My stay at the Divi Golf was great! From the room to the staff, everything was in order. Erwin and Shanny were top-tier! Super friendly and helpful! Mary was so sweet annd Solange was super helpful annd informative-all of the front desk staff were kind. The Divi property has a bunch of different buildings, so there were definitely shuttles to bring you back-and-forth, you just have to call down for one beforehand or ask Erwin! I realized later towards the end of my trip that my building on the Golf side wasn’t as far from the main lobby and definitely walkable😅. Concierge was super helpful in finding me spa appointments as a really wanted to get massages and a facial for the first time on a trip. Jane at Indulgence was amazing with the Deep Tissue and Ashly at Shalom hooked my facial up! I’m back from the trip and I’m still glowing. Beach was super close; right to the side of the hotel. I never had my welcome drink, but I will make sure I get it next time I come back! I didn’t realize I had two bathrooms when booking. It was very spacious. Living room; eating table; another high table; stove; big fridge; microwave I think; washer and dryer which was super convenient. AC worked well, too well I actually had to turn it off a few times (I get cold easily).
The only downside was this one driver in a green shirt who didn’t work at the Golf buildings, but he was a shuttle, driver who was unpleasant. Everyone including myself was nice to him however he just was brute and rude.

This property is not tourist friendly. They speak very little English and they are not helpful. Also, during check in, they gave me no clear directions to where my room was and gave me key cards that don’t work. When asking the towel ppl to call for a shuttle, they did not understand what I was saying resulting in me walking around to find someone to help, especially after traveling for so long. We booked a suite since we wanted a kitchen also. It saved us money since we are breakfast people since we only eat again for dinner. Eating out is expensive so it cut down the cost for us. We did try the restaurants Muligans and Windows and the breakfast buffet (twice). Towel service for beach and pool was very helpful. We only went to the beach since that's why we went so we didn't use the pools. But they all looked very good with bar available and washrooms near by. The grounds were maintained daily! Very clean! Our view was the golf grounds along the water pond very relaxing sitting out on the deck drinking our coffee and wine in the evening. There is shuttle service to go to Casino or Eagle beach. We didn't rent a car since using a taxi was easy just sometimes the charges were not consistent because of oil prices changes every day. We found everything we wanted right here at the resort without venturing out much. We would definitely go back and have our kids come they will also be entertained with the variety of pool and beach scene and to Golf!.

Personally, my wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property is charming; the apartments themselves are beautiful well-appointed, spacious, and meticulously maintained. The beach is lovely while not considered *the* absolute best, it is certainly beautiful and Eagle Beach (ranked among the finest in the world) is just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of pools, bars, and restaurants available. It is well worth a visit and, above all, the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I booked this property, given it was significantly less expensive than the other ones around it at the time when I was looking. However, this place definitely exceeded my expectations. The room is huge with a bunch of extra things in the kitchen like, silverware, blender, pots & pans, etc. The staff were super friendly. PARTICULARLY the older bellman with brown skin and a slim build, I cannot remember his name but he was delightful and should genuinely get a raise based on how much he cared for the guests and how helpful he was for someone like myself. I enjoyed the beach being right across the street, as well as the views from the gym and the gift shop with the snacks. Overall, this place was great and honestly, a lot better than I thought it would be. Personally, I would recommend this place to a friend/family member

Also, on the beach you need to grab umbrellas early, otherwise by around 11 a.m. there are no spots left. This is because not only hotel guests use the beach, but also outside visitors, who tend to take spots quickly. So that’s another small downside.

Good food at Mulligans we didn’t use any of the other restaurants as they didn’t cater to food allergies and sensitivity’s. Lots of pools. Cleanliness in the rooms- they smell like mold. The male bartenders at the infinity pool were awful, only cared about flirting with girls, not pouring drinks. Windows was excellent- Carlos is top notch, as well as the other waitstaff. Rose at bar tapas was also a highlight. She was very attentive a went above and beyond. Other restaurants and waitstaff felt more like a factory, no personal touch. The tiki bar is also a favorite, best food onsite during the day. Infinity pool and sea breeze food is gross. The shuttle drivers are great, and of course the doorman in the front lobby is a highlight. He knows everything going on at all times. He is the resorts biggest asset. Front desk staff was awful for check in. People reserving pool chairs in the middle of the night for the entire week is not acceptable. They also did not use them all day. All around was a subpar experience and will not be back. Felt too much like a factory.

The room smelled of mildew. The burners on the stove didn’t light easily. The filter on the water by the pool blinked red the whole stay. They didn’t give any hand towels until they noticed the bath towel hanging on the hand towel rack. The room was missing kitchen essentials such as a cheese grater, can opener, sheet pan, and measuring spoons. There was no complimentary coffee in the room. There was a stray cat outside our room. There was no smart TV.

There were options for pools from quiet to busy. We offered the quiet. Mulligans restaurant had good quality food for a fair price. Our room seemed a little dated but was clean and spacious. Great view of the one pool and the ocean. Large balcony. The kitchen even had an oven however we didn’t have time to use the kitchen. Nice to also have 2 bathrooms.
