The hotel is located at a very convenient area surrounded with many restaurants, shops & massage parlors. There is a nice pool at the top level overseeing the ocean too. The breakfast has a wide variety and they made an effort to change the noodle soup daily. Overall it is worth to stay here for the price that you are paying.

Really Enjoyed my stay at the Green Beach Hotel, stayed for 2 weeks in March and had a fabulous time. The location is just about perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach & surrounded by some great restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops, juice stalls & convenience stores. Pretty much everything you’d need on the doorstep including vendors of fake everything from Crocs to Prada handbags. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable & well equipped with high ceilings and good quality quiet air conditioning. I had breakfast included but as I’m usually a tea and toast man the selection was not particularly my taste but there was a wide selection of hot and cold food but not really my thing so I used the local bakeries etc. (I can recommend “Secret” & “Iced Coffee” just up the road) All of the staff at the Hotel deserve praise, everyone I encountered, the waiters, cleaners, maids, lobby staff were superb and made my stay particularly memorable. Special mention to Gia Anh who was extremely helpful & informative throughout my stay & a credit to the Hotel. I was even given a courtesy check out extension due to a late flight time.
In terms of presenting a balanced view I must say the wifi for a modern hotel wasnt really good enough, the download speeds constantly veered from good to bad which meant during busy times I couldnt even maintain WhatsApp audio calls so certainl

We would give rating for 5 stars. The shower floor elevation needs to fix soon for proper water draining. Water collecting like a little pond on the shower base while taking a shower. Guests should not have to use flip flop to push water to the drainer. The standing water will cause unforeseen damages to the inner wall, floor, and ceiling of the hotel building.

We had a short stay at the beginning of January. The weather was not yet warm enough to utilize the nice pool on the 18th floor, but the convenient location in the heart of the city and by the beach more than made for it. I would also like to highlight the great service of receptionist Khanh Ngan, who was very courteous and also tried to utilize to use his Japanese to accommodate my Japanese family.

It was a such a wonderful hotel. The staff was amazing. Breakfast buffet was spectacular. Daily room service. Safes in rooms for safe keeping. Rooftop bar and pool. One block from the beach. Everything was so amazing. Easy check in and easy check out. I stayed there Sept 3-12 2025. It was a great experience. I will definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Nha Trang.

The staff were great—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The walls between rooms were a bit thin, so I could sometimes hear guests next door sleeping or snoring. There was also some loud construction going on in the building next door during the day. That said, it was still great value overall.

Amazing pool! My room was spacious and luxurious washroom. A bit noisy, construction, alarms from the room doors, I could hear everything in the room next to me. Walls were quite thin. Asked for a private car to take me to me to airport for domestic flight. Driver dropped me off at international. Had to go on foot with my luggage to an other terminal at an other building. Like I said, the pool was amazing, warm beautiful view, daytime, and nighttime. Just wonder why they never wash the glass around the pool. Have to say it because it’s not the first time I’ve seen that and it’s a five star hotel.

Excellent location in a tourist area about 5 minutes walk to the beach. My room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was available with many menu choices. Staff was always courteous and helpful.

The only thing I noted that didn't work properly was the 'do not disturb / clean my room' lights outside of the room. I think it is wired to the the key card room power, so when you leave your room, the neither the 'do not disturb' or the 'clean my room' lights stayed on.

Green Beach Hotel Nha Trang is a lovely place to stay. The staff were a huge highlight for us, always up for a chat and always friendly and smiling.
The pool is beautiful and the photos do not do the views justice, however there is limited deck chairs so securing a spot can be hard.
The buffet breakfast was on par with what I expected and was enough to get us through to lunch, but nothing special or particularly delicious/standout.
The rooms are certainly NOT SOUNDPROOFED. We were slightly down the hall and could hear the lifts, the people in the rooms next door and across the hall. This was especially irritating as the other guests were getting up at 7am and were very loud all morning which made a relaxing sleep in impossible.

I loved my three days at the Green Beach Hotel! The staff was extremely friendly! Nhân, the concierge supervisor was very helpful, and made every effort to make us comfortable! The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean, and it has all the necessary amenities!

The area around the hotel has tons of shopping. It was about 100 meters from the beach. They have a nice rooftop pool. The breakfast had a lot of options, was quite delicious, and it was included with our room!

There's easy access to Vinpearl Island. It's about a 45 minute drive from Cam Ranh Airport. There are massage businesses, nails, and spa type services everywhere so it's really easy, and inexpensive if you want to get some pampering.

I can't say enough about the hotel, the employees, the city, and it's people! Simply wonderful, I will be back!

The room was just like the photo on Expedia with a view of the beach. It had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean. There was a very good laundry just 1 block away and lots of different restaurants in the area. The beach, Long Son pagoda, Nha Trang cathedral and the Po Nagar Cham towers are all within a reasonable walking distance. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety and choices.

Pro: The front desk staff were very polite and helpful.
Cons: We had to request a bar of soap for use by the sink. Another guest asked us if our room had soap so obviously it wasn’t just an oversight for our room. We had to call down for toilet tissue twice. They finally left a second roll for us. Dirty cups and glasses were not replaced. A replaced cup left an orange ring on the saucer. The inside of the bathroom door was dusty.

Daily cleaning with water bottle replacement, as well as tea and coffee
We had the deluxe twin room with city view on 12th floor which also had partial sea view, which was nice
Gym and rooftop pool access
2 minute walk to the beach
Plenty of restaurants in local vicinity
The staff are friendly and welcoming
Breakfast was superb, genuinely looked forward to it every day!

Negatives:
All windows really needed a clean, our city view was through a very dirty window, same around the pool. I saw other hotels had window cleaners, maybe they could do it a few times a year at this hotel...
The pool area could have been designed better. It is in the shade the whole day, so you're not able to sun bathe which is a shame. Also could have had a better area for watching the sun set from the pool too.
The gym was not the best equipped, but good enough to get a simple workout done. However, it was not cleaned well enough. The treadmills were clearly covered in old sweat which is super gross, and super easy to fix with a wipe down.
Small issue, but they charge you for two 500ml waters that were in the room on arrival, a bit sly in my opinion and just an unnecessary charge that left a sour taste on checkout.

Overall, I would stay again.

호텔 소개란에 공항에서 호텔까지 자동차로 약 6분 거리라고 표기되어 있지만 실제로는 약 40분 정도 걸립니다.
호텔 옥상에 크지는 않지만 작은 수영장이 있어서 시간내어 수영하기에도 좋습니다.
나트랑 야시장과 거리가 가깝지만 야시장은 워낙 규모가 작아서 크게 기대하지 마세요
나트랑에서 유명한 서울이발관도 도보로 15분 정도로 걸어갈 수 있었으며 해변은 도보 5분 거리에 있습니다.
청소 상태 양호하고 욕실에는 1 회용 치약,치솔, 빗 그리고 샴프 등 모두 비치되어 있으며 가끔 외부에서 다소 소음이 들리지만 아주 불편한 정도는 아니고 아침 식사는 쌀국수와 김밥, 쌀죽과 스프, 다양한 빵 종류, 후식용 과일 그리고, 야채 샐러드 등 충분히 먹을수 있을 정도로 가성비가 아주 좋습니다.
참고하시기 바랍니다.

Un très grand merci au gérant de l’établissement, monsieur THI pour son accueil chaleureux, ces sourires mais surtout pour son côté humain. Mon conjoint avait de la grippe, il toussait. Monsieur Thi avait entendu et nous posait des questions sur sa grippe. Il nous a envoyé un gros théière de citron et gingembre pour la gorge. Mille merci aussi à Monsieur HUY et son équipe dans la salle à manger. Super aimable, accueillants, une patience d’or pour les clients pend Le déjeuner. Un Gros hôtel qui mérite un ****** (6) étoiles ( s’il cela existe) . Merci à tout le personnel pour tous

Good location, nice breakfast.
What is disappointing is the add on day, and the way treated. Went out of room to come back and key was disactivated no access to room, situation corrected. When I checked out early, they were giving me run around about a missing laundry bag, completely ridiculous, and going on about..finally told them to check top shelf of closet, found 1 laundry bag! Sorry she is short! It s pretty ridiculous..

We arrived to the hotel at night after our train ride from Da Nang. Mr. Nguyen, the duty manager, was quickly recognize our family and our booking with the hotel. He assisted us rather quickly to our rooms and brought all of our luggage inside. During our stay, Mr Nguyen was very attentive and helpful in terms of answering our questions about the city, attractions, and the to-do and not to-do's. We really enjoyed our stay at the Green Beach hotel and the willingness to go above and beyond from Mr Nguyen. Keep up the great work!

Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Handtücher jeden Tag frisch. Das Personal war sehr gut (Mr. Thi sogar hervorragend! ). Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich.
Den Fitnessraum haben wir nicht besucht und der Wäscheservice war schnell.
Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
