My family and I had a wonderful short stay at this hotel!
The room was clean, had a great view, a good amount of space and the ac got the room very cold.
Convenience stores were very close, parking was a reasonable price and the staff were so friendly and helpful! They even had a stroller for us to use for free which came in handy when we went to the aquarium.
The location also happened to be right near our car rental location which was a bonus! Would definitely come stay here again.

Hotel is located about 15 min walking distance from the main street, food location, ferry terminal. Our room was premium so it was larger than usual with more space but rugs and couch were stained, no coffee or tea at the room. Cleaning room is over 3 nights stay but they provide clean towels whenever you need them. Staff ifs friendly but you have to ask for everything . Hotel provides free shuttle to the airport but you have to let front desk know about this ahead and it’s still not guaranteed, we were lucky. There is no stair evacuation access open , it’s locked! Sometimes you have to wait longer for an elevator. Overall good stay.

I had booked a room with a sea view, and technically that is what they gave us. The view was lacklustre. Though that wasn’t the worst of it. The room provided was extremely humid and smelled terribly of a musty odour. We thought we could deal with so decided to not complain. Throughout our stay the first night, we kept finding issues. The sheets were moist, and ripped with holes in many places. Only one pillow provided. Dehumidifier not working. Stains on our towels. But the worst was mould in the washroom, on the exhaust fan.

The next day we decided to say something and asked for a refund. The staff denied it. However, they did work with us to relocate us to another room. We were moved to a lower floor and lost our sea view. However, this room was much better on all fronts and didn’t smell of mould. The did not do anything else to make up for the horrible night we spent in the first night.

Overall though, I’d avoid staying at this hotel. The breakfast was sub par and the food was not good. I got her chicken the first night and it was under cooked. I couldn’t even eat a single bite and had to spit it out. There is great potential for this hotel though. They need to improve on all fronts stated in this review.

Bed and pillow were super uncomfortable. The shower was really nice. There is random brown splatter marks on the wall near the bed and the exhaust fan has mould growing on it. Location itself is pretty good. They have a nice breakfast selection on top of all you can eat buffet option.

A very so so hotelwon’t come back again

The only thing I like is the shower, the shower system looks sophisticated but it’s very thoughtful.
Don’t like the bed, we requested a king sized bed but it is a combination of 2 single beds, there is a trench in the middle
The room size is medium, enough for opening half of 2 luggages
The weird thing is the shoe tree is placed near the TV but not near the door
The hotel offers free drinks and snacks for hotel guests, but we did not know until we read the notice in lift when was out of the offering time, so please remember to enjoy the drinks and snacks in your stay if you book this hotel
Location is far from 國際通 (walkable but it takes ~15mins) and near red light district, so don’t walk alone during night time or girls don’t book this
The price is relatively cheaper than other hotel but won’t come back again

Highly recommended and very comfortable stay!

This is probably my personal favourite hotel during my times in Japan. We got the room with the king bed and it was very nice. The bed was massive (believe it was two twins pushed together), and the sink was outside of the room with the toilet and shower which made it very convenient for two people to get ready in the morning.

The shower had nice jets which really escalated the experience and had a knob just to wash feet, whether it's to get rid of sand or religious reasons.

The restaurant in the lobby was also very nice, good selection of food and the drinks were created by the head bartender there and were very well balanced (alcoholic or not). There is also happy hour which gives a discount between 3pm to 6pm.

The hotel is very walkable to the shopping street and many restaurants. We highly recommend the garden beside the hotel, it's worth the visit!

Great place to stay in Naha and everything (convenience store) is within walkable distance. From the hotel to Don Quikote, it takes about 20min walking. Parking might be a challenge. Parking at the hotel costs ¥1000 while just aside you can find another parking lot costing ¥600 for 24hrs.

A Pleasant 2 Nights Stay

We had 2 complimentary drinks as well as 2 bar drinks for our 2 nights stay which is good hospitality. Parking is limited to just 5 lots but next door is a public car park which worked well for us.

The hotel is very modern and has the best shower system. Water pressure was great and many amenities to take to our room at our convenience. Bed size was also very spacious for a double twin. The only downside is that there was no house keeping available during our stay (cleaning was on our checkout day which does not work count as we are no longer there). There is also no lobby to sit and wait/eat (room is small and we had to sit on the floor by the door).

In the afternoon, they will offer you a complimentary beverage after you check in. Room is nice and has a nice view of the ocean and the cruise port. For those who are driving, there are 3 different lots around the property you can park in. They're fairly priced but can get filled up at night. There is a Lawson very close by and a few food places around the area. It's about a 17 minute walk to Kokusai Shopping Area to buy all your souvenirs.

Okay, good for the price

The room was very small, its also around a 15 minute walk from the main strip and monorail making it a but out of the way. The hotel room was not clean. There was hair in the sink and shower area, along with stained bedsheets and towels.

The service was pretty good. The first day the receptionist helped direct us to a bus station and helped us with bus change. I needed a something printed on our last day (which was never an issue with other hotels I stayed at in tokyo) but the receptionist told me to go to the convenient store to ask them to print for me. The receptionist helped me in the end.

Good points: (1) Great friendly staff in the bar and restaurant: Yuya Shinjo and Aya are the best. (2) Very good breakfasts (but they should include orange juice). (3) Good beds and showers.
Problems: (1) Our room was tiny; the double bed took up almost all the space, no place to open a suitcase. (2) No coffee in the room. (3) Parking spaces, although available, are narrow and tough to get in and out of. Plan on 10-15 minutes inching backwards and forwards to avoid denting your car and the others.

新しくサービスの行き届いた快適なホテルでした。
受付は2Fで簡素なので時間によってはCI/COの際にちょっと並びます。
お部屋は全体的に広めで、机も大きく、清潔です。
多機能シャワーが面白くて気持ちよかった！
リネン類もふわふわで無臭、ナイトウェアもGood！
清掃レベルが選べるのも連泊者には有難かったです。
また、清掃時間帯に部屋で仕事していても音があまり気にならなかったのもすごいと思いました。
レストランのラウンジ利用（15～21時）ができる所はこの価格帯ではなかなかないと思いますし、おしゃれで美味しく、スタッフさんも対応が丁寧なので、周辺にお店探しに行く必要がありません。（というかエリア的には地元の飲み屋街的なところなので外にはあまり行かない方がいいかも。金曜夜は周辺の駐車場に止めづらくなりますが、朝になるとめちゃくちゃ空いてます）砂漠のオアシス的なホテルでした。
また利用したいです。

比較的新しい建物で、部屋も綺麗です。窓から見える景色は、緑のある公園が見え朝日も入ってくるので気持ちが良かったです。

私が泊まった部屋ではツインベッドを２台くっつけた仕様だったので、片側に寝て、もう片側にはスーツケースを置いて使いましたが、1人で泊まるには問題ありません出した。

入り口横にあるスペースは、スーツケースを置く台がないので無駄になっています。スーツケース用の台を用意してください。

椅子が無いのでテーブルでの作業はベッドの縁に腰掛けやらなければならなかったので非常に使いづらかったです。

このホテルの売りであるシャワー機能は水圧も適度に強く快適でした。


コインランドリーが六階にあり洗濯乾燥機がたったの2台しかなくて、ほとんど埋まっていて使いたい時にまったく使えませんでした。至急、改善を望みます。

着いて直ぐにゴルフだったのですが素早くフロントの女性のスタッフが対応してくれました。
3泊したのですがフロントの女性のスタッフさんが皆さん笑顔で対応して頂きとても心地良かったです。男性のスタッフさんもとても良い対応でした。
今回の滞在中はお天気も悪く雨だったので下のレストランカリーノで毎日食べました。
どのメニューもとても美味しか頂きました。お肉。お魚。パスタ。ピザ。その他。3泊中毎日食べても飽きませんでした。
とてもお洒落なお店なのですがとても居心地が良かったです。
朝食もメインに行く前にお腹が満たされる位の前菜が出てきてどれも美味しく大変満足でした。メインのお料理も大満足でした。
次回もこのホテルに宿泊して下のレストランカリーノに行こうと思います。

As the property was very new, everything within was new. The room that we stayed in was probably 3times the size of a business hotel room and was perfect for the four of our family. The reception lady was also very courteous and quick. We were even offered a free alcohol drink plus bottomless soft drinks for the kids with petit cake and macron. The breakfast was also excellent. Even with a half buffet, it was quite filling. Overall, excellent stay. Thank you.
