This is a chain and we wont stay at the chain again, we have experienced two B&Bs on this trip. The room had air con but it didn't work so sleeping was not really on the cards as it was stuffy. Open a window and your overcome with street noise. So if you want to just dump your luggage and not sleep, then its okay for this but sleep without aircon in such a small room, no chance. bathroom better size than the last B&B experience but still very small. very 80s look in decor too. Not one for the holiday album

Great hotel near the center of Reims.
Breakfast was good, room was oké, barhroom very small.
Downside was parking, tou had to park in a street nearby. Luckily we forums a spot at 100 meter from hotel. You only can pay for max 5,5 hours

Did not process pre-payment from Orbitz, did not recognize Orbitz as a vendor, charged me a second time for hotel rooms that were pre-paid, extremely frustrating experience, spent whole holiday trying to get refund from Orbitz. Very limited English speaking staff, although the website markets it. Do not stay, not worth the hassle.

The hotel is basic, with not even a separate bar of soap for the sink (you can use the hair/body gel from the shower, which is conveniently accessible in the small bathroom). The breakfast was pretty sparse, especially for a French hotel. BUT the room was quiet and the bed comfortable, and the location right next to the train station is very convenient--they will store your luggage for you if you arrive early on your checkin day. The rooms don't have keys, you just get an access code, which is also your Wi-Fi access code. Recommended if you are looking for a place to get a good night's sleep without worrying about luxury.

Very convenient budget hotel steps away from the main train station in Reims. Very close walking distance to the main square of restaurants and shops.

Small, but functional rooms. Difficult to regulate the temperature upon arrival (air conditioning takes a LONG time to cool the room), but the window does open. However, if you're room faces the street and not the train tracks, it's likely that smoke will billow in from below. The noise of the trains rumbling through was minimal. The breakfast was sufficient to get your day started.

The hotel is in a hreat location. 5 minutes walk to train station. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and served from 5-10 am. The rooms are basic with few amenities, but overall the hotel is a good value.

Modern hotel conveniently located

Appears to be a fairly new hotel, and as such, everything in the room was in good condition and fully functional. Room is fairly basic and very clean. Furniture is of good quality, and the bed was very comfortable. A little more storage space would be nice, especially if one is staying more than just a couple of nights. For my 1 night, there was plenty. Bathroom is small and basic, but has a nice shower. Based on my experience, room size is typical for French hotels, meaning it’s small compared to American hotels, but the size was fine for me. Breakfast was very good with some hot selections as well - good value for the price. The small staff at the hotel were all very nice, and someone was always around that spoke English - which was good as I don’t really speak French. Very coveneniently located to the train station, although on the opposite side from the town center. However, it is a short and easy walk to get to a very nice selection of restaurants, bars, and shops.

We extended our stay by an extra night in Reims and had been staying in another hotel. We checked into the B&B Hotel Reims as it was beside the hotel and fantastic value.
For what we paid, this hotel was great. Rooms are basic, but big and all in all pretty clean (can't really complain), staff friendly and helpful.
Location is great too, to get to train station and 5min walk to heart of town. Felt safe walking to and from hotel into town, although neighbouring park I would avoid late at night.

I was staying here for a single night - as I was arriving and departing by train the location was ideal for me, walking out of the back of the station made it less than five minutes to the hotel.
The room I had was simple, don’t expect any frills here, but a bed, desk and shower room were all I needed (the tv was also there, but I didn’t use it so can’t comment on the choices).
The breakfast was simple, but again was suitable for what I needed.
There was some noise from other guests but nothing too disturbing.
Also the WiFi worked well.
It’s worth noting that there wasn’t a lot in the way of options for places to eat, but the town centre is only a 10 minute walk away.

Basic room with all you need. Comfortable bed. Close to the centre of town, Cathedral, etc. Some train noise and vibration but this did not disturb our sleep (seemed to stop during most of the night). There is a couple of free parking spots at the front of the hotel. Overall good value for money.

If you are aware of this, you get good value for a reasonable rate.
This is Not like a typical B&B in a welcoming Home.

The B&B Hotel in Reims is modern, comfortable, clean and very good value for money. It is only 100 metres or so from the station, so the location is excellent if you are travelling by train. There's not much in the way of appealing dining options (or anything else) in the immediate vicinity but Reims main pedestrian street is only a five minute walk away on the other side of the station. The disappointing thing about our stay was the computer system was down when we arrived and we could not be issued with our room key until it was up and running again. So we had to go and amuse ourselves in the city centre for a few hours. It didn't matter that much because we had lunch and visited a museum but I would have thought that even if the computer system goes down it should still be possible to give guests access to their rooms rather than send them packing for a few hours.

Nice basic hotel. We had small double room. Right next to train station, and trains do slightly shake the building as they come by, but wasn't a huge deal to us. Easy walk to the city centre and cathedral. About 15 mind walk to cathedral. Parking is at the train car park up the street, about 8.5 euro per night through the hotel, 10 euro otherwise. Small grocery store nearby. Nice city, do the champagne caves!

Breakfast was €6.50 however due to the poor availability of what was available and as the hot options were served lukewarm, I wouldn't advise paying this indeed indeed I would value it at €1.

The wifi was hit and miss but was easy to connect to.

The room was basic but good enough for my needs.

Other then that it is a prime example of you get what you pay for.

Great location, very clean, if on the small side.

This hotel was perfectly located - we arrived by train, which was only a few metres from the hotel. It was easy to walk across the linear park, straight into town - restaurants, cathedral etc. Also located very near car hire facilities. The room was very clean. Two star with 5 star service

Glad I booked this hotel after reading the reviews. Great location, right round the corner from the train station, you can walk to the centre in less than 10 minutes. Room was just the right size, if you have huge luggages. It's basic, clean, convenient - that's what you pay for. Service at the reception was fantastic. They offer a discount for visits to Pommery and Mumm, if you book through them. I didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment. If you're desperate, there's a vending machine and a microwave at reception. Parking wasn't an issue either. If you're lucky, there is space for about 3-4 cars in front of the hotel. Otherwise, there's covered parking further down the road or there's meter parking on the street. Sunday's are free to park. Would I stay there again? Yes, so I can spend more money wining and dining!

the room was very good for a two star hotel. It was comfortable and very clean and practical. Staff were very helpful and professional. The room we had faced away from the train station and we heard very little noise from the trains. It was very central to the City and we walked into the main area in about 15 mins. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this style of hotel and would stay again if in the area. the room could do wth a comfy chair and tea making facilities but then it would increase the price

When we first saw the room I was taken aback by the small Spartan room. But it was the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in! Plus the beds were comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was simple and good (great croissants) and we were given coupons for restaurants (10%) off and 7€ off the 20€ tour at Mumm champagne. It was a great tour!

If you are looking for a cheap stopover, look no further. Very good value, decent breakfast, pet friendly and very convenient. We used it on the way down through France and returned on the way back. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and a good key-less system. Highly recommended!

Quieter Than You'd Think

Okay, about half the rooms face the Rheims rail yard yet the walls and windows are thick and there is little train traffic at night. It is quiet and for me it was amusing to watch the trains during the day. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are small. It is somewhat like a college dormitory room. Mine had a double bed, a small desk and a chair. There is no minibar, no box of Kleenex, no terrycloth bathrobes and, like many European hotels, no American-style washcloths. Here's the good part: it's spanking brand new with proper smoke alarms and extinguisher in the hall; it's air-conditioned; its has an elevator; the petit dejeuner at 6 Euros is as good as many at 12 Euro; the décor is bright and modern and the price is right! Finally, I arrived at 11:30AM after an overnighter from Seattle and got my room immediately.

Clean and well situated basic hotel

The staff were absolutely excellent - polite and very helpful. The room was very basic - bed, tv, towels, plastic cups. No soaps etc. It was very clean and well kept and the location is perfect for exploring Reims when visiting the area. The breakfast is the usual continental, everything was fresh and warm. For the price, it's an excellent deal.

Week-end anniversaire de mariage à Reims

Accueil impeccable ; Choix petit-déjeuner correct pour un 2* ; Forfait parking en partenariat avec Effia Gare de Reims très appréciable ; A moins de 15mn du Centre ville.
La ville est magnifiquement décorée et illuminée pour les fêtes de fin d'année. Spectacle son et lumière magnifique sur la Cathédrale.
Il y a de très bons restaurants avec des produits régionaux souvent cuisinés maison mais la gamme de prix est plutôt élevée voire très haut de gamme.
Difficile de trouver une restauration à des prix raisonnables.
En négatif, à l'hôtel, la douche fuyait : pas de joint entre la pomme de douche et le tuyau ; support de douche mi-hauteur positionné sur le mauvais mur car pas de panneau de douche fermant intégralement, donc espace sanitaire trempé ; interrogation sur la bonne application de la norme sécurité de cette installation car le robinet est à l'opposé du support mi-hauteur de douche : on est "coincé" entre le mur du fond et le tuyau avec le diffuseur de gel à l'autre bout de l'espace douche. Donc installation peu logique voire dangereuse.
Couette de lit trop petite pour 2 personnes : apparait bordé quand on entre dans la chambre mais de l'autre côté du lit, la couette est juste au bord du matelas. Il a fallu refaire le lit pour répartir la couette qui n'avait d'ailleurs quasiment pas de retombée. Couette très chaude par ailleurs.
Des photos de ces petits soucis ont été prises.
Plus subjectif : matelas beaucoup trop ferme, limite pas confortable.

Fint hotell, og grei pris. Men, når man haker av for parkering er det for meg naturlig at det er ved hotellet. Her var det i ett parkeringshus ett stykke opp i gaten. Tungvindt når man kjører motorsykkel. Resepsjonisten kunne heller ikke forklare skikkelig hvor det var, så vi virret rundt litt. Hun burde lært seg mer engelsk med den jobben.

Tingene fungerer bare ikke

Problem med check ind ( kunne ikke finde min reservation og der taltes kun fransk i receptionen) . Afløb fra håndvask var stoppet, blev ikke udbedret selvom der blev gjort opmærksom på problemet ved ankomst ( vi havde 2 overnatninger). Morgenmaden var elendig, flute så tørt at man kunne knække tænderne på det. Rengøringen efterlod kun 1 håndklæde til trods for at vi er 2 personer , så måtte igen i receptionen hvor de ikke forstår andet end fransk og få et håndklæde.

Bonjour,
Lors de notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons inspecté la literie une punaise de lit morte se trouvait en dessous du matelas.
Nous nous sommes rendu à l'accueil, une hôtesse est venue dans la chambre pour constater le problème.
Celle ci nous en a donné une autre.
Donc assez déçus de la qualité des services.

La prochaine fois nous essayerons d'avoir une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue. Assez bruyante le matin avec des arrivées ou des départs de cars et nous avons l' habitude d entrouvrir la fenêtre la nuit....
Sinon l hôtel était très bien et à proximité du centre ville. La jeune femme à l accueil très aimable et pro.
