Really well run hotel, great breakfast choice and in a good central location. The whole hotel seemed to be full of Russian visitors, so if you want a sun lounger on the beach, best get up as the birds start singing !!! Very limited beach front for the size of this large hotel.

Our family love Vinpearl service overall. At other hotels and high end resorts, There are different attitudes toward foreigners and Vietnamese but the staff here is very professional. They treat everyone equally with kindness and dedication through all the hard work. That is why we keep coming back to vin pearl :)

We have a nice view from the 40th floor but the balcony door doesn't closed so we can hear the music noise from the beach.
The TV internet doesn't work.
We ask for the iron board on the first day but never got one (total 5 days we were there).

It was a very large very busy hotel. I found it wasn't as friendly as all the other hotels i have stayed at in Vietnam! It wasn't the staff as they were lovely it was actually the guests!!
I was on the 36th floor and the views were amazing as was the room.
The breakfast was good and plenty of choice but again busy as! so a lot of people pushing in front of you.
No beds and no beach towels at the beach the whole time i was there, i am glad i took my own beach towels and i paid to hire sunbeds from another company.

We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was large, well-appointed, very comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything nearby.

What truly stood out, however, was the service and the management team. I had a minor issue during our stay—something I honestly didn’t expect to be addressed. I simply sent a quick email so they would be aware of it for future guests.

To my surprise, the management team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was spectacular. It’s very rare for a larger company to have management that is this proactive and genuinely committed to making sure their guests have a great experience.

The way they handled the situation more than made up for the small issue. Kudos to both the staff and the management team for being absolutely amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The staff were amazing throughout our stay – always polite, friendly, and willing to help.

A special thank you to Nam, the duty manager, who was fantastic in helping resolve a small issue for us. His professionalism and kindness really stood out.

When we checked into our room we were greeted with a lovely complimentary tray of fresh fruit and coconut.drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable with daily complimentary water.

Breakfast was excellent with a well-organised buffet and plenty of choice for everyone.

The pool area can be a little shady and there are limited sunbeds, although this appears to be due to local government regulations rather than the hotel itself. The beach is beautiful and the hotel provides sunbeds for guests, but it’s best to go early as there are only a limited number available.

Strategically located near plenty of shops, eateries and a must visit to the night market- about 10 mins walk.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff, cleanliness, and service really made the experience special.

Note - if staying in beachfront room be prepared for the nightly music from the Sailing Club across the street - you'll be part of the party.

While the staff and hotel manager was responsive, I was placed at a top level room and on a corner. This meant that you could hear everything on the roof. There was a sound of what was thought to be thunder for a full minute for every 30 minutes, day and night. The manager and maintenance/building engineer couldn’t figure out where it was coming from and offered to move me to different floor.

Housekeeping staff was lazy when they made my room and threw my comforter over my pillows rather than tightening the corners and folding the top down. There were massive red-looking stains on the hallway carpets and the bathroom showers had mold in both rooms.

Breakfast was mediocre in comparison to the Intercontinental and Sheraton nearby. They would repeat some meals everyday while others every two to three days. It’s something to eat in passing and convenient if you’re willing to pay extra for breakfast or book through a place that has it included. If not, there’s Starbucks downstairs and a cafe across the street. Not to mention a mall connected to the building.

Overall, the staff is really nice and friendly from breakfast to the lobby. I don’t know if I’ll stay here again but if you’re looking for a three-star hotel with beachfront view and all you can eat breakfast, I would go with this. The Sheraton has mold and a musty smell in all the rooms so this was my last resort.

We were surprised that the bed was setup as 2 single beds, not as a king sized bed.

Our room didn't get cleaned the first day, but after talking to the front desk, it was cleaned and replenished with extra water.

I stayed at Vinpearl Front Beach Hotel Da Nang, and overall, it’s worth the money.

✅ The hotel is clean, new, and right across from the beach.
✅ The room is exactly as shown online — bright, fresh, and comfortable.
✅ The view is excellent, and the vibe is peaceful.
✅ The welcoming drink on check-in is a nice touch.
✅ Staff help with luggage from the moment you arrive.

However, to become even better, I believe the hotel should:

➕ Train the staff to be more proactive — anticipate guest needs before being asked.
➕ Improve the check-in experience to feel more warmly personal and energetic.
➕ Encourage staff to greet guests with more enthusiasm from the entrance.
➕ Respond faster to requests — speed and attentiveness matter at this level.

💡Conclusion: The hotel has great potential. If the team focuses more on human connection and proactive service, this place could easily become a top beachside destination in Nha Trang.

Cons: The most indifferent service we’ve experienced in 5 weeks touring Asia. Pool area is poorly planned in a shady covered area with unheated pool and approximately 20 sunbeds for a 47 story hotel. They need to heat the pool and add a lot more chairs. The beach area is very noisy with loud music in the evening and early morning, which is a downside to the location. Our room had a large gap at the side of the window which made the room neither soundproof nor climate controlled. This seems like poor construction or building maintenance. The breakfast area seats 480 according to hotel information, but only has two self serve coffee machines and enormous lineups for both. We gave up and got coffee elsewhere. More coffee machines or more staff to deliver drinks are needed.

This is an 800-room 3 or 4-star hotel with a nice view of the ocean. The rooms are comfortable but in need of maintenance. One of our rooms didn’t even have air-tight windows. There was a 3cm gap in the glass that let the wind and noise in. It was extremely LOUD due to the adjacent busy road and night clubs. Nothing muffled the noise.

The hotel beach across the road has maybe two dozen umbrellas so you will have to pay to rent chairs at an adjacent beach club.

There is a very sad pool on the 6th floor of the hotel. The water is kept ICE COLD and is in full shade for most of the day. There are maybe 12 deck chairs. There is a pool bar but no bar service. So no one is enjoying a nice swim or a cocktail by the pool. On the plus side, it is never busy.

Breakfast is served in a restaurant that seats 480. It is extremely crowded so that even clean dishes are in short supply. I drank juice from a soup bowl. There is no table service. Staff do not approach you to see if you need anything. Even if you ask staff for a coffee, they will simply point you to two very slow coffee machines with lines of 20-30 people at any given time. On the other hand, there is a Starbucks in the lobby where you can buy a coffee.

The food offered in the hotel restaurants is very mediocre.

But the biggest issue was the customer service throughout our our stay. With only one or two exceptions, the staff seemed completely indifferent. We would never stay here again.

Yes staff where good food was ok not exceptional , lots of smokers and staff need to pay attention to the smokers area as ash trays where left full and it was very distasteful. Had to ask for room to be cleaned on two occasions because come 4.30 pm they were not done. Location was excellent opposite beautiful beaches. Transport cheap and plenty of restaurants in the area. Would I return yes I would but needs management to pay more attention to finer details

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room, the buffet breakfast, the pool, the location but first and foremost, the staff! The service was impeccable and way beyond expectations. When my wife sprained her ankle on a city sidewalk, spa staff noticed her and whipped her to the hotel’s clinic where she was immediately attended to. Afterwards ice was brought to the room on a regular basis. When we needed to book a train ticket to Tuy Hoa, Ms Tran, Front Desk Manager, was more than helpful in doing the booking and making sure we had our tickets in hand. I could go on and on about the genuine care we received in this hotel.

Great property, but so busy. It’s a absolutly massive hotel and busy.
Lifts takes ages, breakfast is chaos! 1 coffee machine, 1000 rude Russians who think they own the place. Use there hands to pick food up, push in and are just rude.
But seriously 1 coffee machine, with at least 500 people at breakfast, if not more. Need at least 5 machines.
We liked it, as the room was great, and clean, location was awesome! Just bfast and Russians bad!

This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of the ocean. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of seating and lots of shade. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfast and also for other meals.
The best thing about this property is the staff. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to make it a great experience.
One staff member in particular, Tien, was wonderful to deal with. She checked us in and kept in contact to see if there was anything that we required or any questions she could answer.
Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
