I fell for this deal i ended up leaving the next morning room was not clean no coffee no nothing there was a horrible smell i asked house keeping to bring me some cleaning product had to get remote replaced we did not think of it as a 4 star you truly get what you paid for. But i will say they need to take this one off of website.

Positives: the key worked, A/C was working, police were on the premises.
Negatives (in order of encounter): Police were on premises, choked from smoke in the hallway, light switches were appearantly not hooked to anything, 9ft windows with 6ft curtains and security light shining directly in which allowed me to see the couch with half the upholstery missing, 1/3 of sleeping area carpet had a squishing sound from A/C condensate.
I did not stay so I don't know how long the yelling and loud music would have lasted but it was already midnight as I had a late flight in. I am neutral about the man laying half dazed in the hallway charging a phone as it is possible the outlets were not working in his room.

General Manager Crystal was very nice but the conditions of the property i feel were not suitable for anyone there people hanging out back smoking weed ,there access the hotel rooms i and my fiance did feel safe staying here i checked us in Friday 13 n checked right back out 20 mins later we only had one towel,no toilet paper ,light not working in bathroom,stains on sheets and walls this place really needs to be shut down looks nothing like website do not stay here.

pulled up to see a cop outside talking to someone, should’ve been the first red flag! then we get to our rooms and they are disgusting-didn’t even want to put my bag on the bed. bullet hole in the window, someone running down the hallway saying people should leave because someone was there with a gun. we checked in and got dressed, but immediately left. This was this most unbelievable Hotel experiences I have ever had. I have never checked into a hotel in which I was afraid to stay at. I am applauded at the fact you would even have such an establishment of this sort representing on your company website. The room and establishment was not clean, the door was open to the room when I arrived... and I can hardly express my disbelieve with the condition of the entire hotel. Scammy staff, upon arrival with a reservation they told me they were fully booked and didn’t have a room for me, I asked for a refund, told me to reach out to Expedia since I booked through them, I reach out to Expedia and they said they need to contact the property for a refund, and property claims that my reservation is a no show.

No refund, no resolution, just passing the buck around.

Both parties expedia and hotel is scammy. Avoid.

THE INTERNET DID NOT WORK THE ENTIRE TIME. A PASSWORD AND NETWORD NAME WAS GIVEN TO ME BUT IT STILL DID NOT WORK. THE ROOM THAT I REQUEST ONLINE WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO ME. I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM INSTEAD. I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A ROOM WITH A KITCHEN. THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. THERE WERE HOLES IN THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM UNFINISHED WORKED THAT NEEDED TO BE COMPLETED ON THE HOTEL. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY. IT WAS AWFUL. THE STAFF AND MANAGER CRYSTAL HAS A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE AND DOES NOT CARE TO HELP WITH THE ISSUES THAT ARE HAPPENING. I ADVOSED HER OF EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON AND SHE WAS SO NONCHALANT ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY STAY HERE. Rooms looks like a crime scene .. moldy and urine smells hit you right in the Face mattress covered in blood stains and corners filled with BED BUGS sheets with burn holes and furniture infested with mold if you thinking about it DO NOT STAY HERE the pictures for this place has to be years old cause it looks nothing like it save your self the time and disappointment the HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CALLED ON THIS PLACE. And the workers need to call EEOC FOR THE CONDITIONS THEY ARE WORKING IN.This place is just inhumane and is not up to par for just one night of living conditions.

Traded rooms. No doors actually locked well. The lobby AC was broken. There was stored furniture in the “dining area” the building itself smelled of mold and uncleanliness. No electrical outlet covers, drawers that didn’t fit inside the cabinets in the kitchenette, mircrowave was falling out of the wall, the stove didn’t work, was afraid to open the refrigerator, most of the lights didn’t work, the bed was falling apart, the bed looked dirty and the bedding was the wrong size, the drapes were hung up with well I’m not even sure but they were barely hung there, it looked as if they had been hit by a hurricane, was under water, and then trying to rebuild the place. How they are even allowed to be open to the public is beyond me, and how Expedia is even listing them is crazy to me. Do not stay here.

Signs cautioning drug and prostitution activity, hotel pool broken, bath/shower in room barely works, zero amenities, A/C broken in lobby and like 90 degrees, water leak in hallway with no signage, dirty dirty dirty. I am still in disbelief that this hotel was ever an option on Expedia. The hotel being listed on expedia gave it underserved credit... I understood the no refund policy and did not imagine an instance when I would request a refund. I was for sure attending a family reunion in my hometown and wanted a budget friendly option for sleeping. The pictures available on you site must be stock photos or photos from many, many years back. I could not stay at this hotel, no one should. It appears to be serving as a residence for local disadvantaged individuals. In addition to the abandoned vehicles, doors hanging off hinges, there was laundry drying on the fence. Thankfully I was able to stay with a family member. This hotel should not be on Expedia, it is not a safe place for a traveling stranger or the individuals living there. Please help me secure a refund.

There was nothing likable or redeemable about this property It was a unsafe trap-house or crack house it was completely stank dirty and nasty the building should be shut down and not allowed to do business, the place looks nothing like the pictures on the Expedia web site so I should get a refund for false advertisement alone, but I should have my money returned period because the place was unsuitable to be called an operating building or a safe and comfortable stay I was unable to stay there due to safety concerns with addicts shamelessly waiting on there next victim ,the place needs to be torn down and the owner should be arrested fined and put out business , not allowing this review is deceptive as it doesn't not violate any rules and is informative for other people who may need to know to stay away or proceed with caution

Disappointing but brief

I’m glad I had hotels.com funds for most of the room. The property is run down. The room was damp. No shower curtain. One towel. Very dark in the room. Two lamps. Front desk staff was very nice. But when she gave me my key card, she said my room number out loud in front of the 3 men standing at the desk(other staff members I believe). As a woman, that just felt unsafe. Disappointing stay but only 1 night.

Expedia shows a nice hotel. Definitely not. Bullet holes, broken glass, missing ceiling tiles. Lost $150 because you can't even get a refund for the FAKE ad they made. False advertisement is illegal and I've made a dispute with my bank. DO NOT GO HERE. I made a reservation 3 days in advance and check in says 3pm. My room wasn't even ready or cleaned until 4. They even left their cleaning supplies on the counter. Fridge was crap and didn't even work. We left after walking into our room. Had to book another hotel, out of double the money because the pictures LIED. Not clean and not safe. We had to leave.

This facility is not suitable for business

Grateful that we were able to get a last minute room, being there was no availability anywhere. However couldn't really sleep because of the environment. Drug users and homeless domain, and walls are very thin can hear next door and across room conversations had to whisper. No tissues in bathroom(glad I carry my own), bathtub was dripping all night. Surprisingly didnt see any roaches, but the nets took the place of them.This facility should not be
suitable to operate any type of business. I truly advise the owner to sell property why he/she still can. Allowing the building to be totally demolish(leaving nothing behind) and rebuilt from the ground up. Thank God we only needed to stay one night, had booking to another hotel the remaining of the trip...

Where Cleanliness Took a Vacation

Avoid if you like sleep, clean floors, or functioning appliances. We had to change rooms because the first one looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the dinosaurs checked out and surprise! No couch. Our poor son had to sleep on the “flavored” tile (definitely not chocolate). The next day, we upgraded to two beds after realizing the photos online were from a parallel universe.

Front desk said 15 minutes. An hour later, we were sweating in the hallway like rejected extras from a reality show, watching housekeeping try their best with a dirty mop that from I could guess was dipped in swamp water. The “cleaned” floors were so sticky it felt like we were walking on used lollipops for the rest of our stay.

Bathroom? Very hairy. Beds? Like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. The microwave looked like it survived a zombie apocalypse with no plate and no hope. The fridge hadn’t grown mold (yet), but still smelled like expired lunchables.

Nighttime was thrilling especially if you enjoy 3am shouting matches and waking up to someone screaming expletives outside your window like it’s WWE Monday Night Raw.

Breakfast? Doesn’t exist. The pool? Decoration only.

Bonus thrill: no deadbolt on the door because who doesn’t want to live on the edge and practice their ninja moves in the middle of the night?

If you’re bringing your family, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Or at least bring a hazmat suit, noise-canceling headphones, a few weapons and your own appliances.

While waiting i started reading up on the reviews and after reading the reviews and my first impression upon walking in the door i decided the bad reviews must have merit and i decided to not wait and left to find another hotel.

All inside hallway’s looked like trash collection areas.
Key couldn’t open door.
Safety locks broken, bathroom racks broken, shower didn’t work, shorted towels, pillows and 1 sheet.
Entire room floor sticky - felt gross walking from bed to bathroom.
Toilet had double touch flush buttons that occasionally worked.

The pictures showing where you would be staying were not up to date at all. They put us in an unclean area of the place. They had some nice rooms, however they put myself and my son in an area as to be set up and robbed. The part of the hotel we were put in was very dark and dirty. Lights didn’t work properly. It looked like a slum lord’s property. Looked like a drug infested area. The motel was very dark when you walked into to the desk. A/c didn’t work. It should be illegal for them to even advertise as a place to stay. Wasn’t even a fit place for welfare.

The building needed maintenance. The hall glass doors cracked, bathroom exhaust fan box on the ceiling was open displaying wires, bathtub chipped showing signs of wear and tear. The shower rods rusted, they missed to leave towels, toilet paper and soap. The front desk provided all later. She said they were still doing the laundry.

The toilet floater was stuck, so we had to keep opening the toilet to tap the floater for it to fill every time we flushed, the tub was clogged so the water just filled in the tub when we showered, and the water was not hot, not even like warm, it was just not freezing cold, but then later when we didn't have to shower anymore the water was hot.. Very frustrating.

The Office ladies were so nice and helpful. I asked a few times for towels but never got any. But thats ok, dollar general sold them right down the street. There were always people in the parking lot to keep you safe, all hours of the night. Never felt unsafe one time. The maintenance man was very hardworking and knowledgeable. And also the guy cleaning the rooms needs a raise. Everyone should experience this stay at least once.

This is the worst place i've ever seen in my life. The only good thing is the receptionist who switched the room for me and the handyman who showed up to my room instantly. This is pretty close to an abandoned property. The bathroom light is missing a bulb. Wall paint tripped. Fire alarm was hanging from the wall. The main light in the room didn't work so the whole room was dark. The blanket got holes on it and was dirty with stains and dirt. The key card kept getting disabled so I had to come down to the front table to reactivate it. The other guests who live there look like gang members or thugs. If there's zero star I would give this place a zero star.

My nightmare attempted stay

The hotel was filthy. It is in decay. From the front where one of the support beams apparantly was wrecked into, the hotel smelled of marijuana, the room was filthy, ceiling tiles were moldy and falling out. The whole feeling of the place was of decay and destitution. I left and went around the corner to a different hotel.

I was raised off hotels when my Mom was going through hard times and never in my life have I walked in a hotel room with no shower curtain, tissue, towels, AC broke, calking all on floor . My teen son said Mom is this a joke. Pay $10 more and get a better deal with peace without the rift rafe.

Shut it down.

The hotel was disguising. The door was bent to the room the lights did not work. We walked in and ran out That place should be condemned. Can’t even call that a motel…..I believe people were living there with their families. I would never…. I wish I did take pictures you can’t make this up
