Food was okay. Have to pay extra for real juice, which is disappointing- especially because they don’t warn you about that but surprise you with the bill later. Only other juice available is gross fake sugar-water juice. Not much in the way of healthy options, either beverage or food-wise.

I would avoid!

Just an average hotel, definitely not 5*, not even 4* in European standards. It's short in terms of rooms, food, service with poor to extremely unprofessional in handling one simple complaint and just a non stop flow of lies by their complacent managers and everyone either lies or tries to cover for someone else that it makes you feel disgusted so unless you are willing to not complaint about anything or anyone even if you have an issue then I would definitely stay avoid at any cost !

So if you want to still visit it then it's at your own risk cos your vacation can turn into a nightmare

great location - near the Marsa Mubarak national park, where you can easily find a dugong (sea cow), giant sea turtles and giant manta rays - so, if you're a good swimmer, don't pay for the excursion - just go there by foot and observe them every day!
the hotel has a very beautiful reef laguna, where you can meet new kinds of fishes every time you snorkel.
pretty nice variety of food, very beautiful territory, not far from Port Ghalib, from where you can take different excursions or spend an evening at the fish restaurant.
there is a good touristic store in the hotel where you can buy a lot of useful and pretty stuff for a fair price.

The hotel has the friendliest, most professional staff I have ever met. The food great with a huge variety and very clean. Rooms are clean and spacious. Snorkeling is beyond amazing. Twice during my 4-days’ stay I swam with huge turtles!

Holiday without I see the reef

My expectations was upper than how look the hotel but was a good holiday. I was very sad because I didn't see the house reef. I came here to see what the reef looks like but the pontoon was always closed
I only wanted to enter for a few minutes with a life jacket, flippers, but I didn't have acces.
I don't think I will come back again because I don't want see just laguna

Everything is excellent except the food :)

The hotel location is excellent with super friendly staff , bungalows rooms are so spacious and near from the beach breakfast which is super .
They celebrate our anniversary with flowers and came and small celebration during the lunch which was so nice touch of them.
The only concern for me was the food quality and variety I knew it is affected by the current circumstances of covid 19 .
But at least they should provide good quality even there is only few items .
Overall very good value for what I paid .
The snorkelling also was amazing there .

Best in everything

Beautiful landscape, amazing hospitality that makes you feel like it's your home, the food is the best I've ever had in a hotel and the snorkeling is breath taking. Can't dream of more. My third stay and will keep going back.

Great hotel for snorkelers and divers

We stayed 3 nights and wish it had been more. The rooms were clean and in top condition. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good, especially by Egyptian standards. The snorkeling off the jetty was convenient and easy with a very nice reef (stingrays, parrot fish, angels, puffers, and MANY more, plus a good amount of living coral). We'll definitely go back. The beach area was clean with nice chairs and shades. The vendors were polite and definitely NOT pushy.

Nice resort by the sea

Very nice resort on the Red Sea. Nice, big room with air conditioning, large pool, and lots of activities to do on or near the beach. The resort is \"all Inclusive\", so there is plenty of food, but the food quality is not great. More like a cafeteria. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were very nice.

Struttura un po' datata ma molto pulita personale estremamente cordiale. Il cibo Non esattamente internazionale molte spezie molto aglio molti cibi caratteristici. L'animazione è completamente assente Infatti spesso non abbiamo partecipato ad attività e spettacoli serali perché non erano rese note in maniera facile da cogliere nè risultavano visibili ... sarebbe bastato un cartellone davanti alla sala del riatorante.
gli animatori non passavano a comunicare con i clienti, salvo rare eccezioni. La spiaggia è molto bella e le piscine sono tenute molto bene complessivamente anche tutta la parte esterna del Resort è curata con estrema attenzione

La barriera corallina è accessibile da 3 punti grazie ad un molo lungo 400 MT.
Molto vicino c'è la baia di Marsa Mubarak molto riparata dal vento e dalle correnti per avere un ulteriore zona di snorkeling.I ristoranti egiziano e libanese sono molto buoni,accettabili l Italiano e il ristorante a buffet.
Animazione molto tranquilla e poco invasiva.
Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutto l occorrente per trascorrere un bel soggiorno,una menzione speciale va a Mahamood che ci ha sempre fatto trovare una camera pulita ed in ottime condizioni.

Excellent hôtel et merveilleux récifs coralliens

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très bien entretenu, fleuri, propre et accueillant.
Belles piscines. Belle plage avec de nombreux transat. Accès aux récifs de coraux depuis la plage (chaussons ou palmes fortement conseillés). Fonds marins exceptionnels en masque et tuba. Tortues aussi.
Autre baie accès à pied en 20 à 30 minutes avec si vous êtes chanceux la possibilité de croiser le dugong nageant dans la baie. Beaux massifs de coraux aussi.
Spa et massages à l'hôtel très professionnels.
Nourriture variée et restaurant égyptien à tester dans la semaine.
Nous y retournerons sûrement avec nos enfants pour leur faire découvrir la plongée.

Nonostante gli arredi della struttura siano datati, la pulizia è eccellente, il servizio è eccellente, il cibo è vario di qualità che riesce ad accontentare ogni gusto, internazionale e anche italiano. Complimenti. Il wifi è presente un pò dappertutto, in alcuni punti migliorabile. Il punto mare però è il vero valore aggiunto, insuperabile. Consigliatissimo.

Die Anlage liegt sehr abseits, allerdings fährt ein Shuttle für 3 € Hin-und Rückfahrt pro Person zum shoppen nach Port Ghalib. Sonst ist da nix. Das Fayrouz an sich ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Personal sehr aufmerksam und die Speisenauswahl mehr als groß und geschmacklich sehr gut. Eher als Urlaub ohne Kinder gedacht, da außer dem Trixi Club wenig Angebot für Kids. Animation nicht aufdringlich, aber präsent.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé si vous voulez faire du snorkeling mais le personnel de l'hôtel et du club de plongée n'est pas aimable du tout, voir même désagréable. Il faut compter des suppléments pour de nombreux extras qui devraient à mon sens être inclus dans la formule all inclusive comme par exemple les jus de fruits frais au petit déjeuner. Sachez que si vous ne restez pas une semaine complète, vous ne serez pas traité de la même façon par le personnel notamment à la réception. Par exemple, le réceptionniste nous a dit que comme nous ne restions que 3 nuits nous n'avions pas le droit d'aller au restaurant à la carte. Où est-ce que cela est indiqué ??? Il nous a soit disant fait une fleur en prenant notre réservation. Sauf que quand nous sommes arrivés au restaurant le lendemain la réservation n'avait pas été faite et nous nous sommes fait engueuler par le chef du restaurant. Nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis les bienvenus. Nous avons eu de multiples problématiques non résolues durant le séjour : distributeur de savon qui ne fonctionne pas malgré avoir demandé à 3 reprises pour qu'il soit réparé mais l'hôtel n'a pas fait le nécessaire et ne nous a pas non plus mis à disposition de savon en échantillon par exemple, lorsque nous contactions la réception par téléphone, l'interlocuteur n'avait jamais la réponse, nous disait qu'il nous rappellerait mais ne nous rappelait jamais... Le taxi pour aller à l'aéroport est hors de prix (30€ pour moins de 10 minutes de route).

es war gut jedoch wurden wir für den Transfer vom Flughafen abgezockt. 40€ resp 80 retour für 3 Personen! das für 6 km Distanz zum Flughafen. Auch die Kontrolle, dass keine Liegestühle reserviert werden funktioniert nicht. Nach 9 Uhr waren bereits alle vorderen Stühle mit Tüchern besetzt und niemand weit und breit zu sehen, obwohl es heisst nach 1Stunde werden die Tücher entfernt. Es gäbe auch einiges zu renovieren ansonsten war alles tip top

Das Resort befindet sich ca 10km vom Flughafen Marsa Alam entfernt.
Es gibt eine Tauchbasis innerhalb.
Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Frisch gepresste Säfte kosten zum Teil 2 Euro.
Bier und viele Getränke sind frei.

La struttura aveva una posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi da Marsa Mubark dove si può vedere il dugongo e meravigliose tartarughe... personale disponibile e tanto gentile posto dove ritorneremo nel complesso una struttura ottima unico neo la cucina poca varietà ed ovviamente tanto tanto speziata, però per chi sarebbe disposto a mangiare pasta pranzo e cena allora anche la cucina è buona😅 buona perché ben preparata sul momento...

Hotel genial, c est la 5 eme fois dans cet etablissement, nous avons eu le droit a un arbre a notre nom, ideal pour plongeur snorkelling debutant a l aise ou confirme, un ponton de 300m avec un acces ou l on a pied , un deuxieme sur un lagon et un troisième sur la barriere de corail, des tortues , un dugong, des poissons de toutes les couleurs et meme visisbles sans rentrer dans l eau du ponton, un seul bemol utilisation de gobelet plastique, et de gants plastiques au restaurant,tres bon restaurant chez pascal mais le racoleur est un personnage malhonnete qui raconterait n importe quoi pour ve dre ses repas...nois y retournerons les yeux fermes, merci a toute l equipe au manager a la reception tous sont a votre service le plus gentillement possible...

Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung hat uns gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die COVID Massnahmen wurden nicht eingehalten. Die Poolanlage war sehr schmutzig. Die Strandtücher wurden 14Tage nicht gewechselt, trotz Anfrage. Die Sportgeräte sind in einem miserablen Zustand.

Good part:
Got upgrade which was a pleasant surprise! Room and beach access was superb. There were turtles in the sea during our visit!

Bad part:
Wifi was down almost the whole stay. The handle of Covid-19 was below expected from a 5 star hotel, any hotel really. No control of guest not wearing mask. Also the food was below expected of a 5 star. The food and guests sadly made this feel more like a 3.5 star hotel.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff

Resort is located right at the sea and has a huge jetty you can walk on. There are 2 quiet beaches like little private bays and a huge one with parasols, chaisse longues and bar. Garden is large and really beautiful. Buffet is more than fine, anyone can find something to their liking: enough variety. Had a fantastic room with seaview and palm trees in front of it. Good hygienic measures re Corona all over the resort. Very friendly an helpful staff ensuring a relaxing stay. Special thanks to Mr Mahmoud of Reservations. Had a great stay and will be back for sure!
