Positives: Comfy beds and pleasant staff.

Negatives: The air conditioner rattled and the floor had bugs on it. The worst part was how loud the upstairs guests were until 4am. I got no sleep. I reported this to staff twice, but nothing seemed to change. There was a family of 7 above me bouncing balls on the floor and jumping off beds all night. I won’t stay again.

The outer view of the property was motel-ish, but upgrades are in effect. Interior of property is modern and elegant, considering the small town, low frill area. Clean room, beautiful hot tub option, and excellent shower option. I recommend a stay.

Our toilet ran on and off for the two days/nights of our stay. There were no grab bars in the shower or a shelf to put toiletries on. Shower floor was slippery. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the fridge was COLD.

From the outside, I would call this a Motel rather than a Hotel. But inside, the rooms are updated and clean. We stayed four nights while I was visiting my family in Henderson. It is honestly so much better than I had anticipated based on how it looks from the outside.

No one at front desk. A monitor with a zoom connection. I couldnt understand the person on the other end very well. Issues were difficult to resolve. Other guests seemed sketchy someone dumped trash in the back of my pickup during my stay. Room was clean. Everything worked.

Well the outside looked rough, maybe they were remodeling. So I was pretty concerned. The room itself was updated and clean but there were some issues.
1) the hot tub was not the one in the picture and it had a slow leak into the floor. Like water seeped out of the hot tub into the floor around the hot tub and accumulated to 1/8\" deep at least
2) no microwave in the room despite the online saying there was
3) no staff really. Check in was with someone in India who speaks to you through a kiosk. I guess that's ok, but pretty impersonal and didn't leave you feeling great.
4) and this was a huge issue. The door between our room and the next was a regular for with a turn lock. We were able to walk right into the next room and if they had the key on the other side they could do the same. Scary! Even more so if we had been in the next room with NO way to lock the door to keep the people in the next room out. There was no lock on that side!!!!

I received a dirty room. They moved me to another room, which was also dirty. I asked for a refund, no refund. So I just left and I had to eat the hundred bucks. I was polite, all they had to do was go clean the room. But after two dirty bathtubs and stains on the linens. I was over it. There’s a reason why it’s one of the cheapest places on the strip.

Good place to stay for the night while passing through. We had a small pup with us. The room was clean and seemed newly renovated.

All was good except for the idiot next door who left his dog in the room to cry and bark incessantly since 6am. Asked the front desk to do something, which they did not. We left earlier than planned because of this poor dog.

The inside of the main building is small but nice and it looks like it was newly renovated. There is a huge screen when you walk in with an employee on screen ready to check you in. Different way to do that. The exterior still looks a little beaten up with boards covering some doors. The inside of the room was nice but there were a few things I noticed: Stains on the bedding, it seemed like there was just a top sheet for the bed, the bathroom door screeched loudly when opened. Not great for a midnight pee with my spouse. No instructions or guide (list of channels) for the tv. There was loud traffic outside the door and the curtains allowed for shadows of people walking by to dance across the wall…very distracting. The breakfast was small. It was nice for the one night we needed it.

The beds were very comfortable and the room cooled nicely. The only complaints were that for the three of us there were only two seats other than having to sit on the bed. Also I unplugged the refrigerator as it was very noisy.

I had stayed here previously and that trip had been pleasant so I booked again. Biggest mistake ever!!! This time it was a nightmare. There was a group of men sitting outside their rooms (2 doors down) drinking and being very loud so I contacted the property to ask them to do something about this. My complaint was ignored and I wasn’t able to get to sleep until after midnight. I will not be returning to Hitel Envi ever again!!

We thought it was a great value for the amount we paid. The staff was very friendly and the unit was very clean. We can tell that efforts are being made to update and improve the property. We would have liked a luggage rack and a few more hangers. Some shelves would be nice for storing items outside the suitcase. Overall we were pleased with our visit.

Property was decent, but lacked the litte touches that make a motel a better place. The building is really old and shows it's age despite all the updates. I check in early during many of my stays, but this is the first place that has ever charged me for doing so. If I go back to the area, I'll likely stay in Evansville.

Stayed in the Jetted Jacuzzi room for 2 days. Room was stayed for 2 adults but did not state at the time of booking that it was 15.00 extra a night for the second person. Adding 30.00 extra dollars to an already over priced room. The room is extremely over priced, not at all as updated as they started.
Hot tub has no step to get in it or to get out, causing it to be very hard not to fall. When running makes a horribly loud noise in the bathroom. The sound is so loud you can't hear anything.
The bed stunk, and covers smells of cigarettes. Mattress was broken down causing you to roll into the center of the bed. Very hard to sleep that way.
The people below had dogs that barked all night and neighbors on each side drinking and playing very loud music.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The best part of the stay was the conversation with her.

Hypoallegenic and good bed for back and hip

The rooms had no carpeting and very low use, if any, of room spray. The walls had no pictures, etc. So I found that the room was great for my allergies. The room was large with a side table and comfortable chairs. The bed was comfortable and didn't cause back or hip pain. The bathroom was clean. The shower was good. The TV was oversized. I'm 77 with allergies and hip and back problems. This room was ideal for me.

The first room the toilet did not work, they gave ma another room and it had roaches. When I complained at the front desk the second time the lady went too the second room with the roaches and actually brought a dead one down in her hand and said it's not a roache byt some other but.
Did not stay got another hotel, 25 minutes away in Evansville.

The hotel is much shabbier than it appears on the website. When we checked into our room the a/c wasn't working and the smoke alarm was dismantled. Our request to move to another room was quickly and politely accommodated. The bathroom wasn't up to my cleanliness standards. I can't comment on breakfast other than to say that they must not want anyone to eat it because it's served 5-8 on weekdays and 5-9 on Sat/Sun. I've never been in a hotel that cut off breakfast that early. I wound up doordashing coffee and breakfast. My only interaction with staff was check-in and to address room change. The person I dealt with was polite and professional. Calling the place a boutique hotel is stretching the truth considerably. I doubt that I will stay there again.

Updated parts great; more updates needed

I thought this motel would be more updated given the description. Most of the room had some great updates, such as countertops, and the beds. However, some of the walls still needed to be redone or repainted. The refrigerator had a lot of rust and significant cosmetic wear on it, although it was in great working condition and kept my food cold including the frozen items.

The biggest problem of the stay, however, was that when I arrived there was a weed smell in the bathroom. To resolve this, I turned on the light which is connected to the fan and the smell went away shortly. I did not turn off the bathroom light for my entire stay in order to be sure that smell did not return.

Sorry, the best way to describe this 1950's era roadside motel is \"lipstick on a pig\". You can't add a few new things in a room and put up a vinyl mural of a tropical location and think this will fly with customers. The bed had all kinds of pieces of black lint all over the sheets so I spent an hour checking to see if they were moving. I would have called the front desk but there are NO PHONES in the room.
There were cars and trucks from the main drag racing all night long, plus when you have trucks parked 10 feet from your door you hear everyone coming and going. Plus, when you have those cheap wall mounted heating units they are designed with vents that allow anyone right outside your door to hear everything in the room. There was a guy talking right outside the room and he sounded like he was standing next to me IN the room. The funniest thing was this place calling itself a \"boutique\"hotel. I asked the guy at the front desk why it is a boutique hotel and he said \" because we have the cheapest rate in the area.\" Nuff said!

I have stayed at this hotel many times cause of the online price. I booked online and when I got to the facility I was told that I was not able to check in. I ask why and the lady at the desk could not help me. My room was non refundable and when the night shift manager came in she could not tell me why as well. I was charged a extra 50 dollars on top of what I had paid and was given a room which had seemed to be half cleaned. I called down to the front desk after seeing the room and was told that was all that was available. I called back a hour and a half later from another phone and the night shift manager answered and when I ask was anything available her reply was yes we have plenty come on in and I give u a good rate better than the online one.

The images the website showed were totally false. The rooms were dark and must have been built 100 years. My wife almost got sick because our room stunk of cigarettes. The help were not helpful, reluctant to answer our questions. We are seasoned travelers and not once have we left hotel. I am asking for a refund. We’ll see how customer friendly they are..
