We had a standard apartment which was a good size. everything was really clean and the small kitchen was very well equipped. We did not hear anything from other apartments/guests at all. Very comfortable bed and great location, 5 mins from the metro station enabling us to visit all over the city. Would definitely recommend.

The room was tidy and clean. We had room service as well. The area is nice and close to two different underground stations.

Only downside was that the hot chocolate in the common area of the coffee machine did not work, it poured halfway and malfunctioned. But other than that it was nice.

Lovely, spotless room. Very well equipped, nothing lacking. Free lockers to leave bags for later collection. Quiet street about 30 mins walk to central Vienna but also lots of public transport options. We were here New Year's eve, and found lovely surprise of bottle of sparkling wine outside our door. Lovely thought. Extra special as it was also my birthday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oliver’s Apartments. I booked one apartment with a balcony and one without. Both were very clean, and the kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare simple meals.

One small suggestion: since we stayed for three weeks, it would have been helpful to have the option to rent a vacuum cleaner. We were traveling with a toddler, so keeping the floors clean was a priority. We ended up buying a mop and a broom, not a big deal, just an idea to make the stay feel even more like home.

We'll be back!

Great little apartment, we loved it!
Got entry instructions the evening before we arrived which was greatly appreciated as I wouldn't have had internet connection until we got to the accommodation.
Self check in was straightforward. The building and apartment was spotless. Our apartment was on the front, no noise pollution at all, wonderful! Really good layout and well finished throughout. Well stocked crockery, kitchenware etc. Full fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing up liquid and sponge. Shower gel and hand wash in bathroom. A real cosy home from home.
Supermarket opposite and others close.
Transport was all around. A walk into the city centre but doable if you like a walk.
We really loved our stay there, would highly recommend.

Good stay minus tdchnical difficulties

The apartment was clean and modern. Check in was easy just a little timely. In communication with the property beofew our trip I asked about early check in if our room was ready and was told it wouldnt be a problem and we could store bags if it wasnt ready. Good thing someone told us we would be charged for early check in if we checked in before 2:30pm. We chose to store out bags in the basement locker to avoid the fee. I'm not sure how you would get access to the locker without checking in to open the electronic door though. Someone just happened to be there so they opened it for us. Location was about 8-15 walk to the station or main Mariahilfer area which we didnt mind. We only had one issue where towels were not replaced after cleaning and we had no way to communicate with the property. They do have an app but it is not managed after 6pm. There is an emergency number but as Canadians we were traveling with data only and no direct number so we couldn't use the emergency number so no towels until the nect day. Would stay again and hope that no emergency occured.

Very nice, recent and well furnished small apartment. Layout very functional. I appreciated being able to store my bags upon arrival (too early for check in). Grocery store right across the street, plus other nearby. Lots of transit options around as well, easy to get anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

I am truly pleased with my stay at Oliver Apartments. The location is superb for getting around Vienna. But the best part is how pleasant, comfortable and well-kept these apartments are. Finding them was no problem, check-in was easy, and having daily housekeeping was a bonus. I will definitely stay there again when I’m back in Vienna.

Very convenient location, walkable distance to Margaretengurtel and Gumpfendorfer U-Bahn stations, as well as tram stations. Loved the room cleaning services. Grocery stores available within walking distance.

Only wish the communal space on ground floor and laundry rooms were more comfortable and renovated to allow for studying, relaxing, etc.

Great find. Everything we needed was close by - supermarket across the road; bus stop 400m in one direction; Ubahn 500m in the other direction. Great local eateries.

Rooms were clean and well maintained; great facilities - laundry and storage. Would highly recommend staying here.

So much room for activities ….

This is a beautiful & very spacious apartment. Definitely somewhere you could stay long term if needed. Full kitchen facilities, dining table & chairs, work space, TV, large bathroom with a beautiful shower & toiletries. Aircon, lots of storage space and an intercom system available for visitors. There’s access to lockers downstairs for bag storage if needed before/after you check in. (Make sure you have 1€!) & there’s a laundry room in the basement to wash & dry clothes.
Really easy to find & access. It’s all automated check in so pretty simple. Although there is an intercom system available if you need help. It really was a lovely stay. Great location. Walking distance to two metro lines which took us anywhere & everywhere. There’s some recommendations available in the room for places to go!

The Oliver Apartments was a life saver after our initial accomodations were not accessible for my mother. They let us check in early as well as do a late check out, the staff was friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and the location was also convenient for restaurants and had a grocery store right across the street.

2 night stay at the apartment. Location is good with 3 mins walk to the nearest station and supermarket is just opposite to the apartment. The apartment is well equipped with clean and comfortable condition. It is value for money especially for the budget travellers. A little to find after arriving at the metro stop In the rain but otherwise everything was great! The kitchen is well equipped with high quality utensils and proper china and wine glasses and not the cheap stuff! There is a fridge and dishwasher as well as good quality pots and pans. Washer and dryer in the basement and a supermarket right across from the hotel, we ended up cooking 2 dinners there.

We don't think the basic room warrants a dishwasher, that space would have been put to better use serving as a cupboard for any groceries that we bought, also a little notice under the switches explaining how the blinds work. I would also like to mention on departing while waiting for our taxi, I sat inside while my sister waited outside and because it was after 11am she could not get back in using her card and had to knock hard for me to go to the door, so I don't know how you could improve on that, all in all it was in good location and met Danielle 😍

Overall, the room is clean. House keeping were disrespectful to guests. They shouldn’t have laugh and talk so loud when cleaning up the room while the guests still inside the room. Also, why would you turn off the main switch after done cleaning when the guests still inside the room? The next day, house keeping did not refill the facial tissue after we complained to the hotel.

I have special accommodation needs and I couldn't request specific room before check-in but the manager was really nice to change the room at the last moment.
Everything was very clean and in wonderful condition.

.I cannot speak too highly about hotel and staff

On arrival it was strange not to have a reception only a machine but it worked. The room was good size bed very nice.and clean throughout. Every thing you could think of was provided. The staff we met were friendly and as helpful as could be. The area was quite but within 10 mins walk the City center tube stations tram stops and us stops. Good location to go to the palaces and the famous Ferris wheel.I cannot speak too highly about the hotel and staff.

We stayed for one night and the room though a bit small was adequate. The entry into the apartment needs an “expert” hand to handle the computer self check-in. Luckily for us there was a Middle Eastern family staying on the 6th floor who helped us out and also kept our luggage till check-in time . I suggest the check-in time to be from 1pm instead of 3pm.

Such a lovely hotel!!! This was probably the highlight of the trip. It is such a good value for the proce. Clean, cozy, and just no frills. It’s close to 2 stations as well, making the city so accessible. There’s also tons of supermarkets close by - one like 20m away. :) Thanks Oliver Apartments!

Hotel is 5 mins away from Gumpendorfer train station. There's a grocery across and restos near the station that are open until late hours. The app that was provided was also very useful. It provided info on nearby shops and restaurants. Vendo at the ground floor offers snacks and coffee.

My stay at the Oliver Apartments was way beyond my expectations. They offer an exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment in the heart of Vienna. Metro and tram stops are only a few blocks away. There is no receptionist in attendance, check-in and check-out are done electronically via touchscreen and a keyboard. There a coffee and soft drinks a vending machine on the ground floor right outside the elevator. Grocery store directly across the entrance of the apartment. Highly recommended.

Exceeded my expectation. Apartment was clean, spacious and located in quiet area with huge discount supermarket located right across the street. Kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher and microwave. There was even dishwasher soap in the room to use. Self check in process was very easy and quick. Hotel was located within 5 minutes walking distance to subway & tram station. There is nothing to complain about. Just great.

It’s a nice & clean & new apartment close to Gumpendorfer Station about 10 mins walk.
However, it lacks the human touch cos every thing is computerised. Luckily I did the check-in online when they emailed me for the check-in details. They got my last name mixed up & tried several times to check in as per instructions but failed then something striked my mind..they must have used my middle name as my last name..I tried it & bingo it went thru...I panic at that time and there was nobody I could turn to...that’s what I meant !!!!
I would go back if the price is right and as for the location...there is nothing much there only a supermarket right in front & few restaurants nearby.

Lovely, modern apartments a little way out of the centre but only a 5 minute walk to the nearest underground station. There is no manned receiption but automatic check-in was quick and efficient. Apartment was clean on arrival and serviced daily. There is a small communal area downstairs with some tourist information and vending machines. Overall, a perfect base for our long weekend in Vienna.

Do not hesitate for even a nano-second: This is an absolutely fantastic place, and in an excellent location, too. We just spent five nights at Oliver — me, my wife and two daughters — and feel it is my duty (and pleasure) to warmly recommend this place. The apartments are brand new and fully equipped. Very clean. Kitchen, fridge, dish washer, even two washing machines and a dryer downstairs. Underground is a few minutes away, super market is literally across the street. A home away from home.
