Nice hotel, good location

Nice hotel with comfy beds and spacious rooms. Good location for those not staying directly on the beach. Within walking distance of a lot of things.Decent breakfast.

Doesn't really have parking for cars. You have to park on the street if driving.

There was a bar across the road that played extremely loud music 2 nights in a row until 9 or 9.30. We were in a family room with 2 small children. The tv didnt work and they didnt fix it for 2 days. For the price I would have not expected these problems.

The hotel is nice, in a good location and the food was good, however, they have a travel desk that is no help. They hand out brochures and say that you can organize the trips yourself. They also would not help buy train tickets.

Value for money stay with exceptional service!

Overall: Exceeded my expectation.

Location: Excellent! 5min walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, Highland Cafe and convenient stores.

Room: Clean, comfortable, cooling with street view.

Breakfast: Good selection.

Exceptional experience: My iPhone was picked pocket at the Ben Thanh market at Ho Chi Minh City while waiting for a taxi to airport for Nha Trang. I was helpless at the airport as the police unable to communicate in English and the computer interface language is in Vietnamese at the Internet Cafe thus I had a hard time to figure out how to use the system to block my iPhone.

I shared my worry and concern to the reception staff during my check in at Asia Paradise Hotel and I was so happy that Mr. Y Tach Buondap, volunteer to assist me. Both of us worked together to reconfigure hotel's computer interface language to English and I was managed to activate iCloud to lock my stolen iPhone.

I am very grateful to the GEMS (Go Extra Mile Service) attitude of the service staff as it made me felt very comfortable and free my worry with the stolen iPhone incident.

Mr. Buondap's willingness supports made an exceptional experience!

I will recommend travellers to consider Asia Paradise for the excellent service!

Great facility, awesome breakfast, convienient

We lived in 906. Quiet room and some ocean view is beyond our expectations. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to night market and lots of food stalls and beach. Breakfast has lots of varieties too. Bed is confortable. Everything is perfect

250,000 Dong for airport shuttle was great. (I know quite expensive but no bothers)
Old bathroom but good enough breakfast.
The one thing that bad about this hotel is the receptionist doesnt have intention to help our tour. Just recommend paid tour.

I stayed here for one night. It was the comfiest be dive slept in that's not my own and my bathroom also had a bath which you don't always get in Nha Trang. As other reviews mentioned I was in a non smoking room and here was no smell at night but by the morning my bathroom was a little smokey so it must come through the vents or something. Breakfast was fresh fruit and a mix of Asian and British foods. Although I'm British I didn't like the look of the bacon/sausages etc but enjoyed the fruit. I didn't order room service as I saw shark fin soup on the menu which put me off.
I would recommend this hotel based on he comfort of the room and the location of the hotel. It's close to the beach and restaurants.

Excellent value in a good location

This hotel was excellent value. I stayed in a junior suite, which was bigger than my apartment back home, but even the superior rooms were very spacious with lots of natural light. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the pool - it's small and there's no way to order drinks or anything up there - but if this is an issue for you, you can easily go to the Liberty Central pool bar across the road (it's really nice with a big, brand new pool, and you don't have to be staying there to use it).

Non smoking room smelled of smoke, street and building noise made it impossible to sleep in or retire early. Air Conditioning was either on or off, had no thermostat to set to a comfortable temperature.

Too pricey for an old outdated hotel. Had power failure problems that made door chirp in the morning 5am for 45 mins followed by construction noise across our hotel. Never come here again!

Very disappointed with customer service

Reasonable price for a 3 star hotel with terrible customer servive at the hotel front desk. Hotel is nice and clean but kind of old. The girls at the reception hardly show any smile, they always looked gloomy and grouchy. Security guys during the day shift are nice and very helpful.

Arrived at this hotel at 7am and wanted to see if I could check in early . The hotel staff we're really awarkard about getting a confirmation print out which I did not have . They had a record of my booking with my name and correct reference number but they really wanted a print out but wouldn't let me log on to there system to print out. Eventually checked in without providing a print out. Not printed out a hotel confirmation for atleast 10yrs now and was amazed they required one , let alone telling me I might have to pay again and claim from expedia later ( obviously that was never going to happen) . Hotel apart from that was o.k , very close to beach

This hotel wasn't worth the price I paid. The room needed to be remodeled. The furniture was badly worn and the bed was uncomfortable. However the morning breakfast was pretty good with a good seletion. The staff was very friendly. Good location too.

Quite plain and corporate but perfectly reasonable

Arrived at 0600 and were allowed to leave our bags and check in early at 1000. Spacious room, slight mildew in bathroom. Safety deposit box in room was not bolted down so could easily be removed! Sea view room had large high rise directly in front of the window, go for a high floor if possible. Location less than 5 mins from the beach.

My room was on the 2nd floor and very, very noisy at night from traffic noise which went on to late. I had problems with the safe which were rectified, problems with the wi-fi which was also eventually fixed. My food for dinner was allacarte but still was luke warm when I got it.

Breakfast was very acceptable as was the staff who despite language difficulties had to keep putting out fires so to speak. In the unlikely event that I stayed at that hotel in future, I would ask for a much higher room which might reduce traffic noise.

I did hear one Swiss chap also complaining.

The best things about the hotel were that it was close to the beach, presentable, friendly staff and a reasonable breakfast

Great location, the pool looked a little grotty late one day, but it was very clean the next day when we swam and it had been topped up. All staff were helpful and happy, all of Vietnam try to sell you tours, we did our own thing, but staff were happy to inform us about local attractions.The colour of the Beach was not good so we did not swim there.We hired a boat to the islands which were beautiful, again we did our own thing, the captain did not speak English so he couldnt tell us about our surroundings, but it was beautiful, and cheaoer doing our own thing than an organized boat trip, just head to the harbour before 10 and let them know what you would like to do. j

We had come to do some support work with the orphanages in Nha Trang and were staying for two weeks. Priorities were comfort and security. The hotel is a mid priced one that is in an excellent position for all the shops, beach and good eateries. Within 5 mins are excellent restaurants.. Kirin, Omars, The Local and Lanterns and La Mancha. We found it a very quiet location, in the centre but away from the noise of backpackers bars. Breakfast is good in our opinion especially if you take advantage of the pho. Best beer ..... Booze Cruise Bar!

this hotel was great. they upgraded us for our stay and the room was amazing. the airconditioning was blowing right towards the bed and it was even chilly. my boyfriend had his birthday during his stay and the hotel even got us a surprise cake! it was really nice of them. the location was good too. it was one block away from the beach and the night market few blocks down. the breakfast was great too. it had lots of choice, and they were changing couple of things daily. the hotel had island hopping tours which were cheap and well organized...and called us taxi to the airport and we saved some money for doing that.

Great location to Rainbow dive. Comfortable big beds.
Hotel needs some maintenance in particular the stairs which are damaged, and we needed to use them a lot as the lifts are very busy. The gym is a joke so don't both taking workout gear, careful on the equipment as it tips over!!
Breakfast is always cold even, when we got there at 6.15am which is 15mins after it opened, so hard to work out why, We wondered if it was from the day before!
Overall it suited us for going to Rainbow Dive excursions, and we would probably stay there again for that reason.

Great hotel, with great service and location. 5 minuts walk to the beach. Very helpfull starf. Clean and big room - great view to the city. Clean the room every day. BUT do not go and eat in the hotel restaurant - it is not good. It is clean and breakfast which is included is good. But lunch and dinner - go to the city and eat. It is much better. But the hotel - perfect.

Perfect Location - Perfect Hotel

Staying at the Asia Paradise was a highlight of our one month stay in Vietnam. We had a problem with a tour operator and the staff took care of it for us. The room was super clean and well equiped. Breakfast was good. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking. We were very happy during our time in Nha Trang and sad to leave. Would return in a second to the Asia Paradise if we could.

The staff was so friendly. My flight was delayed and reached the hotel at around 2 a.m., but they waited me for a late check-in. The overall facility is old, but it was managed neatly, so my stay was comfortable. The breakfast was rice noodles and surprisingly delicious!

あまり期待しなければ周辺の環境便利でよい。

施設自体古い、プールはあるがすごく小さい（プールサイドチェアは３台、プール用タオルなし）、オーシャンビューだが周りのビルのため少ししか見えない。３星で価格が安いから期待しなければなんとか満足できる。周辺の環境は大変便利です。

Давно присматривались к этому отелю. Месторасположение очень хорошее. Европейский квартал - всё рядом: рестораны, магазины, автобусные остановки. До моря меньше пяти минут пешком. Сам отель производит очень приятное впечатление. Персонал замечательный, на ресепшене есть русскоговорящие. Всегда отзывчивы и приветливы. Все вопросы решаются оперативно. Чистота в целом в отеле и в номерах, уборка, смена белья - всё на отлично. Всё работало, горячая вода - кипяток. Ничего никогда не пропадало, хотя ноут, планшет и телефоны порой оставались на столе. Порадовал тортик от отеля в день рождения, не в каждом отеле такое есть. Спасибо персоналу, очень приятно. Кухня вполне сносная, правда немного однообразная, но голодным точно не останешься. Блюда докладывают. постоянно.
Немного разочаровала зона бассейна, всего два лежака было. и места что бы посидеть на воздухе и полюбоваться вечерним городом не предусмотрено. Неплохой WiFi, несколько раз было подтормаживал, видимо много абонентов подключалось, а в целом хорошо. Фильмы смотрели он-лайн без проблем.
Надеемся вернуться в этот отель и будем рекомендовать его для проживания.
