Hotel is dated and needs updating. Tiles missing or cracked. Room windows so dirty could not take a picture from room. Pool too cold to swim in. No pool service. Pool washrooms did not have lights on. No help from staff on arrival. Wanted to keep our passports, we refused. Carried our own luggage to the room.
Didnt recieve room cleaning until late afternoon early evening. We just asked for new towels on two occasions because the cleaning arrived so late. Tub leaks water onto the bathroom floor due to tile design and wet the bedroom drywall. Room smelled of mildew. Garbage at elevator ashtray stayed gor three days. Staff in the breakfast floor was anazing, helpful and friendy. One of the few bright spots. I would not recommend this hotel. Not sure why luxury is in it's name It is a 2/3 star at best.

The property was well maintained, and very comfortable. Greatest views, very comfortable, very friendly hostess. Stayed there 4 nights, would love staying there more, but times are gone. Hopefully will be back there soon.

The hotel is nice and the room is very clean. We arrived early and the check in time was 2:00pm. Minh Duy Le was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. He stored our luggage and ordered taxi service to take us to the nearby restaurant. He texted us when the room is available for checking in early. He treats us like one of his own family. He assisted us with the tour, recommended restaurant and ordered taxi service (pickup and drop off) whenever we needed during our stay. One of Minh Duy Le’s colleagues, Giang, was friendly as well. We really had a good time and enjoyed our stay at Muong Thanh Hotel.

Moved to this hotel as we want to have a 5 Star hotel for a few nights before leaving. This is more a 4 star very busy noisy hotel, breakfast not great don’t cater for western guests plus a lot of children running around. Rooms are lovely but the pool is dated.

Could be better

The staff was friendly, location is fantastic, and beautiful view from roof top. But the hotel itself is old and not maintained at the level it should be. Room size is good, pool was old and cold, shower head cannot be hooked onto the wall mount at the right angle splashing water everywhere in the bathroom each time, safe did not work.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Nha Trang beach

Fantastic view of the beach. The service was second to none. Everyone who worked there was helpful, well trained, and courteous and the hotel is centrally located to all other attractions. The hotel provided free use of chaises, table, and umbrella right on the beach, across from the hotel

Don't waste your money and time.

We were unfortunately here for 2 days with a group of 12. We came across several issues that was completely mishandled and could've been rectified at the lowest level.

1) 4 of our rooms had no AC - It took them 1 full day to fix it with many reminders
2) When we checked out they held our passports as hostage for a box of tissue ( which was later found in the bathroom)
3) When we checked out they charged us for sheets that was stained (which was already stained prior to our arrival). We tried to reason and argued with them, but to catch a flight on time we paid them $13 dollars.

If you are wanting to stay here, take my suggestion and DON'T STAY HERE!

Unprofessional staff, unable to solve simple issues, bunch of boneheads trying to charge Tourists (especially US Citizens).

Luxury hotel but not great service

I spent two days in this hotel. While the room was clean, comfortable with great facilities and view of the ocean we were disappointed with the staff and service. Firstly, while we had booked with expedia and paid, they could not find our booking, second they wanted to keep our passports for security as photocopies or a credit card were not enough for them. Of course we refused to leave our passports with them. Every time we were entering the hotel we were asked if we stay there (while other customers entering with us were not asked). In the morning when we went for breakfast, we were asked for coupons that had never been explained as a policy when we checked in. When we went to use the pool and gym facilities, we were asked to pay although they were free for customers and they had to check with the reception that we stay in the horel although we showed tjem our room card. Despite the amazing hotel and the jacuzzi in our room, I would not choose this hotel for my stay. I think that this hotel is addressed more to local visitors and not very friendly in foreigners.

Booked this \"5\" star hotel through hotels.com
Everything confirmed and paid.
When I arrived and wanted to check-in the front desk told me there was a problem with the reservation. The price was in correct.
They now wanted 50% more.
When I told them this is matter between them and hotels.com they still insisted that the \"problem\" was mine. We waited for 3 hours to check in before finally a front desk manager came and allowed us to check in.
Other than the check in everything else was great.

Really nice hotel. Upgraded us to a 700 square foot suite which if anything was too big. Service great, facilities amazing. Only downsides were zero ambience in the bar didn't really matter as nightlife surrounding was fine. Also for such a big hotel they had hardly any sun loungers on their private beach. Other than that top marks.

The place is overrun with Chinese tourist who push and shove their way into lifts and breakfast was an event. You would think some people haven't eaten in a week when they get to breakfast it was like feeding time at a zoo.
Don't know why but the wifi and phone reception on level 20 was non existent.

Excellent location right on the beach

Ocean front beautiful beach with less than $80/ night, and if you like the beach, it is the hotel for you. Large room size, friendly staffs, and many seafood restaurants nearby. The free breakfast buffet was okay.
I would stay in this hotel again.

Dark Ocean Front Executive Suite

The lighting in this suite on the 13th floor is so minimal that the room is dark. Even with full sized windows overlooking the primary beach. There are only a few umbrella stations on the beach so if you ever obtain access to one, count yourself very lucky. The buffet is much less than adequate as no one in our party could really find anything that was tasty, except for me, as I had fresh cooked omelets every morning and little else. They do bring out a small plate of watermelon every so often, but it is gone within seconds and is not refilled for another 10 to 15 minutes. We were lucky to get some on one of our three mornings.

You will need to wait when you checkout at the front desk, as they need to send an employee to your room to take an inventory of the towels, dishes, cups sandals robes and other items that are provided in each room. The only hotel that we have ever encountered like this was one in Ho Chi Minh City. No where else in Aisa, Europe, Mexico, the USA or Canada have we ever had the experience of waiting for an employee to report to the front desk that you are not a thief.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool was closed one day of our stay so they upgraded us to an ocean view which was amazing. Despite the room being so big the bed was just a double. The bathroom was very nice but noticed a sewer smell. Beach is right across the street with use of umbrellas and lounge chairs. This hotel had fewest number of chairs compared to others. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent although if you go after 9 they slow down or stop refilling certain things. The four star rating goes to beach location and cleanliness of hotel. Worth staying at if you can get discount price but not full price

A good hotel with a reasonable rate if you book with non-refundable. I booked the ocean view so that I could enjoy all day beach with activities. Great location with a lot of restaurants and cafes surround. Front desk helpful! Will come back

Good view with poor service & conditional

We stayed here for 3 nights in one deluxe and deluxe with SeaView room. Deluxe with SeaView have nice view to Nha Trang Beach.

But
* Basic pool with basic design! With only one staff. If you want bath towel, you need do it yourself. If you need drink, there are coke or something similar, no bar here.
* Basic(or poor) furniture with Queen bed size and made from veneer wood... Plus is large LCD.
* Room is not clean! I feel smelly at second day.
* View is not clean! Glass door was dirt and seem clean every two week
* Staff need more advantage

P/s: My 2 years old daughter broken one bowl at breakfast, then they told me that I need compensation for this one for 50000 đồng(about 2.5$). I agreed and paid with cash within this breakfast. But it seem awkward! I think it is not my next choice.

the staty is fine,but the hot water is not stable,get me little crazy.come on it is four or five star hotel?
the design of curtain is not good,there is sunlight leakage between wall and curtain in the morning derecly to my eye to wake me up.

Great hotel, give it a try.......

This is a really nice, 5 star hotel on the beach front in a good position.The hotel is very new and does have some very small teething issues but the staff are excellent and I am sure, as the months go by, they will get their act together and give everyone the full 5 star service, which I know they want to give and are more than capable of.

Stort og romslig hotell. Famile på 5 fordelt på 2 rom på hotellet. Rommene er store og luftige med god plass.

Hyggelig og imøtekommende personalet. Møtte oss når vi ankom med taxi og tok koffertene våre med på hotellrommene for oss. Hyggelig resepsjonist. Vi spurte om å få få rom litt oppi høyden pga av utsikt og de imøtekom det. Veldig serviceinnstilt.

Plasseringen av hotellet er perfekt. Midt i smørøyet og gangavstand til marked, gode spisesteder, kjøpesenter og strand. Stranden var rett på andre siden av gaten. Vær obs på trafikken når man skal til stranden.

Hotellfrokosten var ok. Greit utvalg og grei kvalitet.

ナイトマーケットに近いホテルで探しましたが、ナイトマーケットは行く必要がない程度のものでした。お部屋はだだっ広く簡素ですが必要なものはあります。ただ、すべてが笑えるほど古いです。電気スタンドは３つあるけど全部つきませんでした。そのため部屋はかなり暗いです。でも、朝食は十分な品数ですし、この値段なら最高だと思います。立地も抜群ですので、若い人たちにはおすすめします。

해변이 길 건너에 있고 근처에 음식점 마사지 커피숍이 많아 좋아요.
제공되는 조식은 종류도 많고 직접 만들어주는 쌀국수 계란후라이 있고 나름 좋아요.
다만 중국인 패키지도 많아 소진율도 높고 약간 소란스럽다는 것이 단점입니다.
수영장은 실외-건물 4층에 위치하고 있고
피트니스는 운동종류는 적게 있지만 사용자가 별로 없어서 사용가능시간 아무때나 가능합니다.

Housekeeping came knocking at 6AM

For being a \"5-star\" it surely didn't live up to it. Room not necessarily clean, found fake eyelashes on the floor among other things. The elevator were so slow and stopped on every floor, the hotel had 25 floors. Lastly, the worst part of all. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 6:30AM yelling \"ROOM SERVICE\" 3 times as I yelled back and told them \"NO\" and \"GO AWAY\". An absurdity, absolutely in shock by this behavior.

가족 5명이서 부모님은 이그제큐티브 룸, 3명은 디럭스 트리플룸으로 예약했습니다. 디럭스 트리플룸은 침대 3개에, 방이 정말 넓었습니다. 침대도 당연 폭신했구요, 근데 저희방은 아무것도 아니더군요. 이그제큐티브방은 정말 어마어마하게 좋았습니다. 어머니 아버지도 패키지로 여행을 많이 다니셨는데 이렇게 좋은방은 처음이라고 너무 좋아하셨습니다. 방도 정말 넓고 무엇보다 벽 한 쪽이 전체 오션뷰여서 해수욕장이 다 보였습니다. 체크인 할 때부터 직원분이 직접 방문 열어주시고 짐 다 옮겨주시고 설명해주셔서 여행하는 동안 대접받는 느낌이 들어 너무 좋았습니다. 어머니도 1주일 더 호텔에 묶고싶다는 말을 여러번 하실만큼 완벽하고 좋았습니다. 조식도 꼭 신청하세요 맛있어요.(기대 안하시면) 다만 음식들이 다 좀 느끼해서 저희는 라면 하나 끓여서 같이 먹었어요. 여행일정 때문에 호텔에서 있을 시간이 많지 않았어서 아쉬웠습니다. 최고에요. 중국인들은 다른 리뷰에서나 처럼 많았습니다.
