Only issue was that the curtains in the room were incredibly thin. I don’t think they offered any privacy and certainly didn’t block out any light from the nearby road.

A peaceful stop off.

The hotel is very good, modern, clean, a good bed with nice quality bedding & towels. It was quiet but we were in a room at the back of the building. There’s plenty of parking & it’s close to shops.

We arrived after travelling 450km, tired and a little stressed. I had contacted Expedia 3 times to request a twin room but had had no reply. On arrival at the hotel we were told that no twin rooms were available.
The kind hotellier sorted the situation without any fuss providing us with an additional room at no extra charge. I’d highly recommend the hotel but the Expedia messaging service is useless. I contacted Expedia but they told me it was my fault. I will use Expedia as a search engine only in the future and will book directly with the hotel.

Convenient and clean but pretty basic.
Shower leaked all over floor and no fridge but bed comfortable and fine for overnight stay.
Not a glamorous location in the middle of a trading estate but only 10 minutes by cab to old town.

We are just spending one night here on the way back to the UK. Our room is clean and spacious, for less than £100 a night for 2 adults & 2 children (3 years and 6 months). There's a king sized bed, bunk bed and staff provided a cot for our baby on request. There's a water dispenser downstairs providing ice cold water and the hotel will provided a jug for this on request. It's currently 38C here, so we were really relieved that the AC worked so well in our room, much better in communal areas which are more open plan. Parking is included and appears to be ample based on who is currently on site. The only drawback is that a breakfast buffet isn't provided, however we have an early start anyway. Would stop here again.

This hotel was a good price, the room was comfortable, as was the bed. Staff were helpful and there is good parking outside. There are several restaurants close by. Don't usually stay in hotels that are this cheap, and was very impressed.

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, despite the fact I arrived at 2am. Also the morning receptionists were very nice. Thank you.

Stayed 2 nights a week apart. We'd stay again. Great hotel, super helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Room was great, breakfast very good. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Car park is a bit small - if you arrive later in evening the parking gets creative. Ask at desk if you're not sure where is ok to park.

Alps return stop close to autoroute

A compact room with great beds and shower. We paid for breakfast which was plentiful including scrambled eggs and bacon option too. A bit of road noise from the roundabout outside but not too bad. Good blackout shutters on the window and exterior. Secure parking for our car with a roof box was ideal for our overnight back from the alps.
Plenty of fast food option nearby.
Around 2.5h from the Tunnel / Ferry at Calais or under depending on how fast you go!

Great value hotel on the outskirts of Reims with easy, free parking. Room was very spacious & clean. Large bathroom area with a good shower & separate toilet. Staff friendly & efficient.

Perfect for our stay as we spent the afternoon in Reim (parked in the center) & came out to the hotel for the evening. Good location to continue our journey the next morning. L’eclerc just over the road for petrol & anything else you need.

Great value. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived late but still received a welcome. Car park was full but I was told to park opposite the front door which was good as my wife cannot walk far. Rooms are small but clean, modern and very well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate and dispensed (machine) hot drinks are hot. Staff couteous and helpful, would stay again.

Had a shower but drain chocked and flooded shower area. Had to use remaining towels to stop water going into bedroom area. My partner had to do without a shower as no towels left. Breakfast was dreadful. Reported problem with shower in the morning but no reaction as if they already knew about it. Will totally avoid Mercure Hotels in future. Very poor, absolute rubbish.

A very good place to stay if you travel by car and want to stay in Reims for one night. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet at night. It is located very close to a highway and several large stores including a really huge supermarket. With a car, it is easy to have a short drive to the city center for sightseeing and visiting one of the champagne houses.

This is a great hotel for a quick stopover in Reims. Close to the highway, easy access to the city, but it is in an area where a car is pretty much required. Staff was excellent, room was fine, and overall it was good value for the money.

Not suitable for use in hot weather

Hotel was clean and staff as helpful as could be, but only problem was that it was 33 degrees outside and the room was same temperature. I didn't realise the room did not have air conditioning when I booked, which was a huge mistake. It was the worse hotel experience ever, but sole because of the heat. They did provide 2 tower fans which helped a bit, but really they should not be renting rooms when this hot as not fit for purpose.

Séjour d’une nuit. La première chambre donnée était très bruyante (coller a la réception et de la salle de repas) avec une forte odeur de cigarette. Malgré un changement de chambre proposé par un monsieur à l’accueil très agréable, nous sommes restés au rez-de-chaussée près de la réception et de l’ascenseur, et la chambre finale était assez décevante car j’avais payer pour une chambre « confort » et nous avons fini dans une chambre « simple ».
En revanche, le personnel est très accueillant et l’hôtel est pratique d’accès, bien situé dans une zone d’activité.
