Booked a room here to get some sleep on a trip home from FL. Checked in at 10:30-11pm. Lobby smelled like desk clerk just finished smoking weed. Rest of the place smelled of it too. By 2am the room above us was partying. Loud music and noises on the floor. Tried going back to sleep. By 3am they were even louder. We were planning on getting up at 5am to hit the road so we got up. Went to the desk and the guy working said we were there too long to get any money back. He could move us to a different room. Not sure why we should have to move instead of controlling the other room. And at this point I need to get up in 2 hours so what am i going to sleep? So after driving 12 hours I got to sleep about 2 hours for the full room price and then get back to driving the next 9 hours.

Required a $100 deposit at check in that I wasn’t aware of. Wi-Fi was weak so we had no tv. Used my hotspot from my phone so we could watch something and wasn’t sitting in silence. Had a crowd out front when we pulled up to check in and when we returned later that night….Looked like permanent residents. Person working front desk was in a t-shirt and jeans and was sitting in waiting area when I walked in. Sat there for a min before he slumbered over to check me in. Almost just ate the price of the room and went somewhere else after he threw in the $100 deposit. Will definitely not be staying again.

At first they tried to charge me an extra $100. Then the room did not have any extra towels for the number of guests i put down i had. We also never had our room cleaned and stayed there 3 days 2 nights. So trash built up and we unfortunately had to use the same 2 towels the whole time for 3 people.

They gave me handicapped room which I didn't need / someone knocked on my door @ 2 AM / woke me up out of deep sleep/ guy had wrong room/ freaked me out
Mgmt had no control of this but it's still disturbing & reflects badly on
motel. In spite of the well lighted Pk lot, I do not recommend this motel & I won't stay there in future

Check in was easy as I booked online. Payed and went to my room. I had a remodeled room without carpet. My floor had newer carpet in the halls only. Free breakfast with several options. Currently this property is renovating rooms. Once it’s all done the whole place should be even more clean. The staff was friendly and courteous.

First off the front desk clerk said my room number out loud and me being a single 69-year-old female at 5 foot one and 115 pounds I did not appreciate that. I went up to the room. There was not any place you put your clothes no dress or nothing of that sort and three little hooks and no hangers. I could’ve lived with all that, but it was dirty. The owner manager came up to look at it and said they just had a new maid that started that day. He would talk to her. I asked for a refund and he said no since I bought it with Expedia.

Room was dirty, carpet was very dirty and stained, chair in room was disgusting and stained. There was a cup left on the night stand and one bed looked like someone had been laying on prior to our arrival. I cannot say that I think the towels were clean either.

They offered a contenintal breakfast and there wasn't one for at least the first 3 days. When they finally put it out it was stale cereal ,bread, muffins. The jelly packs were old so sticky it was like glue. It wasn't a good idea to come here. I'll not be coming back.

Dingy, subpar quality. Under construction.

The hotel is under construction. It took us twenty minutes to figure out how to check in. I had to stand in the rain at a drive-in type window to check in.
The halls looked clean, but a bit run down.
The room was neat in appearance, but the comforters were stained. The sheets and pillowcases were crisp white, and the mattresses/pillows looked new-ish. The carpet in the room felt damp with socks/bare feet and our socks were dirty from walking on it. The carpet had red and black stains.
There were only two lightbulbs in the room. The tv was 19”. The hard surfaces were clean.
There was a small microwave and refrigerator; the fridge made a loud noise when it kicked on, we unplugged it. The curtains were not completely hanging on the rod.
The bathroom was very small, but clean. They only provide clean towels every three days.
It advertised having free breakfast and there were menus for room service; but we were told that neither was available. The only vending machine was on the first floor.
Our room was on the second floor, we could clearly hear the people who were staying in the room above us walking around.
A LOT of people walking around the hallways that looked… more like they were in rooms maybe just for hours or less.
The hotel is located on very busy Morgan Avenue, I was surprised we didn’t hear the traffic very well.
The location is convenient for shopping/dining options.
They did tell me at check in that the whole hotel is being actively renovated. Call first.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the first experience wasn’t bad but this time it was horrible.First of all when I first checked in I was given Room 311 and someone was occupied in that room,then they gave me another Room 313 and the heater didn’t work at all.I didn’t want to go anywhere else because I had to get up early for work but it was cold all night.I was very upset and frustrated I will never stay again.

Requested KING bed because ny partner is large and has a leg device and needs extra space. Was told no KING rooms available, but \"good news\" we put you in a QUEEN suite. Told them it wouldn't work because of physical issues. We both will NOT fit in a QUEEN bid. Nope, no KING rooms and can't cancel the resevation. So, I slept on the couch in the suite as the hide a bed did not open easily and was not CLEAN. Tze electrical outlets were over loaded. You cannot run a fridge and a microwave on an extension outlet. Fire hazard. Also all tze electrical outlet plugs were loose and barely connected. Also a fire hazard and against code. We unplugged many things due to this being unsafe. Not a single outlet was up to code. Only had ONE bath towel in a room that was to sleep 4. I had to get extra towels. Then when they serviced room, poorly, again ONE towel and again had to ask. Our towels were hung and did n8t need replacing. Most hotels, it is replace if on floor. I had much better expections of a Super 8. I was going on brand quality. Breakfast was slim so we ate breakfast out. Odd, dirty smell in hallways and room.
Really wish we could have canceled and gone elsewhere.

Started out at check-in poorly, and went downhill from there. The man at the reception desk didn’t offer a greeting or smile, and couldn’t even peel his rump out of the chair to check customers in. We get to our room, it seems clean enough that we won’t have to run. The curtains were broken on one side, so no matter what you did you weren’t blocking the entire window. The hotel is entirely non-smoking yet the smell of weed and cigarettes were thick in the air in the hall and even in the room. The toilet was clogged and would not flush, front desk was notified twice, asking for a plunger so we could try to unlock ourselves, but was never provided with any assistance or tools to remedy the problem ourselves. The best thing I can say was the a/c kept the room comfortably cool. It was a cheap room, so I didn’t have high expectations, but even bottom of the barrel expectations weren’t met.

My room was disgusting, it smelt like piss, and had burn marks on the ground, I found beer cans with buds in it under the bed, and it looked like they just made the bed and left. The food in the morning was gross, the juice was sour. and the breakfast was old. When I checked in the staff seemed rude and any time I needed help it was like I was bothering them. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights, I left after the firt.

It was sad. The handicap room was unsafe. Without non-slip tub surfaces, the grab bar was loose by the toilet. The shower chair was wobbly and missing screws. Very unsafe. Surprised no one has fallen yet. Accident waiting to happen.
