I do not recommend this hotel, checking out we had to pay for a shampoo bottle they claimed we broke. Rooftop bar and pool is closed. Wait 20 mins + when you order a drink at the pool bar, the bar on the 4th floor is just for show - when you order they get the drinks from downstairs.

Great stay. Upgraded to executive room, not sure why but greatly appreciated. Great room. Really nice hotel within a block of the beach (can’t get much closer in Nha Trang). Hotel has section of the beach, but get there early if you want a lounger. Breakfast had many options. Pool was nice, but doesn’t get much sun, or for very long (at least in early March). Highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel and great location.

What a beautiful hotel… room was very spacious and comfortable. Booked an ocean view and it did not disappoint. Housekeeping was so great. Breakfast was included and was so wonderful so many choices and great fruit each day. Everything was refilled before they were emptied. Location was across the street or at least about 200 meters away. There are a lot of food choices around and even a mall very close by. Don’t hesitate to book a room at this hotel.

Room was amazing though i felt cleanliness wise they could have improved. Hotel didnt have an ironing board which was rather strange. I hope they will have an ironing board.

Our visit was consistent with other reviews, centrally located in the city centre close to restaurants and amenities.
A one block walk to the waterfront promenade and the beach. Accommodated with complimentary beach towels and padded chairs.
The room was comfortable and roomy. Modern, clean with a comfortable bed. We were sure to get a room with an ocean view for a small daily premium that was well worth while! A tremendous view from the higher floors.
Free breakfast buffet had ample choices. Friendly staff in the restaurant and at the reception counter.
The front desk arranged inter city ground transportation which worked out perfectly.
There was nothing more we could request or require of this hotel. Full marks from this retired couple that stayed three nights.

Liberty Central is conveniently located near the beach and night market, and a walkable distance from Nha Trang Center. The ocean view rooms have a great view of Nha Trang Bay. And in particular, the front desk and housekeeping staff did their best to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Stayed here three year's ago, can not believe how much this hotel has gone down hill. The only saving grace is Mr Elvis who was there last time we stayed there and still is, he is fantastic. When we stayed last time they had the executive club which was on the second highest floor with wonderful views and service for 2 hours of free cocktails and mini buffet, free afternoon tea and breakfast, which is closed now. This is all served now on ground floor and is disappointing to say the least, service is unbelievably bad . Food is terrible music is so loud you can not sit outside and sometimes they wont allow you to sit outside even if no one is sitting there. We were on the 17 floor and could not sleep because the music was so loud till 11-30pm every night on the ground floor asked could they turn down the music at 10-30pm to no avail, totally unacceptable . Since we were there the rooftop bar has been closed for 12 months. I do not recommend this hotel

This hotel is conveniently located in town. The executive room we were given was very impressive with a bathroom/shower design that was classy and practical for daily use. Additionally, the coset in entry was spacious and served our needs well. The only thing we didn’t like was the TV which was on a poll-stand that partially blocked the main view of the beach. Also some luggage stands would be helpful, as none were provided. Overall the stay was very pleasant and would consider returning again if they offer western style coffee at the buffet... Ha!

No little electric car to beach, only 6 beach lounges with umbrellas for residents, sky bar was never open. Our original room was on South side of hotel with view of beach, but very hot. We didn't know we had to turn the a/c on every time we entered the room. Small things, otherwise very nice. Location is great. Taxi waiting near front door to take you where you want to go.

I loved staying in this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and even had an ocean view. Breakfast had lots of variety and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool and bar were also relaxing and enjoyable and we were a right next to restaurants, bars and spas and a short walk to the beach.

The only negative was the poor quality food and service in the hotel bistro and awful techno music they had loudly at the front of the hotel.

I got my nails done at the spa, it was gel nail as well. The next day the paint on my nails already chipped off ! And it wasn’t cheap to get them done. I went the next day at least 4 times to get it fixed and there were only excuses saying the lady wasn’t in, they were closed, pleas come back later the nail girl is busy, and then come back at 8pm. I mean I have plans I can’t cancel my plans because no one was around to fix this mistake. Also, I have high expectations from hotel buffets and honestly it was disappointing. Not many varieties. Although one good thing about this hotel is it’s customer service at the reception and the guy that carries the luggage to my room and opens the front hotel door for customers. I do give that a 5 star. And the hotel room was always kept clean which was good. Although the room I got was “ocean view”, the ocean view was only 30%, so I don’t really think it should even be called an ocean view but a city view. Apart from that, the hotel was great and it’s facilities were great as well.

It’s a walkable area. The staff were wonderful. The spa services were wonderful.
Too many international visitors that have no manners, the hallway was very stuffy without air conditioning, the shower trays for soap are molding with thick black mildew, and the corner by the waste bin has black mildew.

Liberty Central Hotel - Nha Trang

The hotel was really lovely and we really enjoyed our stay, perfect location near beach and shops, restaurants - definitely recommend The Lemongrass Restaurant - excellent food perfectly presented at a reasonable price. Hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff very polite and professional. A special mention to the girl on the Tour Desk, think her name was bween or breen ( sorry if the spelling is not correct), who organised our flights and advised for our Tour to Ho Chi Minh City to see the Chu Chi Tunnels and War Museum, well worth a visit. Just one negative is the amount of sunbeds both around the pool (about 25) and on the beach (about 20) - no way near enough for the capacity of the Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Fair 5, exactly what you're paying for

The hotel is fair 5 out of 5. It's exactly what you're paying money for and even more. Very clean room and hotel in general, good and helpful staff, nice small gym together with the pool area. There were SOFT towels, which I didn't see long time already in even more expensive hotels - my skin definitely liked it! Breakfast contained big variety of fruits, which is my main morning meal. Also the bar with a DJ downstairs was nice place to chill in the evening.
Area is full of good places to eat and supermarkets, beach is just 2 mins away. Also high quality beach towels.
I've also forgot something in the room and their customer service was very fast to help me.
There are a lot of Russians in a hotel, however they all were fine.

The hotel facade was very modern, hotel lobby was well furnished, front desk staffs were friendly, and I thought I would enjoy my stay.

However, when I first stepped into the room, I was welcomed with a musty smell. I believe a wide gap between the toilet sliding door and its partition wall facilitated hot water vapor from the shower to waft into the bedroom even though toilet exhaust fan was switched on whenever a tenant enters the room. Worst still, all window panels are fixed and cannot be opened to air the room.

In general, this hotel is new and modern, the room was clean, breakfast was splendid. I stayed only one night in this hotel, and would have extended my stay if it were not for the musty smell.
This is why I selected \"disappointing\" for the Cleanliness rating even though the room and common areas were clean.

The hotel is as good as advertised.
The only complaint I got is the weather which rains for the whole 5 days that I was there.
That means no beach, swimming pool,sky bar, island hopping or scuba diving.
Breakfast is great, the lounge is also great offering free snacks, desserts and drinks.
The area is also great, it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the beach and right in the middle of everything.

We had an executive room, which was lovely. A freestanding bathtub with floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in shower, king sized bed, and executive lounge privileges. We could hear the music from the bar upstairs, but it was not too loud - earplugs easily blocked it. The street noise was a bit annoying, with the constant honking from buses, but that died down around 11 pm. Bed was a bit firm, but not too bad. Pillows were good.
Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of Asian and Western food. Only a block from the beach. Overall a great place to stay.

As above Vietnam,s Nha Trang and the local people are excellant.
Liberty Hotel is well placed and Management could not have been better.
Felt really safe in this area and recommend this holiday destination.
Stayed 17 days and that was perfect , we did not feel that we had over booked
time a this place. This is the second visit to Vietnam and we probably do Hanio and
Hoi an next year.
