Property is very nice and very ckean. We only had 1 out of 3 very nice and couteous staff member, the gent who checked us out. No on site parking, all 22 spots taken. Bar drinks were bad, food was terrible and don't plan on getting into thy speakeasy beccause its always full with the staff members friends. Staff was terrible, very rude to me and watched it with other guests as well.

AC went out for multiple rooms and no fix. Was 95 degrees on Saturday. Untrained staff at front desk - didn’t know how to book car ride, set up parking. Evening staff (Mya) and restaurant staff were top notch. Lack of service mindset for other staff. No attempt to help those without AC except provide fans. This hotel will not last if something major doesn’t change soon.

Hotel was nice overall. Staff was very friendly, room was beautiful however our room was hot and located by a service entry so multiple times we were woken by a slamming door. I’m not sure if the AC wasn’t working correctly or if it couldn’t keep up but we were a little warm. Also, parking is slim next to the hotel and they do not offer valet. There is an old city parking garage across the street that was super sketchy, but it was free. This was our first time here and will likely be back and try again.

I have to say I had a very bad experience here. My daughter and I were sleeping and around midnight someone aggressively trying to break into our room. I ran to the door to latch it again and said your in the wrong room. Then they tried to come back in again, I locked it again and looked through the keyhole, the person then said front desk, and by the looks of what I saw the lady didn’t look like someone working at the front desk. Nothing on her identified her as a hotel employee. She had on a low cut tank top and hoodie. I ran to the phone and called the front desk. It took awhile for someone to answer. I said someone is trying to break into my room and she said that was me and you aren’t supposed to be in that room. I said I’ve been checked in since 3pm and you just scared my daughter and I to death. She angrily ask my name. I gave it to her and she just seemed to be mad that someone double booked the room and repeated that I shouldn’t be in that room. As this was somehow my doing. Then said I’m sorry but you need to see this from side. No apologies to us at all and needless to say we didn’t sleep the rest of the night and had to leave to hotel at 4am to catch our flight. I contacted the hotel as well as ihg. Nothing has been done and now it’s almost been 2 weeks. I asked for my money back on my hotel which I believe is fair. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way. The whole point of staying there was to sleep before our early flight.

Terrible weekend at this property. Our thermostat was broken, and after reporting it 3 times to the front desk, each time being told someone would come fix it, no one ever came. Same issue with the Wi-Fi. Would not connect and would not update. There was no soap in the bathroom. And this last one is the least important of this list but is still something travelers here should expect: the worst one-ply see-through toilet paper I've ever experienced in a hotel.

To say something nice, I will grant that the property is very cute and well-styled. It's just a major disappointment that the substance did not match the style.

While the lobby, bar area, elevator, hallways, room, bathroom, bed, etc... were immaculately clean and attractive, the walls in the room seemed to be paper thin. I could hear talking and loud voiced next door to me, and the music in the hallways. To me, it doesn't matter how clean and pretty the hotel is if you can't get a good quiet nights sleep.

Room and hotel were fine. Location was fine. Parking being full was a more minor disappointment. Breakfast both days which was part of package was a disaster. Day 1 it took 1 1/2 hrs to get breakfast and order wasn’t quite right. They “comped” it but it was already included. Next day no one was working in dining area and lady from front desk finally came and gave us coffee and water and we didn’t get breakfast.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Omaha. We loved the character and uniqueness of the hotel. The speakeasy was also awesome with great drinks. Our only complaint was cleanliness of the bathroom, the floor and shower were covered with hairs upon arrival so it seemed like the bathroom had not been deep cleaned.

Aside from a small group in the corner, most of the people there were families. This was a total blunder and lack of foresight on the hotel’s part. Stayed twice at Indigo. Both times the rooms and the hotel were spotless clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice combination of chic and industrial decor with vaulted ceilings in rooms, exposed brick and cement, modern amenities, etc. Highly recommend!

Great hotel! Loved the room, the bed, the shower, it was all great. The sidewalks were really icy due to the weather so salting them would be my only qualm! Would definitely stay again.

So many great aspects of this property but the one that stands out the most is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which is equally important as location and cleanliness. This is my go to property when visiting Omaha going forward.

I LOVED the vibe of the room. However, the lighting in the room was horrible. Especially since I had to do meetings in the am for work. The most disturbing part was my final bill. $118 room booking resulted in a $178 charge. The fees were absurd. These should be known upfront. As well as parking fees/options. Very disappointed.

Booked with this hotel because it had airport shuttle. No driver so I had to take a cab. Expense won’t be reimbursed. They advertised drink specials at the bar and then did not have what was needed to make the drink. No WiFi instructions and hotel name on WiFi connection would not let you on. Had to go to front desk to get WiFi. Arrived In evening and no one at counter or bar could recommend a place to eat. When they did suggest it turned out that place was under construction.
Had to walk 4 more blocks to find anything. I paid equivalent of 20 dollars for a breakfast to be included. Served until 10:00. I showed up at 9 and was told there were no more breakfast sandwiches however everything else I tried to order was also not available. Asked for cream in my coffee and ended up getting cream with very little coffee. I was allowed one choice and a drink. Both combined didn’t come close to the 20 dollars I paid for the breakfast. I could have paid for it directly and saved 6 dollars. Clock had not been re set for daylight savings change so when I woke and saw time on clock I panicked. Not an ideal way to wake up. TV hung at such a slant that it was hard to watch it, very distracting. Not such a good experience and would not recommend.
