Don’t waste your time

Not really a pet friendly hotel, not allowed to go anywhere near the bar or restaurant area , no other space where you could eat with your pet even with her in a pet carrier, the other mayor problem there was absolutely no parking available, after driving hard for six hours only to be told you will have to find street parking these are metered spaces, my wife and I walked for an hour before we could find a pay meter that actually worked, I will never accept parking available as a fact ever again or stay at this over rated hotel

One problem - Arriving at the property I learned that we had to call ahead if we wanted parking. No notice of this prior to arrival. As it turned out street parking was free and we only needed the hotel parking for one night.

Dining room was expensive but there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

Not a place I recommend

The hotel was described and is a 4* hotel. Seems like in Spain it’s good to lower the stars rate of at least 2*.
The room was very simple, cold floor with no rug or anything. Bathroom was cold, same for the floor. If you want hot water it’s good to have the water run for 5min at least before any hot water comes in.
The heater in the bathroom was not working.
No kettle with tea and coffee in the room.
We asked for a quiet room. Each time someone would get into their room we could hear the door closing and banging.
The breakfast was fine (although not included of course).
And we could have our cat with us, but same for an extra 10€.
The “best” part was the charging station for the electric car.
We paid 14€ for the parking and on top of that they charged us 23€ to charge the car. We have been to other hotels and I’ve spent my life experiencing hotels. That one was a first. We basically paid 37€ to park the car and charge it at the hotel, a so-called 4* one where one would expect some good service and some included service such as charging one’s car and kettle with tea and coffee in room.
Definitely not a place I would recommend.

I stayed here two night this month and on this night, my room was awesome. It was on a top floor with a balcony facing out. The second night, the room was not nearly as nice and was on a lower floor. With that said, I’m grateful to have had a chance to stay in that first room for occupancy was in my favor(?) for either room was certainly a good price versus quality ratio for a single traveler with very little needs.

Brilliant hotel - clean, fabulous room with amazing bathroom and a lovely little balcony overlooking the park - and ridiculously cheap rates. Staff were super friendly and efficient. We parked easily outside on a parking meter. Tapas and drinks at the bar were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay in Huesca

Lovely stay in a modern property that’s centrally located to explore Huesca. Reception was friendly and efficient. Room 325 was a nice double, with spacious bathroom, bath amenities, soft towels and hair dryer.

Breakfast served off the lobby was delicious and varied. Loved the empanada de calabaza!

They cared about our health and keeping everything sanitary and hygienic during Covid.

Short walk to the park to see the attractions like Snow White’s house and the origami parrots, and then into the city center to visit the cathedral and other churches, the oldest grocery store in Spain, restaurants.

Very quiet and good for sleeping!

Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Nice hotel but room facilities need review.

Nice hotel in great location really close to everything. Lovely to be able to bring our dog but there’s nowhere public that dogs are allowed so we couldn’t have anything to eat. No room service. A telephone in the room but no directory so couldn’t call reception. WiFi didn’t work. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room should be standard in a 4 star hotel. It was 35 degrees outside but the aircon had not been switched on even though they knew what time we were arriving, it took ages for the room to cool down.
Best shower we’d had in ages. Comfy beds. Everything was clean.

Booked this hotel on hotel.com due to its rating, proximity to the town and very reasonable cost. Absolutely beautiful hotel with a seamless check-in. We had not pre-booked breakfast but decided to do it and at only €9 per person, it was the best breakfast we have had on our travels serving bacon, sausage, eggs, bread, cakes, hot drinks and cold. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel

El hotel está muy bien, bonito, moderno y en pleno centro. Nos alojamos en una suite, muy acogedora y con una terraza impresionante. Lástima que no la hayamos aprovechado por el tiempo. La única pega y es bastante importante es que había un torneo de fútbol y estaban alojados muchos jugadores adolescentes y nos hicieron la estancia un poco incómoda, corriendo y chillando por los pasillos y llamando a las puertas de las habitaciones. Yo pagué por un hotel de cuatro estrellas superior para tener tranquilidad y no la encontré. Una lástima.

Notre bref passage c’est très bien passé, juste deux petites remarques, il n’y a pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain ce qui est très gênant et les pantoufles, une seule paire ((comme l’année dernière d’ailleurs! ) alors que nous sommes deux. Ce sont deux petites choses à améliorer sinon nous sommes très contents. Personnel salle à manger très aimable.

Mi alojamiento favorito cada vez que visito Huesca.
Lo tiene todo, … dentro hay tranquilidad, amabilidad, habitaciones excelentes, … y por fuera su ubicación, a un paso de la zona céntrica y comercial, y también tienes el parque grande justo al cruzar la calle, por si el paseo lo quieres dar entre árboles y naturaleza.

Car charging - One issue: Charged the car in the garage, and it worked fine, however their read-out after charging was way off what the car said. It was 7 KW over what the car actually received, and the price they gave me per kw, was more than they informed me of beforehand. They said it was 0,35 c pr KW. But instead they charged 0,42 31 € for 73KW) The car received 66.
The cars readout includes phantom drain.
Also the transitions in the garage are sharp. A Tesla model 3 just graced with one person in it.

Soy cliente habitual, y lo soy precisamente porque el hotel tiene todo lo que necesito, o sea, tranquilidad, pulcritud en todos los rincones, habitaciones excelentes, ubicación céntrica, etc. … y sobre todo personal super amable y muy atentos con los huéspedes.
Si además añades que tiene piscina para el verano y un gimnasio de libre uso todo el año, ¿para qué buscar alternativas en Huesca?

Passage 2 jours à Huesca, hôtel très bien placé, acceptant les chiens, avec un supplément modéré. A la porte d'un grand parc pour la promenade.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix . Je vous conseille les chambres supérieures avec solarium situées au 5 ème étage, au nord de l'immeuble, avec une vue magnifique sur la cathédrale.

La estancia bien, algún huésped anterior de la habitación se le debió romper un vaso y al ir a coger un juguete de mi nieta de debajo de la cama, que compartía habitación, salieron trozos de cristales.
El motivo de la estancia era visitar a otras dos nietas que son de la localidad, al solicitar poder alojarse una de ellas con la que ya estaba contratada, no hubo problemas, pero veo desproporcionado el suplemento, ya que no incluia nada.

Todo perfecto excepto la ducha del vecino que cuando la abría se oía horriblemente en nuestra habitación lo comenté en recepción para que lo revisaran y lo corrigieran estuvimos en plena hora de calor a 38 grados y el aire acondicionado le costaba enfriar la habitación si os pasa eso pedir dos tarjetas para poder dejar el aire acondicionado enchufado todo el día, por lo demás todo bien céntrico moderno desayuno decente limpio y en principio con un parking también indecente que hay que reservar el mismo día llamando a las 8 de la mañana porque se agotan las plazas
