Very good one-night stay

Very clean, excellent breakfast and easy access to parking (50€ for parking and charging of electric car over night). We had a nice evening stroll around the old town which is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Everything went smoothly except for the sofabed being a little small for an adult and a tween to share, but would be fine for two younger kids.

The room was great, particularly the bed and shower, the breakfast was excellent, but my stay was marred by the staff insisting I pay 12 Euro for parking instead of the 10 Euro indicated on the Expedia site, a small amount, but it is the principle and would have exhibited good will.

I know it’s an Express but now fridge and no shower slippers, as you have people that are staying for more than 1 night also some of the front desk staff need more training on dealing with customers & the payment system has caused me a lot of headache including my card company stopping me from using the card as Holiday Inns payment system didn’t accept about 5 different cards I submitted to pay for the stay even though I had used them while I was travelling in Europe to get to the hotel

We had 2 rooms here. We chose this hotel because it offered AC. The AC was quiet and worked well. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were quiet. One couldn't hear other guests. Everything very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of German breads, muesli, teas, coffee, etc. The parking garage is under the hotel and accessible from the BACK of the hotel (you have to drive around it and access parking garage from the street behind the hotel). It's easy. Overall very good hotel.

Reinigung fanden wir nicht so gut, Teppich im Zimmer in einem doch recht neuen Hotel geht eigentlich überhaupt nicht. Frühstück einfach, Kaffeevollautomat war gut und der Kaffee schmeckte. Checkin sehr freundlich. Die Parkplätze vor der Tür sind kostenfrei, wenn denn einer belegbar ist. Sehr citynah in die Altstadt. Sehr gut: Kaffee vor der Frühstückszeit zu erhalten ist auch möglich. Aber am Wochenende an der Reinigung zu sparen, ist leider der aktuelle Trend. Dieses sollte dem Gast vorher bekannt sein. Daher nur ein in Ordnung.

Opladning inklusiv parkering i deres p-kælder koster 50 EUR. Det er fuldkommen vanvittigt.

Du kan heldigvis parkere 150 meter derfra på den nærliggende svømmehals parkeringsplads hvor der også er opladere (22 kW AC).

Keurig hotel! Prima voor op doorreis vanaf ons vakantieadres naar huis. Helaas geen mogelijkheid om te dineren in het hotel. Ontbijt was oke, niet heel uitgebreid maar voldoende voor een goed begin van de dag.
Ook ontzettend fijn was om vanuit de parkeergarage zo het hotel te kunnen betreden.

Das Hotel ist in perfekter Lage zur Altstadt und modern ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Baustelle war aufgrund des Wochenendes für uns unproblematisch. Wir haben im Parkaus gegenüber geparkt, da Plätze nicht garantiert waren und sehr hochpreisig. Zum Frühstück sollte jeder etwas finden, obwohl die Auswahl zwar ausreichend, aber nicht überragend ist. So gab es zum Beispiel keine gekochten Eier, obwohl sie auf hoteleigenen Fotos abgebildet sind. Statt 3 verschiedener Joghurts wäre vielleicht auch Quark im Angebot schön. Absoluter Pluspunkt allerdings die Möglichkeit, sich ein Lunchpaket zuzubereiten, incl. Tüten dafür. Zu Stosszeiten kann es evtl. zu Wartezeiten beim Frühstück kommen, bis ein Tisch frei ist. Trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen.

Alles ist prima zu Fuß erreichbar.
Parkhaus direkt neben dem Hotel für 5€ das ganze Wochenende. Das nächst mal zwei oder drei Übernachtungen und das Fahrrad mitnehmen.

Bestilte værelse til 4 personer, men synes ikke at sovesofaen er beregnet til 2 personer. Måtte endvidere kontakte receptionen for at få udleveret dyne, pude osv. til den 4 person. Derfor synes jeg prisen var i den dyre ende ift. hvad man fik for pengene.

This was a nice stop. Price was reasonable, breakfast included and parking available for 12 EUR for a night.

I think they get a lot of travellers passing by on A7.

Romm was tidy, staff were friendly and the breakfast was terrific.

Suggest to upgrade the extra bed to a better quality mattress so it actually works as an extra bed.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett ist sehr bequem und der Raum lässt sich gut abdunkeln. Das Bad bietet genug Abstellfläche und hat eine große, ebenerdige Dusche. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, allerdings gab es zu wenig Sitzplätze, daher war es morgens immer etwas chaotisch und man musste auch mal auf einem Barhocker am Tresen frühstücken, was leider nicht sehr gemütlich war. Vom Hotel aus kann man in der Stadt alles fußläufig erledigen und ansehen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Dårlig service og uvillighed til at hjælpe.

Glemte min computer og mine briller på værelset - jeg må vente i 3 dage på at få svar på, om tingene er på værelset, fordi de bruger eksterne housekeeping - man skulle synes at receptionen blot kunne tjekke dette straks de havde værelsesnummeret. Meget dårlig service og uvillighed til at hjælpe.

Im Grunde genommen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, dem schönen Ambiente, dem schönen Zimmer mit angenehmer Beleuchtung und bequemem Bett, dem wirklich leckeren Frühstück der freundlichen Möglichkeit sogar eine Kleinigkeit für den Tag vom Frühstück mitzunehmen. Leider wurde der Aufenthalt dann doch durch eine Sache getrübt. Beim Einchecken erklärte man uns, dass am folgenden Tag die Zimmerreinigung grundsätzlich ausfallen würde aber wenn man den Wunsch hätte, dass das Zimmer gereinigt wird, sollte man das sagen. Wir haben noch direkt beim Einchecken vermerken lassen, dass wir gerne eine Zimmerreinigung hätten. Als wir am Abend zurückkamen war das Zimmer leider nicht gereinigt und unsere Handtücher lagen nass am Boden. Wir mussten also um Handtücher und Klopapier nachfragen, unser Bett selbst machen und natürlich war auch das Bad nicht gereinigt. In der EDV konnte man aber sehen dass wir die Zimmerreinigung gewünscht hätten. Das ist nicht in Ordnung ,weil wir ja den vollen Preis bezahlt haben und das Hotel sich die Reinihungskosten spart und da möchte ich nicht mein Zimmer reinigen müssen vor allem wenn ich ausdrücklich hinterlegt habe dass ich eine normale Zimmerreinigung wünsche. Im Hotel sah man sich auch nicht veranlasst hier wenigstens einen kleinen Nachlass oder eine Einladung auf ein Getränk an der Bar vorzuschlagen. Wirklich schade weil ansonsten insgesamt alles sehr gut gewesen ist

Ausser das im Zimmer kein wirklicher Schrank war,war es aber ein sehr schönes zimmer. Sehr sauber es gab ein wasserkocher tee und kaffee, ein bügelbrett,bügeleisen, und auch ein fön! Wenn man was vergessen hat an gewissen Hygiene Artikeln kann man die kostenlos anfordern! Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend sowie auch die Preise an der Hotelbar sind sehr moderat! Beim Ftühstücksbuffet war die auswahl etwas spärlich aber man wurde trotzdem satt! Im grossen und ganzen ist es sehr empfehlenswert! Und was noch ein grosser pluspunkt ist das kostenlos lunchtüten ausliegen und to go becher , so das man sich für ausflüge oder Rückfahrt ein Lunchpaket zusammenstellen kann!
