Front desk door is locked from outside. 9 degrees out and guys sleeping. Took 10 mins just to get in. Place is disgusting. Dirt everywhere. Zero repairs. Workout equipment in piles like garbage sitting outside. Bedding had stains. Everything you touch is greasy. Something's from a horror movie. Never again !

Canceled my reservation!! Me and my family traveled from Columbus to Pennsylvania for the holiday. I chose the option to pay at the property when I reserved the room instead the clerk tried running the credit card used to make the reservation. This was an inconvenience!! It was unprofessional as well for the clerk to tell me he didn't want to lose a guest! Something has to be done about this seriously! The third party and the hotel should be on the same page!

Stay away. This property is terrible. From the check in, I knew I should have gone elsewhere. The room was filthy and had a pair of womans underwear under the pillow. The bathroom had stains on the floor and hair in the bathtub. The exterior wasnt much better with exercise machines outside by the lobby entrance. I will never return to this property and recommend it be condemned.

What I didn’t like about it was said they had food there for breakfast. There was none and it said on the thing that I cleaned the rooms daily they didn’t do that. I know it would be better to have a coffee pot in the rooms for the people to use.

It was my fault booking a smoking room and I can’t believe these are still allowed. He tried to accommodate to switch, but only was able to do one. I asked how bad does it smell and he mention it would be faint, and it definitely is not. I get it is my fault, and I opt for this since it was cheap. It really is what you pay for, and if you can afford to spend more just do it.

The light in the bathroom didn't work whatsoever and when we called they did send someone up with a light bulb but when they got there they noticed they weren't able to fix it with just a light bulb and that maintenance needed to in fact be the one to do so..so we showered in the dark ..the floors need to be mopped after stayed from a guest cause you can tell the floor is never touched but I seen that when I saw the cleaning lady the next morning cleaning other rooms. And the cleaning products smell is foul and to strong.

The pictures on the site of the rooms, the lobby, and the \"breakfast area\" are complete lies.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were terrible. We had a small sofa in the room that Abraham Lincoln probably sat on. There was a paper towel shoved in a hole in ceiling in the bathroom as a patch.

Just totally upsetting what they show you you're renting and what you actually are getting. DO NOT USE.

This is always our number one choice when traveling from TN to VT. It’s low prices, friendly staff, pet friendly, so clean you could eat off the floors. The water pressure in the showers are better than my on apartment. They were able to accommodate us with our truck and trailer for safe parking. It’s a safe little area, rooms are always full. We just really love this place and will always use this hotel when we travel.

The room numbers on the door need to be redone because you can't see them. Upon opening the door, the room was dark with the TV on so we thought someone was in the room. Alot of flies was in the room. However, the room was very clean and spacious. The tub was the best clean tub I seen in a hotel.

the photos on Expeida / website of this property is fake, by far its not close to photo, 1) they don't have breakfast at all (Fake photo on website don't trust) , toilet not bolt to floor, washroom Vent doesn't work at all so next /down stair room cigarette smoke comes right in to your room, and, horrible condition in your room, when complait to reception , they said we can't do anything, sorry, its fake picture , no service, no breakfast(why they claim and charge for that), Never again in this as well don't recommned to anyone,

The room was supposed to be non smoking and smelly badly of smoke. The bathroom smelt of sewage and even after purchasing a candle and lighting it for an hour, it was still very bad. Will not start or recommend this place again. We left and went to a nearby hotel where it was not smelly dirty or noisy.

The room was nice. Disappointed that therr was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The fridge in the room was not checked very weel. I went to put my drinks in it and found a partially empty Sour Cream container still in the turned off fridge. Also I had requested a shower chair and a first floor room since I am disabled.i was given the first floor room but they only have 1 shower chair and someone was already using it.

The rooms were fairly clean. We had adjoining rooms which were very nice. I didn’t see any bugs or critters during my stay. The view on the rear of the property is lovely, but the front faces a noisy street. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors in adjacent rooms and talking outside.

Fix your broken stairs and awning.

The only stairs to the 2nd floor broken and the awning was ready to fall. Very disappointed in the up keep of the property and the female check in person was not friendly 😕. The tv remote was able to access 1 channel. I was very dissatisfied.

The others staying at the hotel were obviously there a bit more long-term, but they were very polite and respectful of me and my children as we were in and out.

Room was very clean and in good condition. Rooms have been refreshed somewhat recently but I thought it was interesting the tilework in the bathroom actually still has an old-timey razor blade slot in it which was neat to see.

Property was sketchy. As soon as I got out of my car two junkies sitting in lawn chairs asked me where I was from, it was strange and made me feel uncomfortable. My non smoking room wreaked of smoke. Overall the room seemed clean beside that but the shower looked pretty gross. I can tell they’re trying to make improvements so I hate to leave a bad review but I thought overall it was pretty bad. I drove down the street and booked a room at the super 8, I didn’t end up staying here overnight and I don’t regret it.

We pulled up to the place there was a guy next to the road in parking lot . He looked a little sketchy (slinger of recreational stuff). 2 people sitting on a balcony walk way thing looking like they were friends of the guy in the parking lot . As we sat in the parking lot tring to check with are expedia app to see if this was th place we to stay . Couldn't get cell phone to work..So i decided to leave the parking lot . And as soon as we got out of parking lot everything started to work . So i dont know if there was a cell jammer there or what .. We ended up going do the road and stay at the quality inn . I called and cancel are reservations. Expedia needs to remove this from the list of hotels . I have stayed is so sketchy place over the years throu work . This place was by far the scariest place i was going to stay.

This hotel is old and out of date. I booked it just to get some sleep for a few hours on my way back from NH to MN.

I arrived late in the evening. There was a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed until 8AM. Thankfully there was a buzzer that someone answered after a few attempts.

I was given a smoking room. It is clean, just smells like smoke and is very outdated. But, for $66, you get what you pay for.

Would not recommend staying here unless you just need a cheap place to get some sleep and then get back on the road.

There were bugs crawling on the floor. Smelled of smoke in the room. Used wash cloth was over the shower. Loud neighbors and kids after 11pm. One creepy guy walking around the rooms. Morning desk worker was sleeping at 6:30 and didnt respond for a couple minutes at checkout.
