Well situated, close to many things

This hotel is perfectly situated, close to the bus and railway station and the historical center of the town. Breakfast offered a good choice of dishes. I regreted the weather was not so warm that one could not use the attractive swimming pool. I really appreciated a good illumination of the room, which is not too common for many hotels.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are kind and helpful especially Alberto he is a real asset to this hotel. The pool is lovely, the food is great, and the room was fabulous. We had a junior suite which was worth every penny . The hotel is in a great location for the Pyrenees especially if you are touring on a motorcycle as we were it’s also in the middle of Huesca which has loads of great bars and cafes as well as historical sites. The local people are warm and friendly. We will definitely return .

Basic rooms but very bad air. The only plus point was the accesibility of the car park in the basement and good sized lots. I would have taken the other four star hotel if not for the carpark.

Well situated for getting in and out of the city and for seeing the city. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is isolated from the main room with a door to mitigate noise from the bathroom and the hall. The bed mattress appears to be a spring type, a bit worn, and not as comfortable as one would expect for a 4 Star Hotel. The formal dining room is separated from the cafeteria style dining room by a heavy curtain, which does nothing to mitigate the noise. Formal dining room menu is good and competitive with other restaurants in town. Good breakfast. Bar/Coffee shop can accommodate 30-40 people, with the same amount outside on the terrace HOWEVER, there was not sufficient staff to provide quality and timely service for that many people. Having said that, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel parking is a bit pricey, in my opinion. Great location for day trips to Jaca and the two National Parks near by. The Huesca city park is a must see if you have children.

Nice hotel in a good location

We were upgraded to a junior suite for our 2 night stay, which was large, comfortable and clean.
We had the option of parking in a secured underground garage for the cost of 14 euros per night or free parking at the back of the hotel. We opted for the garage, which was under the hotel and had direct access.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel - instead we found a bakery, which was just around the back of the hotel where we grabbed a pastry.
We had an excellent value, good quality 4 course meal and a bottle of wine for 20 euros each in the hotel restaurant.

Corporate with Very Pleasant but Overworked Staff

Very convenient for train and bus station with good facilities for relaxing. The public areas have no power sockets so laptop use for working is restricted. Given that the hotel positions itself as a corporate stay this is a serious omission. Staff are very pleasant and helpful but, in the catering area, are clearly overworked.

We had to change our reservation at the last minute. This was a GREAT hotel with friendly staff and very good food. If you are homesick for American food (we were not), there is a Burger King right across the street but the server told us it was not the same as in America.

A stop on the way after a day of driving

We went there for a night over on our way up north to Pamplona. The hotel is nicely placed outside the main city streets, so it allows parking and nearby supermarkets, along with a really short walk towards good tapas restaurants and main attractions.

It is a nice small pool, free WiFi, and good atmosphere.

This hotel was clean and modern and in a very good location. Short walk into town and main routes for visiting out of town locations. The hotel was nicely designed with a happy bar with seating inside and out. We were able to eat in the bar or separate quieter area. The breakfast was good and the service excellent. Would stay at this hotel again.

My husband, my 8-month old son and I stayed at this hotel overnight on our way out to Jaca, Spain. We arrived late at night and checked out first thing in the morning. The receptionists were very polite and nice. Hotel is clean and new. There were some stains (looked like blood) on our bed sheets and towels, which was surprising and pretty gross. Very close to Huesca train station and a supermarket. For English-speakers, the receptionist spoke English but room service did not. Room service food was decent (sandwich was delicious, but calarmari was average). Overall a comfortable and easy to find hotel.

Está vez le pongo un 4 en el servicio, por dos cosas, la primera: falta de personal en el desayuno.
A las 9'30 estaban todas las mesas sin recoger porque solo había una persona, no le daba tiempo a reponer las bandejas de fruta, pan, fiambre...se percibe la falta de personal, también en la cafetería.
Segunda :con los puntos de fidelidad , antes lo hacían en el propio hotel, el personal de recepción es muy profesional, pero como ahora lo llevan desde la central de reservas, siempre tenemos problemas al canjearlos.

Pues como siempre un trato exquisito y profesional,tanto en Recepción, especialmente a Rubén, restaurante y cafetería.Esta vez quiero dar las gracias a David, que nos atendió en la cafetería y en el restaurante, por sus buenos consejos. Quiero dar las gracias a Sandra por su trato, ya nos conoce. Y en general a todo el personal, porque no sé muchos de los nombres, pero la atención ha sido exquisita. Al personal que atiende en el desayuno. Al personal de limpieza de habitaciones. Siendo las fiestas de Huesca, teniendo que atender a tantas personas, no hemos tenido ni un problema.
Esto que comento a continuación son sugerencias:
Hemos utilizado la piscina por primera vez, necesita limpieza por la parte del muro que da la sombra.
Las mesas que hay para dos personas del desayuno y del restaurante son pequeñas, los entrantes de la cena y con la cristalería y cubertería que se usa, que es perfecta, no hay sitio para disfrutar de los entrantes como se debiera.

La habitación es muy básica, el baño creo que necesita una actualización y mi esperanza era que la cama fuese muy cómoda, pero para nada. Al contrario, los colchones están para irse a la basuras y las almohadas eran muy bajas. Mi hija pequeña tiene almohadas más gruesas que las 4 que había en la habitación. Me cobraron 15 euros por aparcar el coche en el garaje. No puedo opinar sobre el desayuno porque no tome, pero creo que lo más probable es que siga la línea del resto de cosas. Para ser supuestamente un 4 estrellas, es un NO rotundo. No repetiré.

Excelente estancia, habitacion, desayuno, piscina y ubicación. El unico inconveniente del hotel es el de su cafeteria (externa para toda la ciudad, ajena a desayunos) con una \"carta/cafeteria\" muy escasa, sin mesas suficientes, tiempo de atencion al cliente para pedir superior a 20 m. y de servicio tambien de mas de 20 m. y con calidad y presentacion de platos muy por debajo del servicio que presta el hotel. Todo ello se suple con la zona de tapeo de la ciudad a poco mas de 5 minutos, que hace factible repetir la estancia en hotel y cenar cerca comodamente después de un dia de trabajo o de ocio

No le doy un 5 porque teníamos fria la habitación a nuestra llegada.Habia temperaturas gélidas a las 10 de la noche,que fue cuando llegamos.

Camas, súper duras e incómodas imposibles para descansar. Estando al lado del tren, escogimos una noche para descansar de nuestro viaje y fue todo lo contrario. Amanecimos detrozadas.
Sugerencia, en vez de enfocarse en la decoración del hotel, (que está muy bonita) enfóquense en el descanso de los huéspedes y brinden comodidad. Estábamos durmiendo en piedras. Cero calidad en las camas.

Komme gerne wieder, aber Veränderung nötig.

Freundlicher Service, hilfsbereit. Zimmerwunsch erfüllt. Es wird im Hotel renoviert, ist aber auch nötig. Wasserschaden unter dem Zimmerfenster, Schimmel in der Dusche. Tolles bequemes Bett. Leider schlafen fast unmöglich, da es extrem warm im Zimmer war. Nur Heizung möglich, Klimaanlage auf 19 Grad begrenzt, Luft kommt aber viel wärmer raus.

Llegamos antes de la hora prevista y nos permitieron dejar en el hotel las maletas hasta que nuestra habitación estuviese preparada. La habitación (VIP) era enorme, todo estaba muy limpio, con ventanas exteriores a la ciudad y a la piscina, muy silenciosa y cómoda. La cama, enorme, muy cómoda y con ropa muy nueva, com muchas almohadas. El baño también muy amplio y limpio, con bañera de hidromasaje, así como los productos de higiene, que son de muy buena calidad y de una buena marca de parafarmacia. Las toallas eran nuevas. Relación calidad -precio excelente. Sólo llevamos alojamiento y desayuno, que estaba todo muy rico y reciente, con productos de buena calidad, supongo que el resto de comidas seguiría la misma línea. La piscina y el jardín con césped natural, fantásticos, ideal para tomar un baño y relajarse después del ajetreo de todo el día. Por otra parte, el personal estupendo, tanto en recepción como en el comedor, super-amables y rápidos en atender cualquier cosa que les comentaras. Hotel totalmente totalmente recomendable, seguramente repetiremos.
