Very well kept property. Minimal parking area and need to pay for parking nearby.

We had breakfast as part of our package and good but short staffed and out of many things.

There is a full bar on property & food is available. As well as a Speakeasy!

The place is a gem! Super great staff...shout out to our bartender/waitress for her charm and attention. Comfy bed with good sheets. Fun history and a speakeasy! We are planning on coming back for a weekend visiting the gardens and museums. Also looooved the coffee house next door.

What went well:
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our needs. The room met expectations, and several staff members were friendly and helpful during our stay. Overall, the property itself was pleasant and provided a comfortable place to stay.
What could be improved:
Our experience with service was somewhat inconsistent. While some front desk staff were welcoming, others seemed less engaged. The biggest challenge was the airport shuttle on checkout day. We had shared our needed departure time in advance, but when we arrived for the shuttle, there was initially no driver available. It took some follow-up before a solution was found, which created unnecessary stress when trying to make a flight. Since the hotel advertises an airport shuttle, more reliability around this service would be appreciated. We also experienced a delay at breakfast and learned after waiting that one ordered item was unavailable, which left little time to reorder before an event. With a bit more communication and responsiveness, the overall guest experience could be much stronger.

A great mix and a group of people that I socialize with and made my evening very pleasant.
The bartender was a very, very nice young man and I can’t remember his name, but he has a PhD in movies and film, very very interesting young man also

Very clean. Unique decor. Awesome shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Love the big fluffy pillows.
Could not reach guest services on phone outside of building. Used shuttle to go to zoo, tried 30 minutes to call for pickup but never reached guest services. Please have shuttle drivers provide us with their own number. Had to get an Uber. Very annoying after long hot day.
Or hire remote workers to handle phone calls.
Also ice machines broken on several floors, and only one microwave in building and it was on main floor. Please put microwave and upkeep ice machines on all floors.

The hotel has an airport shuttle and is close to the Joslyn Art Museum and my room was quiet. It’s a long walk to restaurants and the Old Market area.

My main beef is with the staff, which were less than helpful. I booked this hotel specifically because it had \"complementary bicycles for guest use\" as listed in the Hotel and Expedia websites
I made plans to explore the city by bike. I came down to the lobby the next morning and asked to ride one of the complimentary bikes. I was told \"we don't loan out those bikes, they both need repairs.\" The repairs appear to be as complex as putting air in the tires.
I am annoyed that Expedia, IGH and Indigo made a false promise and there are not complimentary bikes available.
OK a maintenance issue can occur, even to a bike, but to have both bikes out of commission, yet prominently on display in the lobby (with locks and helmets) and listed as a hotel amenity for guests is deceptive and neglectful.
It sours me on Expedia, Hotel Indigo and IGH.

I would like to have given a higher rating, however there were several issues. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower drain was clogged. Luckily I was only having a one night stay, but it would have been annoying if I was staying longer. I purchased a breakfast ticket and the morning I was going to use the voucher, the breakfast bar did not open for almost over half an hour. I eventually left and had breakfast elsewhere. The staff I brought this concern to exhibited a less than friendly attitude and seemed bothered that I was bringing up my conerns.

This is a nice hotel, well kept and clean.
A few things that would make me seek out another location were I to return to Omaha.
You are near nothing walkable. No good restaurants, no shopping, etc.
The parking lot is small and it was full while we were there. We had to park on the street and worry about feeding a parking meter.
The restaurant and bar are not good. Very small and my breakfast seemed to have been heated in the microwave. The bar was very limited. They do have a speakeasy that was cute, but no food and expensive.
For the price, you can do better.

Bar drinks were bad, food was terrible and don't plan on getting into thy speakeasy beccause its always full with the staff members friends. Staff was terrible, very rude to me and watched it with other guests as well.

AC went out for multiple rooms and no fix. Was 95 degrees on Saturday. Untrained staff at front desk - didn’t know how to book car ride, set up parking. Evening staff (Mya) and restaurant staff were top notch. Lack of service mindset for other staff. No attempt to help those without AC except provide fans. This hotel will not last if something major doesn’t change soon.

Hotel was nice overall. Staff was very friendly, room was beautiful however our room was hot and located by a service entry so multiple times we were woken by a slamming door. I’m not sure if the AC wasn’t working correctly or if it couldn’t keep up but we were a little warm. Also, parking is slim next to the hotel and they do not offer valet. There is an old city parking garage across the street that was super sketchy, but it was free. This was our first time here and will likely be back and try again.

I have to say I had a very bad experience here. My daughter and I were sleeping and around midnight someone aggressively trying to break into our room. I ran to the door to latch it again and said your in the wrong room. Then they tried to come back in again, I locked it again and looked through the keyhole, the person then said front desk, and by the looks of what I saw the lady didn’t look like someone working at the front desk. Nothing on her identified her as a hotel employee. She had on a low cut tank top and hoodie. I ran to the phone and called the front desk. It took awhile for someone to answer. I said someone is trying to break into my room and she said that was me and you aren’t supposed to be in that room. I said I’ve been checked in since 3pm and you just scared my daughter and I to death. She angrily ask my name. I gave it to her and she just seemed to be mad that someone double booked the room and repeated that I shouldn’t be in that room. As this was somehow my doing. Then said I’m sorry but you need to see this from side. No apologies to us at all and needless to say we didn’t sleep the rest of the night and had to leave to hotel at 4am to catch our flight. I contacted the hotel as well as ihg. Nothing has been done and now it’s almost been 2 weeks. I asked for my money back on my hotel which I believe is fair. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way. The whole point of staying there was to sleep before our early flight.

Terrible weekend at this property. Our thermostat was broken, and after reporting it 3 times to the front desk, each time being told someone would come fix it, no one ever came. Same issue with the Wi-Fi. Would not connect and would not update. There was no soap in the bathroom. And this last one is the least important of this list but is still something travelers here should expect: the worst one-ply see-through toilet paper I've ever experienced in a hotel.

To say something nice, I will grant that the property is very cute and well-styled. It's just a major disappointment that the substance did not match the style.

While the lobby, bar area, elevator, hallways, room, bathroom, bed, etc... were immaculately clean and attractive, the walls in the room seemed to be paper thin. I could hear talking and loud voiced next door to me, and the music in the hallways. To me, it doesn't matter how clean and pretty the hotel is if you can't get a good quiet nights sleep.

Day 1 it took 1 1/2 hrs to get breakfast and order wasn’t quite right. They “comped” it but it was already included. Next day no one was working in dining area and lady from front desk finally came and gave us coffee and water and we didn’t get breakfast.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Omaha. We loved the character and uniqueness of the hotel. The speakeasy was also awesome with great drinks. Our only complaint was cleanliness of the bathroom, the floor and shower were covered with hairs upon arrival so it seemed like the bathroom had not been deep cleaned.
