I should have guessed by the fact you can reserve a room by the hour, what kind of hotel this was. The walls were paper thin so that you could hear the piped music in the hall all night long, as if there was a party somewhere, and people constantly clattering around. The bed was big but the pillow rock hard and the mirror on the ceiling very interesting!

Upon arrival we decided to upgrade to a junior suite and wow!

The 70’s room didn’t disappoint! The decor was bright and kitsch, the room had many mirrors which we found hilarious and informative.

It’s a fabulous experience and would recommend it for an interesting night. We will return and try out the other suites.

Je souhaiterais faire une réclamation et demander un remboursement.
Pas d’eau chaude à l’hôtel et donc impossible de prendre une douche.
Au petit déjeuner, rien à manger, petit déjeuner extrêmement pauvre.
Personnel pas accueillant.
Vu le prix de la chambre cela est déplorable.
De plus il est indiqué qu’un parking est disponible pour les camions, c’est pourquoi nous l’avions choisi. Hors le petit camion que nous avions ne rendre pas à la place pour se faire.
Après un long voyage, aucun confort, cela est décevant. Merci de faire le nécessaire

Impersonnel. On arrive et on doit faire le check in derrière une vitre. Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement : la voiture est dans un box devant la chambre : un volet métallique se baisse automatiquement et on ne trouve pas de bouton télécommande pour le lever. En fin de compte, il se lève quand on enlève la carte-clé de l'emplacement permettant de mettre l'électricité. Si une personne veut sortir, l'autre reste dans le noir !!!

Ottima colazione, personale fantastico

Il check-in è stato veloce e piacevole, punti di forza sono l’estrema cortesia e celerità del personale, la colazione veramente varia e abbondante, la comodità del parcheggio direttamente davanti alla stanza, la grandezza della stanza, la pulizia della biancheria del letto e del bagno, un frigobar ben fornito, l’aspettò generale delle aree comuni e dell’esterno.
Durante il soggiorno di una notte abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con il termostato, abbiamo però risolto contattando la reception che ha subito provveduto a verificare e risolvere, perciò un plauso. L’unica nota dolente è che ci è stata assegnata la camera per disabili la cui doccia aveva le tende (sporche) ed era priva del piatto doccia, praticamente bagno allagato avendo anche un bambino piccolo, inoltre il bagno era un po’ sporco, c’erano capelli e peli vicino al water, sul muro della doccia, polvere sul tasto per tirare l’acqua del water, polvere e sporco sul calorifero per le salviette, difatti non lo abbiamo utilizzato. Probabilmente questa stanza non veniva utilizzata da un po’… C’era anche la carta da parati scollata.
Se non fosse stato per il bagno sporco avrei dato il massimo dei voti!

Un hôtel parfait pour les commerciaux de passage

Idéalement placé sur la route en direction de Milan lorsque l'on vient de France, le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
Le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute et professionnel.

I felt I was really far away in this motel. Beds were good, even the extra bed for the third person. Shower had power and hot water and we really appreciated the made after order breakfast before heading up to Malpensa.
Next time we’ll choose a thematic room

Motel de passes...

Nous avons pris deux suites à thèmes... sur hotels.com, les chambres semblaient vraiment sympa. Nous n'avons cependant pas eu les chambres que nous avons vu sur le site pour la réservation. En arrivant dans les champs, nous étions content de voir qu'il y avait un petit jacuzzi. Mais nous avons rapidement déchantés... les 2 chambres sentaient très fortement l'humidité, les toiles d'araignées dans les coins, les fourmis dans une des chambres, une chambre avec un jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas et la deuxième avec la moitié des buses qui fonctionnaient seulement. Par contre, la literie était au moins propre... le parking sur place est sécurisé. Le lendemain, nous avons pris le déjeuner un peu plus tard que prévu le personnel était gentil de nous le servir :).
C'est dommage car si il était bien entretenu, il serait vraiment top !
