Parking lot was mostly empty.
Lobby was bare.
Key didn't work. Went to get fixed and was told it probably wouldn't work so he'd be up to see if there is another room available. Found a door off the hinge and lock broken apart. there was sheetrock dust and paint throughout the hallway. In the room cleaniless was questionable. Went to swim to find no water in the pool. So went next door to a different hotel to swim and that pool had just been filled and the ladders were falling apart. The rooms smelt strongly. The TV was not easy to work. Initially seemed I could only cast from my phone. Breakfast was minimal. Attendant was in socks filling cereal. Saying the hotel is changing names.
Definitely a questionable stay. I know things can be hard for small businesses but this whole experience was uncomfortable.

The TV was a challenge to figure out how to get channels. The phone didn't work. The desk chair should be thrown away. The tub was not clean. The back door was broken.

When we arrived there was a note on the front counter to go to the hotel next door to check in stating a family emergency, ice machine was broke the pool was down for maintenance it said when we walked in our room and went in bathroom the floor had not been swept there was hair everywhere even in the tub the sink had tooth paste still in the sink from the last occupant the bed was comfy I can give them that we had to go to the hotel next door to get breakfast and on the day we checked out we had to go next door to do that the whole Tim we was there nobody was ever at our hotel to help

Sign says to call Quality Inn across the street to check in. Stood for a while because person checking in could not figure out system. Thank goodness call to manager helped even though she used a disability slur. No pool no breakfast no coffee. Signs say to use Quality Inn across the street. Empty lobby. Would not feel safe at all if traveling alone. Time to close this hotel and fix it.

Motel With Many Problems

Amy, the desk clerk, was very helpful in assisting me to find a very good restaurant for dinner and she gave us a room for handicap, as my wife has a leg problem and has trouble walking. The breakfast, however, was a disaster. There was no coffee available and no food whatsoever. There was not even anyone in the food area. Also, when we checked out, there was no one at the front desk. It was deserted.

Stay somewhere else!!!

No staff in building from 4pm until check out. It took a long time to check in, had to walk to Quality Inn to find anyone since both buildings are own by the same company. The back doors were left open, no key needed. Trash and dirty laundry in hallway. The pool was very dirty. This looks like a new building online but really just a new paint job. 2nd and 3rd floors currently under construction. Breakfast was a joke.

Literally the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at!

First, the poor staff did everything they could with what little they had to work with - SHAME ON MANAGEMENT/OWNERS! We got here when it was in the mid-90s and the A/C was OFF and all the doors to the rooms that weren't occupied were open. It was oppressively hot!!! After two hours, our room was still at 88 degrees so we requested another room. I waited at the desk for quite awhile before someone came because the front desk staff was RUNNING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THIS HOTEL AND THE NEXT DOOR HOTEL in order to work both hotels at the same time!!! Whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed of themselves! The front desk lady was so nice and apologetic but this was just wrong! The owners are too cheap to have the A/C on in any room that isn't occupied. While I can understand trying to cut costs here and there, it actually takes more energy to cool and dehumidify a room (or an entire floor!) when you let it get this hot. And if you KNOW you have someone coming, start the A/C before they get there!

Went to check in nobody was at the counter had to call the number somebody came from the hotel across the street to check us in got into the room it wasn't the room that I paid for. It was extremely hot in the room took quite a few hours to cool off. Bathroom did not have toilet paper and of course could not find anybody to help me had to find a maids cart in the hallway and get it out of there when I went to check out of course nobody was at the counter had to go across the street to the other hotel to check out

The hotel and staff were were very nice. Not enough staff the people they did have were very friendly. And helpful. Needed more towels in the room only had two full size towels. Women need at least two each. They did deliver the towels. The pool was nice clean. Again with staff they did have was terrific. They accommodated us the best they could.

The bed was nice. The King Suite was worfully underfurnished. The pool was closed because the owner didnt buy chlorine. The invluded breakfast was not served because the owner chose not to. Had to go to the hotel next door (same owner) to get keys. Only staff we saw was the 2nd shift counter clerk. The owner(s) parked 1 of their vehicles blocking the car port entry so as to not get wet. Leaving us to get our bags soaked. *the owners were not onsite they would stopby at the next doot hotel where they blocked the carport there as well. Crap owners! Hotel would be ok if not good woth some care.

Pool wasn’t working upon arrival, this was one of the reasons we picked this hotel was due to the pool. Wasn’t notified about the pool not working till starting the process of checking in and asking the pool hours and when I ask for a refund because it was advertised as being open the guy working the front desk gave me a nasty look and attitude changed then said it would be refunded by the morning. I asked for some kind of documentation for the cancellation and he gave a print out and acted annoyed I had asked for it. We ended up getting a room next door.

This hotel clerk was new and didn’t know much. The breakfast area was not open nor could they sell drinks due to not renewing their liquor license. No coffee. no hot water in the shower and the pillows were so flat. No one to check us out. Actually the pictures posted on hotels.com were very false. Called and tyey said they would share the Quality Inn breakfast with me which when I checked was less than half what should be put out at the Clarion. No staff in building the whole night or morning.

Hotel hosts were kind and gracious. Room had a terrible paint job, bathtub was filthy. Food was left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Mattress cover had dark brown stain. Toilet didn’t work when we arrived but they did fix it. Leather chair was previously damaged and duck taped. Pool was closed. No breakfast available.

When we got there, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call corporate customer service to get someone to show up. Then the first room had no AC. I had to call and get someone to show up at the front desk again to switch rooms. The second room hadn’t been cleaned. Back downstairs and finally an acceptable room about 45 minutes after we arrived

Well it looked nice on the outside. There was something stuck on the wall with ants. It need some repairs the window curtains were torn and there were some places that needed paint. The shower was ok but low water pressure. The beds oh my after 12 hours of driving were the best part of the stay

The staff were very accomidating and helped us with the things we needed. Supplies were limited of what they had but they made due of it. The evening staff made sure I had fresh coffee and was very compassionate. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staffing is also limited but I dont feel its their fault they are run to death between both hotels . Very sad,in my opinion. Overall it was a good stay .

First, the hotel is ok. Its a budget hotel so I wasn't expecting a five star stay. Also, the evening staff was absolutely top notch, no complaints there.

The Sunday morning staff however, different story. The breakfast bar was beyond dirty. Food containers were empty. NO EFFORT was given to the breakfast bar at all. The only food put out was fruit loops and frosted flakes. When I raised some hell to the front desk, who was still in his pajamas and deeply involved in his phone, he stumblingly went to the faux kitchen and brought out bagels that were still FROZEN. The coffee bar was dirty, again no effort put into cleaning or ensuring the coffee was hot and fresh.

The sad but fortunate thing is there is a McDonalds right across the street. If you are staying here to save money on breakfast- don't. Get a better hotel if you want breakfast or coffee that wasn't made the day prior.

Nice Hotel but ….,,

Greeted by a very friendly woman who was cordial and helpful. The initial appearance of the room overall good. The bathroom vanity lower portion needed to be wiped down. Now we come to breakfast. Was told checking in it would be available at 6:00 am. This was going to be great so I could get back on the road. Went to eat at 6:15 and it was not set up and ready to go and it looked like it was going to be very very basic. I decided not to wait and get on the road. Too bad I usually look forward to breakfast.

Check in was fairly smooth but upon entering my room i noticed a few things that did not meet my expectations. I was sitting in the corner chair talking to family on the phone & noticed a red MegaBlok under the foot of the bed. Upon further inspection i noticed a half eaten cracker under there as well. I brought this to the attention of the lobby clerk & he proceeded to try to immediately give me a refund instead of asking how they could fix the problem. I also have a very high suspicion that the sheets were not changed; i have very long brown hair & there were short black hairs in between my sheets & under the pillowcase. I was in a non smoking room but somehow there was a cigarette burn on the top of the toilet seat lid. I was also not very impressed with the breakfast in the lobby area. I made a waffle from the batter & was able to take 3 bites before my stomach was turning. I tried the yogurt instead & it tasted soured. The orange juice tasted like an alcoholic drink, I'm pretty sure it was fermenting. When i asked to borrow tape from the office area in the lobby to wrap a present i was told they had none, while he was holding a roll of black electrical tape. I was honestly too scared to mention anything else after i told them about the Lego & cracker under the bed though, i was worried that instead of alleviating the problem it would be magnified if i had nowhere to stay in a place I've never been too, so i tried my best not to complain.

There was black mold in the room in one of the corners. Quite a substantial amount of black mold, at that. There was a hair stuck to towel rack that was entirely too long to be mine, as I am in possession of a receding hair line. The air conditioner was off the throughout the hotel. The room was hot, the air conditioner not very powerful.

My review comes from the perspective of having previously managed a hotel. The room, bed, carpet, tv, chair, and bathroom were good.
1. When checking in, the front desk staff didn't engage in a lot of conversation, didn't verify if the info on my ID was correct (it's not, I moved states two weeks ago), and did not give me any details on the hotel. Typically, check-in is the time when you get all the info you need, such as pool hours, breakfast hours, ice machine location, check-out times etc. I had to ask for all of that, as the person at the desk really couldn't be bithered to talk to me.
2. The pool hours state 9a-10p. My wife and I went down at about 8pm to swim a little, only to find the lights had been turned off. No one was at the front desk to talk to about this, and it didn't feel like it was worth the effort to try and find them because it was already late and I had work soon, so I needed to relax before jumping on the computer to work.
3. The worst part of this, was housekeeping. They knocked at 9am and we're mad when we said we were leaving at Noon, per our discussion with the front desk. They got very upset when we mentioned noon and asked who told us we could leave them, and that's when we informed them it was the front desk staff the night prior. It's as off they didn't communicate the conversation had at check in, where I explained I work 3rd shift IT and would be working until 8AM, and needed an extra hour to get some sleep before leaving.

This hotel was very convenient to the event we were attending. We were disappointed that the prices were jacked up for this though. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine - not fancy but clean, quiet and very comfortable. Pool area was just ok, but we still swam and enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast the next day was not prepped well. When we arrived before 8, there were no coffee cups, coffee was empty, yogurt was warm as if kept unrefrigerated and there was not a lot to choose from. Because of that, most were trying to make a waffle on the single waffle iron! Even though this location was excellent, we will try to find another hotel that offers a better rate next year.

Room was an osha violation with no coverings on light fixtures loose wires woke up to Ants on our pillow threw pillow across room ants on night stand. Came back after room was \"cleaned\" to find they only made the bed did not put the pillow back that was across the room and it had ants still crawling on it. Bed was super soft but uncomfortable to sleep on. Ended up leaving and not staying a second night.

The young woman working the desk when we checked in that evening and out the next morning was great. Super friendly and pleasant. Our room was quiet, no smell and comfortable. Our only problem with this hotel was we had some tiny ants so we were unable to leave things sit anywhere. We stored our overnight bags since they were small on the bathroom counter hoping to avoid them but to no avail. Would stay again.

Rooms smelled & the first room they tried to put us in had black mold on the wall. They were kind enough about it all & moved us to another room at the other end of the building. Beds & pillows were super comfy & room was a nice size. Breakfast was good.
The hotel is a little rougher than we thought it would be on the inside & needs lots of little repairs everywhere. Next door is a semi mechanic so pretty loud at that end of the hotel. Within walking distance is a nice little diner that we enjoyed.

Great Guest service, nice.pool and fitness area...10 miles for a restaurant..theres arbys or McDonald's outside the parking lot. Rooms are well kept and clean as ever. Bfast area is second to none...definately recommend.
