Room and staff were excellent. We moved our car from front to back of property on advice of staff because cars have apparently been vandalised at front of property recently. This made area feel a little unsafe.

A lovely place to stay-in the quieter area of Reims but just a 10 minute walk away from the centre. Close to lots of local amenities. A very clean and well appointed room and bathroom. Kitchenette was very useful.

It was an in expensive place to stay. A short cab ride to shops and restaurants. There are a few things within walking distance. The hotel sells pizza. Don’t do it. I was too The girl at the desk accidently dropped it in the box. It was mangled. She offered to make me another but I was too tired and took it as is. It was terrible. Other than that the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

We woke up without electricity or water due to a supposedly planned inspection but no one told us and they pretend it was signs on the elevator and the reception but we must have been blind because they were no signs and we took the stairs. The receptionist said nothing of the sort when we checked in. The washing machine is connected, via an app to a different site and we lost our money. Finally when it worked the dryer was broken and we had a load of wet clothes to go home. To be fair the night receptionist had pity on us and used the personal’s dryer to dry them. I contacted the washing machine company and they did not respond. The hotel denied any responsibility. Neither for the lack of communication or their defect laundry. The location is great. The amenities poor, it is cheap but I do not recommend it to anyone.

Eventhough the photos of the rooms are the same, the property on the outside and the terrace are way worse. It feels cold and unviting. Rooms are super clean and staff (while not always on front desk) were super nice.

The shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower cubicle was empty when we arrived, so we had to use our own Also, the lights above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. This can only be attributed to lack of effort by cleaner/supervisor Everything else was basic, but OK.

Ideally located to be in the heart of Reims. The studio for 2 persons is very small but you have everything you need if you don't want to eat outside. It was clean, not spotless but clean.

It was a clean hotel, and well located but difficult to find. It needs a better sign outside as the entrance is located in an inside courtyard. Also, I did not expect to have to climb stairs to go to bed and have to descend at night to go to the bathroom;the photo on the advertisement is misleading. Parking is not available but there is a public parking quite near for only 4 euros the 24 hours.

Finding unlocked entrance somewhat difficult. The street address led to a gate that was locked. Once in, however, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Check in and check out was quick. Room had small kitchen, huge bathroom, and the bedroom was upstairs. Window was very nice and faced the courtyard. TV was upstairs so only way to watch was if you were in bed. Channels limited. Front office / reception staff amazingly kind and helpful!!!

We did not have any problem with the property itself, but arriving it was tricky, the GPS show us a different property, in the corner of the block, it took us like 15 minutes to wondering around until we finally find the place.

Disappointing. The exterior and shared gardens were attractive but the smell in the corridor was stale and uninviting. The room itself was drab and miserable. The carpets were really badly stained and the distance between the bed and cooking area was less than a metre, so we did not attempt to cook. Because of this we booked breakfast, which was thirteen euros per person and very poor value. Compared to other apart’hotels, this was really disappointing and a rather miserable end to our trip, as this was the final stopover before leaving France. We would not recommend it.

We had a superior studio apartments. it was spacious. The sofa bed wasnt great as the sofa pillows would stay on so it made it hard to sit on. The showers ok but a bit weak. Location was good. there is no actual parking with studio its around the corner and the Jamon belle tower was £4 euros BUT every day you need to drive out and repark.

This new concept for a hotel results interesting: You get just that you paid for. Thanks to this concept, the hotel can offer you more space and rooms for three or more people. Something like the low cost airlines. And because this hotel was recently build its condition is very good, as well as its location. Very recommendable.

This hotel does not have air conditioning. We slept with the window open and on top of the sheets. The bed was not comfortable at all. The reception spoke good english which was nice. The hotel was semi-clean. Our friends that were staying in a different room had a broken toilet that didn’t work. When they told the front desk they said they would be there in an hour and never came. Overall, you get what you pay for. This hotel was extremely cheap and was a place to lay our head down for the night.

We booked an apartment, which was fine for us and our young son - there was lots of space in the rooms, high ceilings and a lovely balcony. The apartment was pretty basic with no atmosphere or luxury, but we were out and about all day every day and just needed somewhere to crash at night. Sleep quality was great, there were blackout curtains and it was so quiet (we had room 107, first floor, right at the end). For 90 euros or so for a night, it was a pretty good price. Reception and cleaning staff were all charming and really helpful.

Stayed at this hotel before but very disappointed this time. Twin bed room had beds 2'6\" wide which is ridiculous for an adult. Fridges in the rooms were leaking water onto the floor (in several of the rooms our group had) leaving a puddle on the carpet. No shampoo in the shower.

Nice hotel, cant complain (really) for what we paid but its hard to think why you'd build a nice budget hotel like this and not include air-con. Parking is on street and plentiful and easy right outside but €4 for 5 hours but free from 7pm to 9am. Decent breakfast as well and the staff were brilliant.

When we came down at 09.35 the breakfast was still out - we didn't want to eat anything so we just had two coffees from the machine. A member of staff then told us it had finished at 09.00. No worries we said - we just wanted a quick coffee.
We checked out an hour later, and were surprised to be charged €3.00 for the coffee we had!
It's only three euro - not a problem - but considering we paid €12 each for breakfast which we didn't have - we thought that was a bit petty.
As a tour director, I bring between 400 - 500 people to France each year, often around the Champagne region (I was here to research an upcoming trip).

A soulless hotel, boring, dark room with cubicle type bathroom. Not sign posted or numbered. Difficult to find. Parking - you have to pay all day from 9am so up early. I used my hotel rewards night to stay here. Thank goodness it was a free night I would have been devestated to pay for it!
