The sofa bed had not been cleaned and there was gravel all over it the floors in the room were dirty and no extra bedding for the sofa couch kitchen was not equipment with anything the place did not even have ice machine. It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. They moved my daughter and one of my grand daughters to another room since sofa was not sleep able but that was not good experience the room window was next to park lot of large diesel truck revving importers all night we could even sleep for feeling unsafe here so let the kids sleep and we stay up. After coming back from dinner walked into hallway the smell of refer was so strong the 2 year old said it stinks. Hope no one’s ever stay there especially if have a family

This hotel is horrible! Feels like a jail when u check in, most of the furniture was broken, there was mold in the bathtub, and it took forever to get hot water at 530 am! The bed was concrete to sleep on , there was no box sping underneath the mattress and just on a bare metal frame if i could id give it a negative 5 stats!!!!

The Manager Laura decided 4 days into my stay that she would inform me that the hotel has a policy that SERVICE ANIMALS are never to be left unattended for ANY amount of time in the rooms, and that it is against the law to do so, that a service animal is NEVER to be away from its handler. She then proceded to inform me that I had to sign their standsrd pet agreement and that she knew for a act i had left my SERVICE ANIMAL every night that I had been thete and on numerous occasions each day. She then said that she would be lenient and not start charging me until the next day but i was going to have to oay a nonrefundable $200 petvdeposit along with a $25/day + tax and fees each day in the future o my stay. Her total disrespect for me or my situation enraged me and i went to my room and contacted and paid for an attorney's advice. The next ray i proceded to go to work (taking my SA with me) which violates health and safety laws as well as FDA violations it made me commit. Upon returning to the hote about 30 minutes before checkout time, i went to the front desk to let them know i had again paid to extend my stay and they should be receiving the funds and confirmation email soon, but Expedia was gaving system errors. Thats when MANAGER LAURA cones from the office and proceeds to inform me that she was NOT GOING TO ACCEPT M FUNDS, NORVEXTEND MY STAY, AND I HAD 1 HOUR TO VACATE THE ROOM. Needless to say, i WILL BE FILING SUIT IN FEDERAL COURT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

The shower didn’t work too well- old faucet/spout that was difficult to get started. Quiet hotel. Staff were kind and helpful!

Initially put in one room. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the air conditioner/heat did not work. Was moved to a second room. Both rooms definitely could have been cleaner, we asked for extra pillows. They told us they were out. There were three in our room, when we brought down dirty towels And asked for new ones we were given a bag that had accommodations for 2. So I had to go back and asked for the third.

This is an older property, in many ways spartan, but overall I really liked it.

The price (through Travelocity) was right.

Check-in is a window in the entrance hall. The \"Lounge\" is two chairs and a bench across the hall from the check-in window. \"Breakfast\" is two coffee pots atop a small buffet in the entrance hall, and a selection of small snack bars in a basket below. No frills, spartan.

The room was a suite; akin to a small apartment. It had an entrance hall with large closet, an unstocked full kitchen (with amenities available upon request), a sitting area with desk and TV, a separate bedroom area open to the sitting room, and a small bathroom off the bedroom area.

The bathroom was small, but adequate. Primary complaint: lack of counter space for necessary items (toothpaste, toothpaste, razor, etc.), but one can make do.

The kitchen had upper & lower cabinets, a small sink, apartment-size fridge with freezer, four-burner electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, & breakfast bar with two stools.

The bedroom had a queen bed (very comfortable), side chests, chest of drawers, & lots of room around the bed for maneuvering.

The sitting area had a two-seat sofa, small club chair, coffee table, chest of drawers with TV atop, and a desk with a small desk chair.

The furnishings were spartan, but well maintained and comfortable. Was impressed with the lighting options; also liked the plug-in options for gadgets.

Well it’s a hotel that has seen better days. Carpet stained by door and bathroom. Bathroom fan doesn’t work and every time I used the oven fire alarm in room would go off. Mattress and box spring have low spot in the middle so have to put a pillow in between just too make mattress flat.

The Internet was not working. This seems to be an ongoing problem we were told. This proved extremely frustrating as work could not be completed. The overwhelming smell of marijuana in the halls, elevator and drifting into our room was a nuisance. We had to stuff a towel under the threshold. Heavy soiled areas on the carpet. Needed to leave shoes on. The front desk staff did seem sympathetic to these problems.

Hair had to be removed from the shower drain and sink drain. There were food crumbs and waste still scattered about the kitchen and throughout the refrigerator. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly which is not acceptable. When these issues were brought to the workers at the front desk they were not interested at all. They just said that their manager wasn’t there today. I am expecting a call from the manager today but that has not happened yet.

I’ve stayed here many times over the last 3 years but seems like each time it gets worse.
.
1. There was drunk Mexicans standing around by cars and doors and made it feel unsafe.
2. They came in around 2 AM and was loud next door waking you up.
3. The dog next door barked ALL night LONG.
4. The halls smelt of nothing but pure weed.
It will be my last time staying there as I didn’t feel safe.

Booked room was not cleaned when checked in. Looked as if someone was squatting in the room. Night clerk, Chris, was very helpful. Few other rooms available so were downgraded to smaller room. Supposed to get discounted rate, not sure at this time whether that has happened. Bathroom sink in downgraded room was clogged with hair and who knows what else. Day clerk (did not get name) was informed. She said it would be looked at but acted disinterested. Sink still clogged when we returned later that evening. Chris, the night clerk, was informed and the sink was unclogged when we returned from eating out that evening. Very loud disturbances that night by other guests, banging doors, shouting and popping sounds that were not identified. Scary enough that we checked out as soon as we could get ready and packed in the morning. Was told by day clerk that they could not discount the room for the downgrade and we would be mailed something to get a free room at a later date. Will NOT be staying here again, even if we do get free room certificate.

The staff was nice. My hotel was close to food places and the freeway. My bed did not have bugs. My bathroom was cleanish. I couldn't hear anyone unless they were right outside my door. I had a full size fridge and microwave. I wasn't comfortable putting bare feet on the floor. The shower had NO pressure. There was smoking of some sort going on in the hallways. Breakfast was coffee, hot chocolate packets and small granola bars. The gym had a treadmill, elliptical machine and TV in a room that felt like a heat box with no water.

When we arrived the office was locked. I had to bang on the door for someone to let me in. We had booked a one room suite so we could all stay together. We ended up getting two rooms. They were filthy. One of the hide a beds did not work and they were very dirty. There was zero water pressure in the shower and the sink in the bathroom was super low. The beds were very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. The parking lot was littered with cigarettes and trash. We will NOT ever stay here again.

Would have been perfect --- if I were filming a horror movie?! Beyond filthy and dated. Disgusting torn carpet, chipped laminate on sinks and counters, dirty cabinets, rusted oven from 1980's. Sheets had stains and beds were falling apart. Front doors were locked at only 8pm, several guests in parking lot smoking weed near no smoking signs. Honestly can't believe the brand allows this hotel to operate. Also, no breakfast service or even in room coffee, no shampoos, no cups, no ice, no in room phone --- The front desk said it was to \"keep us safe during coronavirus\" --- but still same prices, of course? I'm sort of traumatized by the whole experience really.

The door was locked when we got there, staff ran around for 10 mins before checking me in and couldn’t find the person to help me, when did, that person was very rude. Only pillows on one bed, sign before lobby said call before going to lobby, no way to call lobby from room, only got busy signal. When talked to staff, was told they didn’t have any more pillows. Staff finally located two, we needed more. Only two plastic cups in room with full kitchen. Room was very large, tiny bathroom. No breakfast, even when it was advertised. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff had no clue what they were doing, room was not completely room-serviced, and services advertised were not offered. If we had needed this hotel for more than just sleep, would have been a nightmare. With so many other hotels in the same area, choose another hotel!!!!

I like that even in the smaller room i had a full kitchen . I wanna cook sometimes so its realy nice to have . But what I didn't like and what won't ever have me back there again . They had a group staying and it had the entire hotel completely packed and while I've been staying there it jacked the rate up 40 more a night . But i had no clue that this group was gonna be staying there and i think if someone has been staying there they should be told that can be a possibility . That with this group the hotel can fill up and and u may have to pay nearly 40 dollars more a night then what u have been . But i had no idea and next i know the rate was so high i couldnt afford it and with only hours to plan i had to leave the hotel because i couldn't nearly a hundred dollars a night . It was a completely miserable experience due to it raining and having to sleep in my car with all my things

Have to go through the office like old school not computer room and internet was terrible. Sodas in the machine was not cold and when I informed front desk she said there was nothing she could do. So no ice no cold drink and no nearby corner store with no car because I Uber there but they did have a refrigerator but that took time. Nothing was really accommodating.

When I arrived, the hotel could not find my reservations. The front desk attendant was very nice, but it took over 20 minutes for her to get ahold of hotels.com, confirm my booking, and enter it into their system. They did reduce my price a little for the inconvenience, though. The hotel was nothing fancy or exceptionally nice. The room was clean, but had an odor like it had once been a smoking room, but wasn't anymore. My shoes stuck to the bathroom and kitchenette floors, even though they looked clean. The bathroom door also did not latch and the door handle looked like it was about to fall off. The mattress was new and decently comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was hot drinks, granola bars, and pre-packaged muffins. It was okay for one night and for the price, but I would not stay here again unless it was absolutely necessary.
