The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years.

The Vercelli Palace is a nice hotel. But we only found one restaurant within walking distance. But they had the best pizza of our whole trip!

The restaurant and cleaning staff are nice. However, I have been traveling for years as part from my job, the worst receptionists I've ever dealt with are in this hotel, they are absolutely helpless & slackers, it's not a language barrier, they just don't want to do the simplest jobs, and if you dare to ask them politely, they don't hesitate to roll their eyes and huff & buff! It wasn't one time, many times until I was intimidated to speak to them or even make eye contact whenever I leave or arrive to the hotel! Honestly shocking.

Arrived late, air con may or may not have been working but was unable to get old system to work so slept in circa 25 degree heat. Hotel was well presented and ok if working in the area.

5 minutes walk to fantastic local restaurant with pizzas and pasta dishes.

Well located hotel with good facilities.

Good transit hotel mainly used by guys working in the local area. Quiet industrial environment convenient to the motorway network. A short ride into pleasant town with plenty of restaurants.

It WAS a good hotel for the price, the neighborhood it's not that good but we had a car. Dinner weak, only the Italian menu option of food, and for me and my wife are too much food. So the diner was expensive.

Limited options in Vercelli

We found a limited number of motels in the Malpensa area in our price range so we took a chance on the Vercelli Palace. Vercelli appears to not be a tourist town with limited restaurant options outside the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating however their English was limited. The restaurant offering was good. The room comfort was acceptable. The motel could have been much cleaner. The hallway needed a serious vacuuming. At first glance the room seemed clean, however several corners had cob webs or spider webs with spiders. We also found hair in the bathroom. We were grateful for the place to stay under the circumstances but will probably not return.

Comfortable Vercelli Palace Hotel

A coworker said it is known as one of the finest hotels in Vercelli. I found it very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

hotel would be perfect for someone who drives, its on a motorwayso you couldn't walk into the city. next to the hotel is a supermarket which was handy. I only have one complaint. On leaving the hotel I asked for a taxi to be phoned. the previous day we paid €10 from the train station to the hotel. upon leaving we took a much shorter journey from the hotel to the Stadium. €15 we were charged for five minutes in the car. you might ask why is this the hotels fault and the reason I blame the hotel is because the taxi was being drove by a driver who's cab was advertising the hotel. Definitely recommend the hotel call the cab office and not this one specific robber.

I arrived there with a delegation of 5 (+15) people. When I needed to borrow a small conference room for a teams meeting they asked for 150 €. Not much for a day - but for 2 hrs. The staff and management was very unfriendly. Secondly: Beds were low level. Thirdly: Breakfast was not 4 star level - rather 3. Missing a lot of food. First day no fruit. Second day no yogurt. I will be back in Vercelly with same amount of people late in March. I will then book a different hotel - and these guys loose 5 t€ because of ignorance..

Albergo situato alla periferia della città, ma comunque raggiungibile dal centro in una ventina di minuti a piedi. Ampio parcheggio libero, stanza spaziosa e pulita, personale cortese.
Unica pecca una squadra di calcio di ragazzini che ha fatto man bassa di tutto il buffet della colazione, che,peró, doveva essere rifornito. Se l’orario previsto è dalle 7 alle 10, non posso alle 8,30 trovare i vassoi vuoti.

Qualche scomodità ma ok per soggiorni brevi

Posizione periferica e comoda da raggiungere in auto. Check-in veloce, personale discreto e gentile, sia in reception che in sala colazioni. Colazione buona e varia. Camere datate ma tenute bene e pulite. Non molto comodo il letto (materasso piuttosto duro), scomodi i rubinetti in bagno e per me molto fastidiosi gli ascensori con scarsissima luce. Va comunque bene per soggiorni brevi.

L' hotel è un' po' datato ma nel complesso con tutte le comodità standard che ci si possono aspettare, il ristorante non è aperto all'ora di pranzo e nel circondario non ci sono alternative in quanto la zona resta comunque isolata, il letto della mia camera avrebbe avuto bisogno di un topper, per non avere la sensazione delle molle del materasso sul corpo, la stanza troppo afosa, il climatizzatore regolabile solo dalla reception, ascensore buio da dover usare il proprio cellulare per illuminare la tastiera con i numeri dei piani, colazione al buffet, ampio parcheggio scoperto antistante all' Hotel, molto affollato in quanto ho beccato l'inaugurazione del supermercato Tigros adiacente al complesso abitativo. Il mio modesto voto per questa struttura resta comunque un 7.

Hotel claramente de 2*

El hotel dice que es de 4* pero justito llega a 3*. No hay salas de estar con luz permanente, no hay aire acondicionado ni en la recepción ni en la sala de estar (sin luz). No hay una zona de descanso. Nos cobraron la habitación nada más entrar.
El último día no funcionaba el agua caliente y la alcachofa de la ducha estaba muy deteriorada, tanto que me corté.
El desayuno muy justito para ser un hotel de 4*.

Hotel uden charme

Fire-stjernet hotel uden charme. Beliggenhed i et industriområde med 20 minutters gang til centrum af Vercelli. Som transithotel ganske udmærket men ikke et sted jeg vil være flere nætter. Eneste plus er, at prisen incl morgenmad og parkering, svarer til hvad der på andre hoteller med 4* faktureres for parkering og morgenmad alene.

Un anno fa siamo stati in questo hotel ed era molto meglio. Questa volta abbiamo trovato la stanza sporca, sia il bagno che i pavimenti. Inoltre dovendo fare colazione alle 6,30 non e' stato possibile perche' la colazione veniva servita dalle 7. Di fatto mi e' stato dato un sacchetto colazione con acqua naturale anziche' gassata come richiesto.....sinceramente per essere un 4 stelle questa volta non e' stato all'altezza.

Je recommande

Hôtel bien placé, calme, facile d'accès avec un grand parking. Personnel très accueillant. Un petit déjeuner sucré/salé très diversifié sous forme de buffet contentera la plupart des voyageurs. Rien à redire sur la propreté, parfait. Belle chambre mais cela aurait été parfait si nous n'avions pas été confronté à quelques petits désagréments faciles à corriger comme la mauvaise fermeture de la fenêtre, la commande du chauffage défectueuse, vraiment dommage.
Pour résumer difficile de trouver mieux pour le rapport qualité/prix.

Skön kille som satt i receptionen. Hjälpte oss och var hur trevlig som helst. Sen kom vi upp på rummet och skulle tända en lampa då kortslöts hela rummet och blev kolmörkt. Vi fick relativt snabb hjälp från receptionen men sen kunde man inte släcka lamporna. Vi fick gå ner igen och det fanns tack och lov ett nytt rum. Vi behövde inte betala extra vilket var snällt. Klockan var sent (01:00) och vi ville bara sova. Allmänt var det trevligt men kändes lite halvskumt, vi såg en kille som köpte en prostituerad. Det är väl sånt som händer men det gjorde vistelsen lite märklig, det kan ju inte hotellet göra mycket åt dock. Tipset är väl att komma dit i tid och somna i tid så slipper man höra vad som händer på natten!

Valida soluzione per tappa a Vercelli

Buona struttura in posizione semiperiferica, ampio parcheggio, assai adatta a clienti di passaggio (al momento magari un po' complicata da raggiungere per i lavori stradali). Ottima e ricca colazione
