Balcony was internal looking into other guest rooms. Room above breakfast area and very noisy. Very loud foreign guests. Not happy. Had to pay extra to get outside balcony and quieter area of hotel. Breakfast dishes were cold. Cold bacon? Sorry. Would not recommend this hotel to our friends.

A good cleaning will make it perfect!

The hotel front desk staff were wonderful and so helpful. The location is great, walking distance to so many good restaurants, and to many interest spots if you can walk 5 km in the heat. The beach was 1 1/2 blocks away and was beautiful the first couple days, then was absolutely covered with garbage from the ocean the last couple days of our stay so we avoided the beach. So sad! Breakfast was great for the Asians but our choice was eggs and two types of fruit and buns. Kind of boring for Westeners. They really need to hire a new cleaning crew as every part of this beautiful hotel needs a good cleaning. It was pretty noisy as well. Could hear every door slam in the building.

Noise noise noise!!!

We stayed here for 8 nights and only had 1 good night of sleep (thanks to alcohol).

Please if you stay here stay on a high floor. Not 001 ie 8001 9001 1001 running water from pipes in cupboard outside door.

Average hotel, but amazing staffs

We stayed here for 1 night and checkout at noon while our train depart at 8pm. The staffs made sure they look after our luggage and bags while we made our way around Nha Trang. Our room was very clean and I see a lot of people coming in and out of the hotel as it was located next to a travel agency.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Hotel is relatively new, room very spacious. Very odd that you are provided with a kettle, but no cups, spoons, coffee etc. With the balconies opening out to the indoor atrium, the room is very dark and the noise from restaurant and reception echoes up to the rooms. VERY NOISY. POOL area is unloved and well below par.
Staff were ok, but there is no passion in this hotel.

! it is too dark at the hallway coz hotel turn off the porch light ,so when people walk in they think the doorbell is the switch! then press at least 3 times!!!! thats not make sense! others,still good! 10mins walk to the beach, mini mart nearby...........

The location of the hotel is great and right in the middle of it all. The breakfast is quite decent too. The hotel front desk staff is very friendly.

We booked the suite at the Nhi Phi for a bit extra. The hotel is nice, and I would recommend booking just a regular room. The suite is 1000 sq feet, so were expecting a bit more room/sitting area or some tables in the outside patio; but it seems like just a regular room with a big outside patio. The outside patio is nice, with plants around the outside, but there are no table or chairs outside, so it's a big empty space and not really good for anything.

Nice hotel close to the beach.

Very modern and clean. A great respite after the overnight train from Da nang. Breakast was great, the pool lovely and the staff at the counter very helpful. They organised a taxi driver for a half day who took us around the sights for $20. We tried to shout him lunch but he did sit with us and had some squid.
Would recommend this hotel easily.

Wouldn't go back

Great location for beach and eating. Room was very modern and clean but because of the arrangement of the balconies which are internal ?? the room was very gloomy in the day and we had to have the light on all the time. You had no idea what the weather was like until you went out! Front staff not very friendly.

Booked a room with an outside balcony, but to noisy had to move and balcony was in the hotel. Had to wait until afternoon to get room cleaned twice had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

Friendly staff but room is not very clean

I came for a business trip in Nha Trang and chose the hotel because it is near to work and reasonable price. Breakfast is the best here. You have variety options: asian, russian and american foods. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only complaint I have is room cleanliness. Bed sheet had something looked like watermarks. The floor was not moped carefully. Flipflop is dirty and has been used by so many guests. Towels had a hole. Great property, but the hotel should consider upgrading their room amenities and focus more on room cleaniness.

2 great nights at a new hotel

Everything was great. Quick 2 nights stay at the beginning of October 2015. Finding the hotel was easy, check in/out was easy.

Room was well furnished to include fridge, electronic safe, TV (with lots of channels). Bathroom was a little small. Taking a shower shot water all over the toilet.

Buffet included good selection of Western and Vietnamese food. I'm not a buffet kinda guy, but what little I did eat, was well done.

Would gladly stay here again.

A really nice hotel, staff are attentive and speak good English. The rooftop pool is nice and cool. A bit small, but there were never more than 5 people there at one time during our stay. Strong wifi available throughout. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great value in an excellent location

This hotel is excellent for the price (I think I paid about USD 25 a night), and very clean and modern - I initially only booked for three nights, and thought I would give the Best Western or Novotel a try after that, but ended up staying a total of nine nights. The beach is very close by, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep - The Local has beers for 30 US cents, or if you're into sports there's one called Booze Cruise around 200 metres away that will basically play anything you ask for (NBA, MLB, NHL, NRL, test cricket and AFL).

The pool is a little bit small, the loungers didn't have cushions, and there's no poolside bar/resturant but that wasn't really an issue for me as a) there's a phone there you can use to order from the downstairs restaurant, and b) you can also go across the road to the Liberty Central where they have a fantastic pool and bar that you can use even if you're not staying there.

One thing to be aware of is that some of the cheapest rooms either don't have windows, or have windows that look directly onto a wall - I would avoid these if possible. Also it may not be obvious from the photos, but the rooms with balconies actually open onto an internal atrium, not to outside. Finally, when I was there there were a few families also staying - many of them with poorly behaved children - so if you're hungover it may be a good idea to go across the road for breakfast as the squealing/crying/screaming can get to be a bit much.

Nice and Affordable hotel

Very affordable hotel, about 3 mins walking distance to the beach. Staff are very friendly and always willing to assist. Breakfast is ok, since it is included in the price, I was happy to have a \"free\" breakfast in the morning.
The rooms are spacious and clean. I was facing the street and just in front of the Spanish bar which has a live band until midnight so I will get very very noisy between the band, people shooting and the traffic.

A very good stay in this hotel.

This hotel is owned by Sinh Tourist. The Sinh tourist bus office and bus stop just at the hotel. The staff are very helpful.One day I joined a water tour,I jumped into the water,and I lost my eye glasses to the bottom of the sea.After I back to the hotel, The front desk help me to tell the a Taxi driver to drive me to a street where a lot of eyes lens stores. I can get my new replacement eye glasses in 20 mins with very good price.

the hotel was not full, they gave us a noisy room on first floor with a small window with a garbage view, no net in the window, and u can't open it because Moskitos , no air condition in the rooms and it's hot.

Just dont go..

That service in that hotel isn't even 1/5. Example we tried to get our loundy cleaned and they told us it costs 300k VND and then our friends went with same clothes and it was 150k.. No hello and good bye ever said. We got 2 people room and we booked 3 people room. Just go to other hotel. There is rly nice hotels nearby with same amount of money and better location with nice happy service.

Great neighbourhood

The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are spacious and clean. Have your shower in the evening as its solar and not as hot in the morning. The staff were good and most understand English. Great area for bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel close to nha trang beach

We stayed here for three nights. We enjoyed our stay, the pool was good to cool down in. The staff were great but the only negative was the breakfast wasn't that good. I would recommend staying here. There are alot of nice restaurants in the area too.

The hotel is really cheap and affordable. Right in the middle of all that is happening in Nha Trang.
The room was clean but not spotless. The staff were very friendly and made our stay pleasant, always at hand to help.
The only problem was the building work outside??? Felt like the drilling was coming from within. Our room vibrated and the noise unbearable (sounded like the noise came from inside my head!). Out of the hotel's control but it was a really bad start to our day each morning as works began around 7am. Would have been nice to have been warned about the noise and to be given a room furthest away from it.
Otherwise, perfect hotel to stay and breakfast was good for the price you pay.

Modern hotel, close to beach

Beautiful modern hotel, most rooms have balconies that open up to an interior courtyards. The only comment I have is that I paid extra for a room with a balcony and was given a windowless, balconyless room that was dark and wasn't vented well in the bathroom (the shower drain bubbled every time we used the sink and had a bad smell). After seeing the room, we promptly returned to the front desk requesting a room as described but were told they were all booked up which was obviously untrue since one could see empty rooms from the center stairwell and then going to 2 hotel websites, there were plenty of rooms available. The front desk staff were very nice but refused to change our room. The area is very, very touristy but close to a beautiful beach. There is also a beautiful roof pool that has an amazing city view.

Everything was very good, clean nice rooms, staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel does advertise every room with a balcony, I was a little disappointed to find the balcony in fact faced an inside atrium rather than to the outside street. A minor issue as overall the hotel was lovely, perhaps just a little misleading.

Good location, but disappointing food & service

The Nhi Phi Hotel was very disappointing. The breakfast buffet was the worst we've ever had (stone cold sausage pieces and chips, eggs fried in half a pan of oil and no cereal or fruit), the 24-hour room service finished at 10pm and when we did manage to catch room service, half of the food on the menu 'wasn't available', no restocking of the mini-bar, one cake of mini soap for a week, one towel replaced for two people and mould on the bedroom wall! The room was otherwise adequate & comfortable, the location was good and the staff were generally polite, however the inedible food, lack of room service & overall stinginess of the place was very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. We would never stay there again.

Good location but it's not worthed

The hotel located close to the beach and in Western Area. Even though it is rated 3.5 star....!!!! I paid like $80 per night for a standard room without a bathtub. The restroom is very small.... I think it is over price compare to Nha Trang lodge or Yasaka.

Good location, rooms are a bit of an odd configuration, they all have windows that look into other hotel rooms, kept the blinds shut the entire time, Other than that the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Lots of restaurants in the area. This is a hotel that seems to be used by tour groups, and is fairly large. If I was in the area again I would stay here again. Didn't love the one room Shower/Toilet/Sink, a different experience. Don't forget to put the toilet paper somewhere dry...lol. One note, my friend left his wallet and cash in the safe after we checked out, not realizing for several hours,. When he was able to contact the hotel, they found the wallet and couriered it to him at no cost to a terminal in Ho Chi Mihn City. He had it the next day.Much appreciated needless to say

Good, clean no-fuss hotel

This hotel wasn't officially open when we stayed there, so we got very good value for a clean, basic room. Good location two minutes from the beach. The main downside was a strange smell, which we assumed was to do with the ongoing construction. I wouldn't pay too much for this room however; our experience was on the basis of an introductory rate.

시내에 위치 걸어서 투어가 가능. 바로 앞이 해변이라 일출, 일몰, 산책에 아주 좋음. 신투어와 한 건물, 호이안으로 슬리핑버스 탈때 우리는 로비에서 편하게 기다림..단점은 시내라 술에 취한 러시아인들이 밤새 음악틀고 노래하고 소리 질러서 시끄러웠음..다른 점은 나름 좋았음.

가격에비해 좋았어요 .
새벽에떨어져서 잠만자려고예약했습니다
새벽 4시가다되어 체크인했는데자다일어나도와주셨어요.
짐을방까지들어다주진않습니다.
하지만 가격만큼의서비스는받으실수있구요
방이 무척넓고 좋았지만 침대는 삐걱거려서 신경쓰였어요.
하지만 잠깐머무는만큼 잘머물고나왔습니다.
아.체크인시 여권다가져가시는건 좀그렇더라구요.
체크아웃시 기다리라하고 룸점검하고오는데, 다소 시간걸려좀 그렇다가 제가잊은짐을 찾아주셔서 좋았네요 ㅎㅎ

너저분... 곰팡이냄새도 아니고 뭔가 찜찜..
더블베드2개의 트윈룸 예약했는데 더블1개,싱글1개의 트윈룸이고 조식포함 이었는데 조식당에 손님 한명도 없고... 먹을만한거 하나도 없고 결정적으로 식빵트레이에 개미가 개미가... 커피한잔만 겨우 마시고 나옴....

완전 추천!!! 가성비 짱인 호텔입니다.
새벽 도착후 이른아침 달랏으로 떠나면서 잠깐 묶은 숙소지만 숙소는 깨끗했고 한국에서 예약하고 간 리무진이 픽업시간 늦지않게끔 전화도 해주었고 혹시나 아침을 못먹지나 않았는지 물어봐주며 챙기는 모습이 너무 친절했어요~
호텔내에 신투어도 같이있어서 그쪽을 이용하시기에도 좋아보였읍니다 ~

시내에서의 거리는 너무 좋았고 깨끗함. 방이 크지는 않았지만 잠만 자는 목적으로 잡은곳이라 상관은 없었고 해변을 걸어서 나갈 수 있는 점도 마음에 들었음. 다만 청소를 할 때 수건을 채워주지 않는 경우도 있었도 바디워시만 2개 채워주는 경우도 있었음. 그치만 많이 불편하진 않았고 엄청 좋은 서비스를 누리고 싶으면 더 비싼 리조트나 호텔을 이용하는게 당연히 나을 듯.....

Отдых на 3,5 звезды.

Останавливаемся в отеле уже не в первый раз. И то, что возвращаемся туда неоднократно говорит само за себя. Как и в любом другом есть свои плюсы и минусы. Расположение отеля (для нас ) отличное, все необходимое в нескольких минутах ходьбы - рестораны, магазины, пляж, сервис, остановки автобусов. Минус - сейчас идет стройка рядом и бывает ночами проводят работы.
Питание вполне удовлетворительное, но к сожалению мало фруктов.
Персонал достаточно приветлив и доброжелателен, но есть небольшие проблемы в общении, практически не говорят на русском.
К сожалению не дают пляжные полотенца, но можно пользоваться полотенцем из номера. Правда жалко. Полотенце белое и после вытирания морской воды на нем остаются пятна.
В целом отель оставляет приятное впечатление. Думаем приехать ещё.

はじめてのニャチャンでどこに泊まったらいいのか悩みましたが、ここにして正解でした！
部屋はとても広くて清潔で快適でした。立地もよく周囲に飲食店やコンビニがたくさんあり、海にも歩いてすぐいけました。
ニャチャン空港からの黄色いバスでホテルの近くまで行ってくれるので便利でした。

五日間の滞在でしたが、毎日、朝ごはんが違いました。現地の家庭的な食事を食べることができ良かったです。また空港までのバスやツアーの手配が一階で行うことができました。
残念だったのは英語がほぼ通じなかった事です。しかし、フロントの方は一生懸命、ジェスチャーで伝えてくれたので、安全に楽しく過ごすことができました。

Phòng rộng, đẹp nhưng nhân viên chưa ổn

Phòng ốc và thiết kế khách sạn đẹp, rộng rãi. Khách sạn nằm tại khu vực sầm uất trung tâm của Nha Trang nên khá thuận lợi. Bữa sáng ổn. Tuy nhiên thái độ và kỹ năng mềm của đội ngũ lễ tân còn yếu kém. Cụ thể nhắc làm phòng 3 lần mới làm (gọi điện, xuống trực tiếp), làm phòng xong quên để lại khăn tắm và tỏ thái độ khó chịu khi khách gọi yêu cầu bổ sung khăn.

해변과 주요 핫플레이스와 가까움

해변과도 가깝고 주요 인기 음식점들과 매우 가까움. 패밀리룸 사용했는데 침대도 넓고 깨끗한 편임. 그런데 직원들이 영어로 말해도 잘 안통하며 친절하진 않음. 체크인 하자마자 여권 모두 가져감(4명 투숙). 조식도 그런대로 먹을 만 함.

위치가 좋습니다

여행자거리 안쪽이라 걸어다니기 좋습니다.
주변에 노점과 맛집도 많은편입니다.
공사소리가 시끄럽단 후기가 있어서 걱정했는데 낮동안엔 방을 비우니 문제가 되지 않았습니다.
오히려 저녁에 건물앞의 철판 아이스크림 만드는 소리가 더 거슬렸습니다.
소수의 직원들과만 영어로 의사소통이 가능했고 몇몇은 친절했지만 퉁명스러운 직원도 있어 그 점은 아쉬웠습니다.
아침메뉴는 조금씩 바뀌고 맛은 보통이었습니다.
체크인 시 별도의 디파짓은 없지만 여권을 내야하며 체크아웃 시 기다리라하고 방검사(?)를 한 후 여권을 돌려줍니다. 뭔가 기분이 굉장히 묘하게 나빴습니다.
몇몇 아쉬운점들만 빼면 방도 넓고 깔끔한 편이고 저렴하기까지하니 다음에 또 묵고싶은 호텔이었습니다.

딱 잠만자기에 좋음 화장실에서 쫌 냄새가 났지만
..시내랑 가까움 거리는 괜찮음

Bel hôtel moderne et bien situé

Hotel bien situé dans le centre de la ville, près des restaurants, bars, boutiques..etc....et à 400 m de la plage. Le seul bémol comme indiqué dans d'autres commentaires c'est petit déjeuner, mis à part les œufs sur le plat, le café et thé, tout le reste est vietnamien, pas évident le matin. Nous avons trouvé la solution nous avons acheter ce qu'il faut dans le petit magasin du coin (céréales, yaourt etc...) sinon bon hôtel rapport qualité prix, sans oublier un grand lit très confortable

신투어 이용해서 새벽에 도착하시는 분들 하루 이용 추천합니다 신투어사무실이랑 같은 건물이라 바로 짐 맡기고 오전에 시내 관광할수있습니다 해변도 바로앞이고 관광지도 택시로 10분안에 갈수있습니다 호텔은 그냥 평범합니다 가격대비 워치가 좋습니다

위치는 정말 맘에 들었어요

전반적으로 만족합니다~^^ 이른새벽 공항갈때 택시도 잡아주고 방이 비었었는지 얼리체크인도 해주셨구요 한시간정도?ㅎ ㅎ 어른이 포함4명 이틀 잘 쉬었네요 나중에 온다면 다시 묵을거예요~^^

해변과 가까이 있어 좋다

해변과 가까이 있고 바로옆에 신투어리스트 여행사가 있어 달랏행 버스를 타고 가기 편했다.
호텔 주변에 여러 음식점이 많이 있고 특히 길거리에서 베트남 음식중 바게트빵을 이용하는 반미가 별미로 맛있었다. 호텔 주위에 공사를 하고 있어 좀 시끄러웠고 욕실에 물이 잘 내려가지 않는 단점도 있다. 넓은객실에 발코니가 있어 편히 지낼수 있었다

만족합니다

깨끗한 시설, 충분한 Make up service, 직원들의 친절도 등 5일 숙박동안 전반적으로 만족을 함.
그러나 다른 댓글에도 언급되었듯이 샤워 배수가 상당히 느림.
조식은 기존 댓글에 비해서 평범한 수준으로 인식

디럭스 더블 룸에 5일 정도 숙박하였는데 넓고 좋았음. 다음에 가게 되면 햇빛 잘들고 발코니가 딸려있는 것으로 해야 하겠음.. 서비스가 좋다는데 나는 70%로 정도.. 위치나 호텔 상태 등은 만족.. 특히 신투어 리스트가 같은 건물 1층에 딸려있어 부킹 하고 하는데 편했음. 아침 식사는 호텔 성급 대비 괜찮았음. 참고로 와이파이 최악임... 와이파이 연결대상이 딱 한개여서 밤에는 사람들 몰려 사용 어려움.. 그리고 1층에나 가야 수신 좋음...

Polite and helpful for day staff on reception

Polite and helpful for day staff on reception. When we check in, he called my name without seeing our passport. It means that he remembered customer's surname. Then, he asked our filght time and recommend to arrange taxi tomorrow to bring we to go airport. It is a excellent experience of check-in. However, at night, the staff on reception turned to be a handsome guy. When we ask for the price to go supermarket of taxi, he dare to turn to black face and just ask we to call taxi. This guy is very unhelpful and impolite.

酒店不错。服务不友好。

酒店性价比高，装修风格holiday inn express 类似，价格便宜。
不推荐的点：不能提前入住，要交半天房费。然后前台如果不想帮你，会找各种理由骗你！比如要他们预订i resort 的接驳车，应该是没有给她们消费，就就直接说接驳车今天没有了。
明明每天几班，说没有！最后下来要他们当面打电话，又说有…
而且入住的时候给我开了一间已经有人住的房间！幸好没人在里面。
感觉对中国游客挺有偏见的，建议不要入住！

다만 조식먹을때 중국인들이 많은데 자기 젓가락으로 부페음식 막 집어먹습니당

비행기 시간이 늦은 시간이라 레이트 체크아웃 개념으로 1박 결제한 호텔.
다소 시끄럽고, 전망이 좋지 않지만...가격 대비 성능은 괜찮은 곳.

Nice hotel - the service though, not so much.

The hotel is nice but with some odd type of indoor Balconys.
The service at the reception was not helpful at all. At first we contacted the reception to get our passports because we had to book a flight. We could barely be allowed until i got edgy..
When we cheked out we knew we had a bill to pay for breakfast the first day. When i received the bill, there were charged for 2 adults and 1 child. I explained that it was not my bill, as we only travelled 2 adults. The receptionist kept saying it was the right one because of taxes(?!). I stuck to my guts and didn't pay anymore than for the 2 adults.

位置方便離海邊和市區都近房間空間寬敞乾淨 CP值高　早餐ｂｕｆｆｅｔ不錯

位置方便，且去海邊走路只需 3~5 mins，早餐buffet選擇算多，房間空間大也乾淨，ｒｅｃｅｐｔｉｏｎ親切幫忙很多，包括tour詢問和預定機場接駁bus，側門可接到TheSinhTourist，整體來說算很超值

친절하고 깨끗함

개미 있다는 말도 있고 별로라는 얘기가 있어서 걱정했는데 너무너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 친절하고 가격도 저렴하고!
조식도 나름 맛있고 좋았어요 ! 위치도 정말 괜찮아요
그리고 저녁에 야경보면서 수영하니까 정말 짱짱

직원들이 친절함, 좋은 위치

급히 병원에 갈 일이 있었는데 직원분이 병원까지 동행하여 통역도 해주시고 끝까지 매우 열정적으로 도와주심.
조식도 나름 훌륭하고, 걸어서 해변까지 가지에도 멀지 않음.
가격대비 깨끗하고 추천할 만한 호텔임.

前に宿泊した時は良かったが今回
は二度と泊まりたくないホテルになった。従業員は他のホテルと同様、特に問題ないが部屋のつくりが個人的に合わなかった。

진짜 최악..

첫날 새벽에 도착해서 카드받았는데 문이 안열림.
직원호출해서 직원이 마스터키로 열어주고감.
첫느낌은 넓고 깨끗하네였음.
피곤해서 그대로 뻗었는데 일어나서 애기 우유병 꺼내려는데 방에 개미가 득실득실.. 가방안에까지 다 기어들어가서 물건 다 물로 씻어내고 가방빨고 아침부터 난리남.
조식먹고 애기 기저귀 갈아주러 올라갔는데 문 또 안열림. 직원호출하니 문 도어락 고장이라고 교체해야된다면서 카드키 가져가선 안가져다줌..
그게 오전 8시반인데
체크아웃할때까지 에어컨도 못켜고있었음.
나갔다오려는데 문 어떻게하냐니까 그냥 나갔다가 들어올때 얘기하면 열어주겠다고..
에어컨이라도 켜게 마스터키이던 원래카드던 뭐라도 주라니까 sorry 딱 한번 그 한마디가 전부.
진짜 최악중에 최악

Dejligt ophold

Lå syg mange af dagene, men ellers var hotellet rigtig dejligt ophold! Det eneste jeg kan sætte en finger på er \"rengøringen\" på værelset.. De redder egentlig bare seng og bytter håndklæder. Ikke noget med at feje/vaske gulv, fylde minibar, fjerne tomme vandflasker mm.
Poolen er lidt lille (ca 8-10 meter) men man har stadig mulighed for at svømme. Den har kun 5 solsenge, men har tilgengæld en dejlig udsigt!
der er kun 2 minutters gang til en dejlig strand!
