephone,no information compendium. An absolute run down disgrace.The noise of the aircon kept me awake all night ,was similar to listening to the grone of an airoplane engine. I could go on.

It was just OK for one night but needs a lot of attention to gutters which were filled with leaves and branches. (fire hazard as well as possible ceiling flooding through the eaves).
Showing it's age with chipped bath but the bed was good.

There was no towel to dry your hands, I had to use the bath mat. There was only one wine glass. Difficult to see when pouring tea or coffee as it was in a cupboard with no light

The door to the room wouldn’t open. Check- in was difficult because the office was closed and we hadn’t been notified that it closed early. The manager argued interminably before giving us a room we could actually get into. Not a good experience

All was ok, except: Parking is too restrictive. When I parked in the standard parking spaces I couldn't open the doors enough to get out of the car. So had to park on the grass. And I wasn't the only one.
While the room had been renovated sometime in the last 10 years, it would have been better to get someone who actually knew how to do tiling, plumbing, painting and electrical. The quality of the fittings was rather below an acceptable standard.
The bed was good though, and the shower was nice and hot. Would have been good if it didn't drip all night though.

Property was ok but the room I booked specifically for 3 Adults appeared to be a problem but eventually forthcoming . My major complaint relates to the fact that the tariff was prepaid. When I have used wotif in the past a card number was taken but not used . For various reasons this has proven very inconvenient and I will think twice before using Wotif again.

Can’t find hair dryer in the room . Need a makeover , seem old . Kettle was very dirty , dark stains all round it , bathing basin got yellowish spot at corner , air con heater not strong enough and can’t adjust the angle or rotation at all due to broken / missing louvres .

The shower in the bath was dangerous with the solid half glass panel to step around with slippery bath and floor quite a step down.

Hotel staff were unorganised and delayed my check in. Hotel room was not cleaned properly, there was what looked like pubic hair in the bathroom. The room smelled like mould and wet carpet. The bathroom window was screwed open, which didn't feel very private. Toilet roll holder was broken and put on the wall backwards. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. There were stains on the bedspread. Will not be staying there again.

Convenient location, but Smokers Rulz?

Convenient Motel for our stay, but smokers smoke blew up through the room front, cigarette butt outside the room, and down the stairs, even though these are NON-SMOKING areas...go figure. Room clean enough but peeling paint on room, and had a toaster but no plates or knives, or bowls. Just as well we came prepared.

Room smelt strongly of cigarretes. Was exchaged, but then we were next door to very noisy group,who did 't think of others when revving their bikes early next morning. Also, poor TV reception and no bolt to lock front door at night. However, the bed was very comfortable and shower had good pressure.

The bed was hard and lumpy, the bedside lamp came on about 4 times through the night, the shower would go completely cold and then nearly burn you with full hot water, there was a burst water main that just ran all night outside our room. Clean, quiet and comfortable

We needed an inexpensive one-night stop in Campbelltown. This adequately filled the bill. Comfortable bed, a large and quiet room which was spotlessly clean. But there were no extras - not even a shower curtain which left the bathroom pretty wet! An extra bath mat would have helped. Nonetheless, should the same need arise, we would stay again. I would recommend to a friend with the same requirements.

Room was large and comfortable, but warmed up quickly despite it being a cold winter night! Big bathroom and nice hot shower were appreciated. All nice and clean and well maintained.
Wifi was supposed to be included but teenage daughter very disappointed as the password was not provided at check-in and couldn't be found in the room!!

Nice place to stay but our room was down stairs far right where many people were starring at us. Appeared to be single moms with small kids living at the motel. This just kinda ruined it for me--so sad. If our room had been at the far left we probably would have never noticed.

Hmmmm. Cheap is not always cheerful.

This motel is ok if you just need a clean bed and a shower. It's tired, run down and provides minimal in room facilities. Think toaster - no knife. No microwave.
It was in a convenient location to get to where I needed to be but I wouldn't choose to stay again. Having said that the staff were polite and friendly and it was quiet.

Comfortable bed - but.....

Checking in was very easy as we had prepaid and the receptionist had rung with instructions if we arrived after 8 pm. The bed was really comfortable. However the room was disappointing- end room bottom floor - long crack in the wall only partially fixed, an unused television mount still on the wall, no plug for sink or bath, thin blanket so we asked for another which was damaged, smokers from next room sitting outside, no fly screen in bathroom, air conditioner so noisy it was unusable, no biscuits to go with coffee making facilities- but comparatively cheap I guess.

Left without staying. Walked into what looks like a prison cell - cracked wall joins, no towel racks, cracked tiles in kitchenette, thick dust on power points and that would've been okay, but then we saw the severe mould in the bathroom ceiling and decided to not stay.

A disappointing experience

Room was not serviced over a 2 day stay. The remote did not work. Tradesmen were re-flooring a room at 7am.
The room size was OK but other than that, we would not recommend this motel.
Colonial is a euphemism for dishevelled.
