We gave them a chance, and came back again. Still, they need better management and training of the staffs. The concierge are just not friendly. Non of them were friendly and make you feel welcoming to the hotel. It's the attitudes make us feel, they are doing me a favor to check us in. Thanks, but no thanks. They are probably under paid, thats why non of them are smiling and friendly. And the restaurant is not listed in Michelin guide, but they put a 2 stars. Ok maybe your chef is 2 stars in Madrid, that doesn't make your restaurant a 2 stars. Food and menu was terrible. If the 2 stars chef opened a burger chain, that became a 2 stars? I dont think so. The restaurant at the hotel is definitely not 2 stars. Our room, there was hair everywhere on the toilet floor, pretty disgusting. The shower door can't close properly and flood the bathroom. The hotel facilities are great.

Beautiful spot, large rooms, lush green grounds, nice pool, great spa building and nice restaurant. Really relaxing hotel with lots of small nice touches. This place is first class, minor areas for improvement would be service and quality of breakfast. If you compare to four seasons, MO, Claridges etc you will know what I mean.

Fabulous place to stay for ambience, service and location. The only spoling factor for the 5 day stay we had was the price of the packed lunch when we left. 3 sandwiches, 3 under-ripe peaches and 5 (?) small bottles of water - 42 Euros.

Having come to celebrate our anniversary upon the recommendation of friends, we had a very enjoyable stay. However, I think we were the only clients, served by an officious staff of perhaps 20, just waiting for something to do. When I used the facilities in the spas's locker room, a maid came and immediately took away my towel and robe. In the case of the latter, I note that they have the usual \"one-size-fits-all\" (too small!) attitude. but it is agreeable that they do supply robes and sandals (slippers) and a generous provision of toweling. The bath sandals are not-very-nice plastic, but suffice. The food in the restaurant is delicious -- as it should be for the price. This is definitely a pricey \"special occasion\" boutique hotel, with large, beautifully appointed rooms; unfortunately, they have steps to change the levels in the rooms, which can be dangerous in the dark.

The people were very nice, the hotel was an oasis in the middle of nowhere yet close to many day excursions. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. It think it was over priced for what it was but I did enjoy it.
