We had a relaxing stay at this property. The grounds are beautiful, the daily breakfast offered plenty of options, and the rooms were spacious. The main area for improvement is the service, and the rooms could use some upkeep. The staff often seemed overworked and disengaged, which affected interactions with guests across the board. It may help to bring on additional staff during peak season and adjust shifts to reduce burnout. A few changes in this area would make the overall experience much stronger.

Great Hotel

Fabulous hotel where we have stayed many times. Best breakfast selection and highly recommended. No bar in hotel of an evening but separate bar and lovely seating area.
However, the food in the bar/restaurant left a lot to be desired. Last year it was great.
Few dogs around which may not suit some.
Definitely would stay again as great hotel and situation on the golf course and near so many beautiful beaches.

Excellent hotel (English spoken). We opted for a deluxe double room with lake and golf course view. It had a lovely sunny balcony with chairs and table.
The room itself was large and airy with desk, chairs, large settee and tea and coffee making facilities, large spacious bathroom with bath robes and shoes.
The breakfast, too was excellent with a huge choice of hot and cold food and freshly squeezed orange juice.
(Even as non-golfers) I would highly recommend this hotel.
Tip: You pay (only) a little more for the very best rooms.

The restaurant staff, however were dreadful. They could have been robots! No interaction at all - and certainly no smiling faces!
The food, though, was first class and very reasonably priced.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Very nice!

Clean, very friendly staff. Bed was very very firm for American standards. All the rooms have lovely balconies with views of the gold course. Would recommend it was a jumping off point for the area. However no other amenities near by. The hotel does have very good breakfast and dinner which we did use while staying there.

Nice overnight stay but booked rooms not provided

Family stayed for 1 night, had secured a booking of 2 rooms, 1 twin and 1 King. When we checked in they gave us 2 twin rooms..and stated they couldn’t give us the king...they stated they didn’t get that booking information, evenhough I showed them my booking on my hotels.com app!
This was disappointing...don’t know whether it was a failure on their side or Hotels.com side.
I pushed for some comeback (they weren’t offering anything initially!) and they threw in access to the spa which she said was worth €15 each.
The spa was nice...(small indoor pool, jacuzzi,sauna,steam room,massage rooms) ....has a v small gym (2 cardio machines, 4 weight machines, no free weights)...dinner at the restaurant that night was v good ...drinks at the bar afterwards were expensive..
Had nice brunch in the restaurant beside the golf course before we left, good meal choices there.
Outdoor pool looks nice - although it was out of service when we were there.
It’s a few miles from the beach but no issue really as you’d need a car to get there in the first place.

Lovely hotel in a great location for discovering the local area. There is so much to discover from beaches, pine clad coves, local history and historic villages. We have been returning to the hotel for ten years each July and the standards have never dropped. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. You need a car to stay here.

Good Hotel but lacks atmosphere

Location of the hotel is great (if you drive). It was clean and comfortable but lacked atmosphere. We had a B&B option - food was ok but they needed more staff on - milk was lumpy on one day and it took about 10 minutes for them to change it over (not that it should have been lumpy in the first place!). Drinks and dining were expensive so we opted to eat out.

Great Food!

Quite difficult to get to the hotel unless you are driving, we were using public transport and had to get a taxi from Pals which wasexpensive as Pals has no taxi service and one had to be called from Palafrugell. Check in was a late 3pm but once in our room we were very happy for the price we paid. The hotel is situated on a beautiful golf course and unless you want to play golf, there is little else there. We ate in the hotels restaurant expecting an ordinary meal but were very pleased with an amazing 3 courses, presented beautifully as we sat on the terrace over looking the golf course. The spa is pretty good with use of a pool, sauna and steam room however thought that this should've been gratis rather than a charge per person. All in all, it was a good stay for relaxing but no good if without car and want to get out and about.

We arrived late to the hotel and were greeted with friendliness from the check in desk staff. The complimentary cookie was a nice touch.
The hotel itself felt new and clean and we were happy with everything. Really the perfect compliment for an enthusiastic golfer.
Overall a very good hotel with good facilities, a good accommodation (assuming you arrive with your own car), good staff and a good general overall feel. Would recommend to all types!

Quiet and beautiful surroundings. The hotel is comfortable and clean with a decent breakfast. Tried once the restaurant and although overpriced the foos good. Staff was helpful depending on shifts. Difficult to get coffee and tea replenished every day so we had to go to reception nand asked for.

stay here and spoil yourself

we booked here to get out of the rain. it kept raining and we stayed for 3 nights. this is a golf focused hotel but I still recommend it. the room is spacious, tastyfully designed and very comfortable. the wifi is a bit spotty and the gym is very very minimal. not even a set of dumbbells. the spa is very nice and the spa pool was great. the hotel is in the countryside but there are several towns with great food options nearby and the food in the hotel (we ate breakfast and a few dinners there) is of hi quality. my only disappointment is that despite asking two folks at the front desk on separate occasions my points card was never credited and so i now have to pursue that if I want the credits.

Those restful beds

From arrival to departure the staff were pleasant and efficient and the whole experience was good the hotel is modern and at the time that we stayed almost empty which surprised us as it is on a great golf course and I thought that it would be full due to the great weather. This is not a seaside hotel although the beaches are only 10 mins away by car and that is necessary here as it the hotel is in a very rural location. the rooms are superb large modern and the beds are the best that I have ever slept in better that any of the 5 star hotels that we have used in the past and there is an added bonus coffee making facilities yes a kettle something that is sadly lacking in many continental hotels.We stayed in February and there is very little open at this time of year that includes that outdoor pool we were informed that this did not open until June but that does seem a little late we were given access to the spa and this is a lovely quiet relaxing area. The breakfast was good but not great but we ate in the dinning room and the meal was very good the Ox tail braised in red wine was excellent. to finish this is a great hotel for golfing as there are 2 courses and if you like exploring the coast and the ancient villages it is ideally placed and at the end of the day there are those restful beds. PS if you get a chance go to Llfranc and dine at the hotel Llfranc the food is out of this world try the calamari

O hotel fica numa região linda, com vários passeios para fazer por lá, além de contar com dois excelentes campos de golfe (um linx e um forest). Quarto maravilhoso, confortável, com varanda, vista linda para o campo de golfe. Cama com travesseiros e roupas de cama de qualidade, confortável. Banheiro grande. Quarto com armários para guardar as coisas. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Hotel tem um excelente restaurante. Certamente voltaremos. Se vocês pretendem viajar por várias cidades na região, recomendo a hospedagem neste hotel, ou se pretendem viajar para jogar golfe: não se arrependerão. A Priscila nos atendeu maravilhosamente bem e nos deu várias dicas de passeios e restaurantes na região. Já estamos com saudades da vista linda.

Un excellent séjour dans une belle chambre avec la magnifique vue sur le golf. Très calme. Très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Dommage qu'il ait fallu sortir le soir pour aller dîner au club house (restaurant Entrecamps) et qu'il n'y ait eu personne au bar de l'hôtel pendant notre séjour. Pourtant les espaces communs sont magnifiques, vastes, très bien décorés.... Le restaurant Entrecamps a une carte courte (très courte même) mais de bonne qualité, le menu \"du jour\" n'offre pas un très grand intérêt puisque ce sont les mêmes plats qu'à la carte.

Schönes Luxushotel mit toller Anlage

Wir hatten die Juniorsuite im Golfhotel und übernachteten auf unserem Roadtrip zwei Nächte in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und der Balkon ebenfalls. Es war ruhig und der Ausblick auf den Golfplatz war sehr entspannend. Ansonsten fanden wir die Fliesen in Bad und Flur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch waren die Wasserhähne zu kurz, wodurch man jedes Mal das ganze Waschbecken flutete. Sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber bei der Zimmer- und Hotelkategorie auffallen, zumal alles weitere perfekt war.
Die Anlage und das Hotel sind sehr gepflegt. Der Pool, welcher sehr schön in die Landschaft eingebettet ist hat uns besonders gut gefallen, aber auch sonst war alles sehr schick.

Chambres spacieuses, très propres et toutes avec terrasse.
Personnel disponible et réactif qui nous a surclassé.
Dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas assez chauffé pour le PDJ car sinon il est aussi très agréable. Nous y avons pris tous nos repas.

Gran Campo de golf, estancia buena sin sorprender.

Correcto, aunque con carencias tanto en prestaciones de la habitación que no tenia servilletas tipo kleenex o no funcionaba nuestro canal de tv tv3 durante los 5 días que estuvimos como del servicio de desayuno que no tenia pan sin gluten, o de mas tipos que los industriales o ultraprocesados por poner algún ejemplo.
