The room was modern—with glass walls separating the shower, sink, and toilet area from the rest of the room—yet comfortable. The bedding and linens were very clean and crisp. The staff was very friendly the evening we checked in and the morning we checked out. The highlight was the astounding breakfast. It had come highly recommended by the staff when we checked in the night before. We hadn’t planned to participate, but because of the recommendation, we decided to try it. We were not disappointed. Natalie, the hostess for breakfast, kept everything clean and well stocked. Placards are available in Spanish and English telling of the various food options. The quality was impeccable. I think the breakfast buffet should be a Michelin-acclaimed establishment. All of this and it was very affordable priced. For whatever reason, parking was difficult to locate. We found a space—after driving around for 30 minutes—that was a 10-15-minute walk from the hotel.

Overnight stay in Huesca

Room not ready on arrival (1600hrs). Charged an extra 12.5€ for parking. Restaurant out of service- refurbishment of kitchen- no food available. No alternative offered. No price reduction. Hotel overall OK. I do not know Huesca but would recommend searching around for better value and services. City itself quite vibrant, plenty of bars and restaurants.

Suppose to be best hotel in town but disappointing

Hotel is located in the historic town centre which is now totaly pedestrian. Sat nav was useless in this case. It took us an hour and directions from locals to search for the right aproach to the hotel and it's parking. Eventually police came and escorted us through the tiny alleyways towards the hotel. We could have never found the way ourselves.
We had 2 double rooms, but only one of them had an electric kettle, no tea/coffee, just a kettle. One of the rooms had internet connection, the other one did not catch any wifi. There was big flat acreen TV but it did not work at all. The member of staff eventually came and made it work, only to be controlled manualy, the remote did not work! That kept us \"occupied\" trying to fiddle with the equipment which was in such poor working order.
I found the cleanliness of my room substandard. Especially the bathroom, it was not dusted, i could see bits and pieces swept into the corners of the floor, shower enclosure had brown debris in all sides and corners. The room was not dusted, dust everythere, they should really check after their cleaning staff. It is a shame as poor cleanliness instantly marks the place down. They have modern multifunction showers which is a bonus for a hotel but why cant they keep them up to standard cleanliness.
In the morning i thought the housekeeping staff were very noisy and disruptive, they kept opening our room door and saying Spanish words. It was way before the check out time.

Desde mi llegada al hotel como a la salida Joaquín y Macarena han sido unos verdaderos profesionales y todas las dudas y preguntas que surgieron. Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel im Zentrum von Huesca. Leider wird gerade vor der Tür die Straße gemacht, das ist aber im Hotel nicht zu hören. Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Parkplatz war leider nicht vorhanden, war aber am Samstag kein Problem, da man ab 14:00 Uhr in der Nähe kostenlos stehen konnte.

Agradable estancia en Huesca

Habitación y hotel más que correctos. Como únicos fallos, la habitación olía ligeramente a humedad y el mueble del minibar estaba en muy mal estado y se salió la puerta.

Meglio di così…!

Hotel perfettamente posizionato nel centro storico. Facile da raggiungere. Possibilità di parcheggio gratis nei dintorni ( oltre al parcheggio a pagamento offerto dall’hotel). Accoglienza ottima e camera perfetta, silenziosa, armonica e pulita. Vari ristoranti e bar in zona. Per un giorno a Huesca è ottimo!

Se habian olvidado de mi reserva, me dieron una habitacion al lado del ascensor que claro, habia mucho ruido y la gente de la limpieza dejando todo para limpiar enfrente de nuestra puerta.
La habitacion Suite Junior estaba bien, pero no habia agua caliente…

Cleaning could be improved

Hotel in the downtown but at a quiet location. Our room was facing to the pool and was very quiet, but it's winter, no guests were present at the pool. Cleaning was not perfect. Maybe due to the dark floor and furniture, dust was visible everywhere. Room was too strongly scented. Breakfast was rather good.

Lo mejor, su emplazamiento.

En general aceptable. Las h. individuales muy pequeñas, incómodas y tristes dando a un callejón. El llamado 'garaje', el 80%al aire libre, un laberinto y carísimo. En mi estancia estaba cerrado el rte. sin avisarlo previamente, por lo que comer en Huesca fue un suplicio ya que la inmensa mayoría de ellos también cerraron. Tengo que mencionar la amabilidad de la empleada que me recibió.

l’hôtel est bien placé aux portes des zones piétonnes. parking payant à proximité. état moyen de propreté de la salle de bains pour un 4 étoiles. détails laissant à désirer voir photo. pas de tv française comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels.
personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. repas sur place correct pris à 22h. bonne adresse.

Hotel perfecto para conocer Huesca.

La verdad es que la estancia fue muy buena. La ubicación excelente, y además al estar en una zona peatonal, sin ningún ruido. Limpieza, atención, desayuno, etc … todo estuvo fenomenal.
