This apartment complex enjoys a peaceful location approximately 200 m from the sandy beach and 400 m from the town centre. Shopping opportunities can also be found in the immediate vicinity.
Girona-Costa Brava Airport is about 60 km away, while El Prat De Llobregat Airport, Barcelona is approximately 120 km away. The complex has 8 duplex-style houses with a maximum capacity of 8 persons per house.

We stayed a week in a 2 bedroom ground floor unit with a covered rear porch. Clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen. A quick walk to the beach, restaurants and a decent bike/walking path by the shoreline. A short walk to a bus stop. Nice pool area. Staff were quick to respond by email and WhatsApp. We always appreciate having 2 key cards. All the staff we came in contact with were helpful and friendly.
Cons: Surrounding area is rundown - lots of empty, dilapidated buildings in the vicinity. At times there weren’t enough loungers by the pool area. Rear porch was quite small with no loungers or space for loungers.

First we had a terrible time getting the barcode to work to open the gate. The grounds were overgrown with weeds and looked neglected, the bathrooms had some mold issues and had a problem with ants. 5 lounge chairs at the pool and they were always taken. The bungalows looked better cared for than the apartments. Pictures we saw online really didn’t match what we got. Would not recommend.

Everything was great and in working order. Rooms stayed cool. Everyone was more than helpful. Location was very close to beach and five restaurants one serving breakfast lunch a dinner. Pool was beautiful and warm, even after the sun went down. Our flight out got canceled and they quickly were able to accommodate us for six more days. Very pleased and still enjoying our stay.

Apartment was larger than it looks in pictures. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Few min walk to the beach, small area that gets busy. There are public beaches within about a 10 min walk. The only downside is the distance to town, either expensive cabs, walking an hour plus or renting a car.

Only negative is the abandoned buildings between the property and the water….eyesore that attracted people rooting through the building and walking on the roofs. Area could be great if that abandoned property was cleaned up and had a few shops or restaurants.

Overall good stay, we were a bit disappointed with the surrounding area. Property ground was nice. Our unit was OK but nothing more. Foyer was very dirty when we came in as the door gap let all the leaves and dirt in. Very poor lighting in the kitchen which was poorly equipped. Cleaning staff only came once and only cleaned one room, second time only gave us fresh towels. Close to shopping mall and grocery stores.

Small washer and dryer in the bungalow which was very helpful.
Cons:
Communication- we rarely seen the administrative staff. The reception was locked and unattended until the last day when I went to check out. This meant that we didn’t have access to beach towels. Additionally the check in details were unknowingly sent via WhatsApp (while all other details were sent via email). I do not have WhatsApp and it was very challenging to get the info when we arrived, as there was no one in the reception area and it was locked.
Amenities: no facecloths or hand towels were provided during our stay. 1 bath towel each.
There was a 4 burner cooktop but no stove or BBQ for meal preparation. No access to beach towels unless you could find someone in the reception office.
Electrical outlets: beware, the entire island is 220V. You will likely need a converter BUT hair dryers/electric razors etc will not work. We brought a converter and were able to charge phones, devices, however my Dyson hair tools were useless. It’s not something they can charge, but is essential to know.

Didn’t like that we had ants and there were no cleaning supplies for your leisure. Love the location. Once on property don’t need a car but will need it to get to the beaches. Very quiet and cozy. We used the 2nd bd room to store our luggage, glad that we had that or else we wouldn’t have had any place for them. The island is expensive especially around the tourist spots

I did like this property a lot. It was clean easy to access. There were some dining options within walking distance (the shrimp basket at De Visserij is a must, trust me). There is a nice, clean pool on the property. Concierge will give you beach towels if you ask. Great views from the property.

Its a condo, cute condo but not in great shape. Window held closed with rope, washing machine broken and slimy, iron didn't work, bedroom lamp flickered. Staff were very friendly. Condo is a nice size but I wouldn't have felt safe if I was staying there alone. Cute bars and restaurants on the beach 1 minute walk.

Booked a 2br 2ba condo here for my bestie and I on spring break. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! Loved our whole experience with them and at the property. We had an amazing view from our balcony in the C building and could see the ocean and the bay. The pool area is super nice too! And Piscadera Beach is a wonderful place to hang out. Our favorite restaurant was Que Tapa, which was a short walk away. The location is also central to everything you need!

Some of the nicest people I have ever met BUT the place was initially designed as a resort, they went bankrupt and sold the individual units to private owners and stopped construction midway...
As a result of this, you have:
- An entire complex of building (Piscadera Bay Complex) in front of the Piscadera Harbour Village resort that were originally designed as a shopping/restaurant group of buildings that are now abandoned, with graffiti, broken glasses, homeless people and stray dogs, all kinds of peole go in and out of these buildings at night so a huge safety concern! If we knew this, we would have never booked this place. When we initially arrived, I wanted to turn around and find a new place because the entrance in the resort is through this deserted complex of buildings.
- On the resort property there are buildings thar were started but never finished.
- The imdividual units are not properly maintained. Ours had windows that were missing the locking system (so the window was always open), the insulation of the windows was broken and the glass was making noises when there was wind, we've has water fosets that were not properly attached to the sink and they were wobbly, the bads were not confortable and were naking a tone of noize.
Overall, I would not recommend this place...

Good afternoon all concerned,
First, I must say our stay was awful and time-consuming addressing maintenance issues for the first five days. Let me summarize my experience:
1.The pictures of the units on the website is NOT a reflection of what we encountered on-site.
2.Your units are very dated. It has a number of small holes where insects come through into the unit to include ants, roaches, and others.
3.Mildew and mold around windows and walls were very present. Mildew was very bad behind the bed in the main bedroom, pieces of walls were falling off.
4.The unit had two bathrooms; however, we could use one because the other one was infected with ants and other insects including roaches
5.Windows could not be closed because some handles were off and most windows didn’t have seal. Screen windows were either missing or damaged.
6.AC had to be kept very low to avoid bad odors from the unit.
7.All mattresses were dated. And to add to the condition of the mattresses, they had blood and urine stains.
8.There were four glass panels missing in the balcony.
9.Bushes were high and we couldn’t stay out at the balcony at night because of the roaches.
10.In spite of the efforts of the Manager on Duty, the units had the same problems. MOD (Manager on Duty) tried her best to minimize the problems, however, her hands were tight by the insufficient maintenance of these units. Loved the modern 2 bedroom bungalow. Beautiful infinity pool. Very helpful staff took our booking at short notice and helped arrange rental car. Lovely quiet resort only spoilt by several barking dogs in local area overnight. Great access to beach with excellent facilities - loved the Tomatoes bar beside the water - staff were brilliant! Overall, would thoroughly recommend this resort.

I loved the ocean vieuw and the pool! The property had only 220 volt, so we locals couldn’t use anything we had because locals use 110 volt.. so that was disturbing!

Only a couple of things needed attention such as the roller blinds, oh and the dog faeces dropped off by the front door periodically by the couple of street dogs who roamed the condo at will. I shouldn't have to arrive at the property and start removing 3 or 4 pieces of dog muck from within a couple of meters of the front door. Not pleasant at all, but once past that....all was really good. The condominium grounds is guarded and feels safe; it is fairly isolated (so you need a car), but is close (4 minutes walk) to a private beach which is free to access with the property rental (can't take your own food and drinks though).

Piscadera Harbour Village is our home away from home. My family of four spent 11 nights here and had no regrets. Bright, spacious, clean, relaxing. The office staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Also had the pleasure of meeting Nelcy who does the cleaning service.

Quiet, onsite security around the clock. What I didn’t like is that the dogs didn’t let my mother through to the pool. After I talked to the lady at the reception they were planning of getting rid of the dogs. Great place in general.

Central location for a few days stay
We stayed in a two bedroom bungalow. The view was amazing. Very quiet. The staff were very responsive. A few points to note: it is very hard to find at night. The turn into the resort is from what first looks to be a pedestrianized area and the sign is hard to see, especially if you are coming from the opposite direction. Recommend a few more signs. Depends on the owner but our bungalow was NOT well equipped. No cooking utensils at all, can opener, etc. The staff provided a toaster and kettle on request. Outdoor chairs unfortunately were not comfortable. The pool was great as was Pirate Cove beach. Our unit could really use a deep clean (fan blades, upper surfaces, etc). It takes about 50 mins to walk into Willemstad, mostly along the sea.

The bungalows are comfortable and spacious with a nice kitchen area, big living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located at 8 mins to town by car. My biggest disappointment was that our booking confirmation clearly states 3 king size beds. Not only the beds were not king size but we only had 2 full sizes bed. When asked, they said it was wrongly advertised and the bungalows contains two bed and a sofa bed.

We stayed in the ocean view bungalow for 5 nights. Hotel was nicely decorated and staff were very helpful. Beautiful views. We did some shore diving with the nearby 'the dive shop' and would highly recommend them. I would recommend renting a car for this location.

Nice condo very close to a beach
We recently stayed in the bungalows at Piscadera Harbour Village. They were large & comfortable with a lovely view of the water. We were travelling with 2 babies & a toddler. Although the units did not have washer/dryers we were able to send out 5kg. of laundry daily which was washed, folded & returned the next day. There is construction ongoing at this property but it was not loud or intrusive. There are several restaurants within walking distance & it is a five minute drive to the closest grocery store. The closest beach is a quick downhill walk & the pool provided morning entertainment for our 2 yr. old. Note it is an infinity pool so you would have to keep a close eye on children who can swim on their own. The staff are very accommodating & even purchased a high chair for us when we asked! Bedding is not necessarily changed when the units are cleaned every second or third day however you can request this at any time. There is a kids play structure tucked behind the unoccupied (as yet) building near the water which we didn't discover until the second last day so if you take kids I recommend looking for it.

Stayed for the third time. Had a good stay. Didn't had a washing machine and dryer this time, but the service to wash all our clothes was delivered. The mattresses are too soft. And this time there was no TV in the living room.

The room was beautiful but there were several issues. The reception is only there from 8 -5. The wifi did not work for two days There were no bathroom mats or coffee cups. when the stove top was turned on the breaker tripped. There were small roaches when the shower was turned on in one bathroom. The room was cleaned once in the week we stayed. sheets were not changed or made. The is a washer which is convenient but you have to buy all grocery items. One door was falling off the hinge and several bulbs were blown. Pool was small so more than two parties felt crowded.

Pick the bungalow it is its on little house. Its close to the beach but the beach is not that great. Bungalow is pretty but i did see a roach and the breakers go off if it rains. They have security and the staff is great! Awesome pool! Overall we like it!

Much better places to stay on the island. Here is the short list of what is wrong.
The shower had no heat and the heating unit was all in chinese, so it was difficult to work. Supposedly it was on a timer, but all I know is with the three showers I took, for two and a half they were very cold.
Pillow cases, did not fit pillows.
No Shampoo, if you want to wash your hair in the cold water, just drive to the the local supermarket to buy your own shampoo.
Pool has three lounge chairs, your ok if you are one of the first three.
No gym
TV remote sticky, asked them to clean, but still sticky.
Walls were dirty.

This is more of a timeshare experience. Not a true hotel, reception available till 5pm. My bungalow was almost perfect. Beds are excellent quality just to soft for me (firm lover). Quiet neighborhood, excellent natural views, well maintained. Still unfinished project but no construction ongoing at moment. I would stay here again.

I was expecting just a hotel room but I was surprised to find that I had a superb two bedroom apartment all to myself. The apartment was spacious and of very good quality with just about everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The only thing missing was a regular oven although there was a four place hob and a microwave. In my opinion, excellent value for money.

Since the check in to the check out, I had nothing to complain about, this facility is nice and modern, it's very quiet, great for people who want to hide and relax from everyday event. I am even thinking of going to that same place again around next year and I don't usually do that.

My wife and 10 year old daughter stayed in Bungalow #3 in Piscadera. The bungalow itself was fabulous and had panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea; WOW! The hotel staff were excellent - friendly, informative and very helpful. We travel internationally a lot and I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough. From customer service to the swimming pool - the attention to detail is phenomenal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Accommodations as advertised, no surprises. Staff were very helpful, friendly. Grounds are nice...only downside is the construction ongoing to expand the site but its not hugely inconvenient. kitchen was well stocked. Beach club associated with the resort is just a short walk down the hill. you should rent a car on your trip to Curacao so you can get to the excellent beaches on the west coast. Locals are very friendly and laid back. no hassling you to buy stuff. if they could get rid of the oil refinery, this could be the perfect vacation spot.

It has been a excellent choice for an apartment-hotel, the place is clean, the people is very nice, although there is construction in the area, it didn't affect our stay at all.
Rooms are very big and comfortable, the kitchen is very complete with all appliances.
The pool is a beauty with a unforgettable view, don't miss hide the sun at sunset which is amazing from the pool area.
We won't think twice next year to select Piscadera Harbor Village.

It was a brand new hotel. On July 7 we were the first guests in the hotel. That made it amazing to know you were the first ever to be in the room. The quality of the room and building was exceptional! We plan on going again in the future and possibly taking our children, if we go again we are planning to stay here!

This resort is brand new and very beautiful. We stayed in a bungalow with a gorgeous view of the bay and ocean for 2 weeks. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook our meals. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. I loved the wrap around patio with sliding glass doors all the way around. The pool area is excellent with a view overlooking the bay. The maid came every couple of days to clean and bring us fresh towels. There was always a security guard at the front gate and we never felt insecure leaving our things on the patio to dry. There was wireless internet and a big screen TV with digital cable. The resort does use European electrical outlets so bring converters if you are from the United States. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a vacation rental.
