The room was perfect for us two bedrooms with beds for 6. In the room the one shower did not work at all, but the other was fine (given the layout it would not be great for a bunch of friends).
One reason I booked the hotel was for the pool for my kids, the heating was broken so I was not useable, the games room had pool and table football, both where not in good order, my kids did not mind but they could not be used properly.

Easy parking, fuss-free check-in and check-out (officially check-out is at 10.00 but breakfast finishes at 11.00.) lovely building with a garden courtyard. Very good dinner and breakfast. The room was comfortable, and the proprietor charming and amusing.
