We arrived to a used condom in the hotel lobby.
Our room was dirty and didn’t lock, so we couldn’t lock our room.
The sound of the elevator kept us awake all night and also could hear during the day.
The rooms next to us all played music so couldn’t sleep.

The photos of the hotel look NOTHING like the hotel.

Awful - not clean, shower curtain in the bathroom and the door didn’t close properly so some man just walked into our room when we were taking an afternoon nap. We moved to another hotel - not for me at all.

Hotel photos are a bit of a catfish, only the pool area looks similar. However in reality it’s ok. Downsides: no bottled water in the rooms (you have to buy it from vending machine) and the rooms are small. Upsides: everything worked in the room, the breakfast is great, and staff are friendly. Perfect location for the major clubs and restaurants - easy to get taxis.

OVERALL: This hotel is a CATFISH.
I enjoyed the location of the hotel. You can’t get better than where it is. The aqua pool is nice but it’s “reserved” for aqua guests and the other pools is over crowded and old. The open bar for the all inclusive is a amzing I can’t complain at all. The food is absolutely disgusting so bad that we would go in try what they had that day and then leave to go spend money at a restaurant. The paella is gross. Security is top notch which takes away large gatherings of people not staying at the resort but is super relaxed with noise if your a guest. The staff are mostly super friendly especially our cleaning lady! However one of the front desk guys that takes care of the nights is extremely rude and unprofessional but all the other ones are amazing ! The front desk will order you taxis at no charge which was awsome!!. A tattoo parlor on site was cool to see. Vending machines for water and snacks that wasn’t overpriced. I do wish they would keep their bar open later seems wayyyyy to early to close at 11 pm and the food times are pretty good although I would have loved to have a extremely basic like snack table open all the time or something like that.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was great, a lot of (the same) options every day. Very busy place with a lot of young people having fun but it was quiet at night to sleep (pool closes at 8 pm). I travelled with my 11-year old autistic and nonverbal son and a friend, and the hotel was still family-friendly. Staff were very friendly too. Nice location. Very close to the airport. Several restaurants and grocery stores nearby too to eat and drink. Drinks at the hotel were expensive. Not close enough to the beach by walk, it's better to get a taxi to go to the Ushuaia beach.

Hotel was perfect and our stay was great, my only negative point is that the ground floor shower outside of the room was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, nevertheless, it was great to have access and free use of the shower, once you have checked out and ready to head off to the airport.

Overpriced … this is a renovated old hotel with new bright lights to distract you. The food I’d give a 4 (out of 10). There was limited parking in the lot (about 15-20 total) but there was some parking available on the street so included parking is a misnomer. I had a huge hairball around the chair leg and my room floor was visibly dirty when I checked in. I complained to front desk the next day and they asked me why I didn’t complain as soon as I checked in as tho they didn’t believe me. They sent someone to clean the room 4 times after that and while the room floor got cleaned, the hairball remained. It’s likely still there while you’re reading this.

The room was significantly outdated and did not match the pictures; only body soap was provided as an amenity. The quality of the food was quite poor, making it difficult to eat. Furthermore, restricting the number of drinks at an all-inclusive establishment undermines the essence of the all-inclusive experience. In retrospect, I would have preferred to book only the room, as the all-inclusive experience did not meet expectations. On a positive note, the staff at reception were helpful and courteous, and the location was conveniently close to clubs, beaches, and restaurants.

The location near Bossa Beach was perfect—close enough to the action but peaceful when we wanted to chill. The space comfortably accommodated all of us, making it an ideal base for both fun and relaxation. Would definitely return!

During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a significant ant infestation on the fourth floor. The ants had been crawling over my personal belongings. I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk and requested an upgrade due to the discomfort and inconvenience this caused. However, I was informed that an upgrade was \"not possible.\" I followed up with an email to the hotel staff requesting assistance or alternative accommodations. While they had previously responded promptly to an inquiry about the pool, they did not address my concern about the infestation until the day of my checkout.

Poor cleaning, very surface level - corners of every room/ shower are very dirty and have never been touched. Misleading because it says it's on the beach, but it is not. Staff is not willing to help whatsoever if you don't speak spanish. My spanish is minimal, but I tried what I could and when they realized I didn't fully speak spanish, their demeanor would change instantly.

Hay un recepcionista que es lo mejor de ese llamado hotel . Es un hombre que usa lentes y es bajito . No recuerdo su nombre el fue muy amable . No muestra seguridad. Fuera del hotel en la entrada un montón de personas que dan mal espina . Tu pagas la taza local en la página cuando compras y en el hotel te la cobran supuestamente ellos eso solo se paga en efectivo. Ni porque le mostré con prueba que ya está pagada . Realmente no lo recomiendo. Para mí no es más que un pica pollo . No tiene un conector de hotel . .

We had the worst experience at this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were tiny and dingy. The most appalling incident occurred at 5 am when our ceiling started to leak, not just drip, forcing us to evacuate the room immediately. Our clothes and other items were damaged, yet the hotel is unwilling to take accountability for the situation or the damages. To make matters worse, they refused to process a refund for the inconvenience, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

For an all inclusive hotel the drinks and food are below average. Much rather stock up on drinks from the liquor store. They don’t offer any free water which is ridiculous and anything you need like towels or ironing board you have to put down a hefty deposit. Beds are extremely low quality. This is a really big hotel but well staffed so very efficient. Instant check in , good size room and we had no impact from noisy neighbours so slept well in the comfy beds. Breakfast was a busy affair but limitless choice done well and again well managed.
The pool is great , the bar and reception areas have a relaxed feel. Good location to stroll to playa en bossa (5mins)and Ibiza town(35 mins) or circa 10euro taxi.

All-inclusive option is insanely good value for money and highly recommend. Hotel room walls are paper-thin so sleep can be difficult. Otherwise comfortable and clean. Overall, good value for the price paid, and would return.

We checked in very late at night, me and two others, and immediately the lady said the room was only for 2 although on my booking when I bought it, it said 3. Then she refused to help us find another room for someone else to stay and told us to go sit down and figure it out. She then was off her shift and left, giving us side eye as she did. We had to find another hotel for our 3rd person to stay at for the night. Upon entering the room it looked NOTHING like the pictures it advertises. Very musty, smells like cigarettes, weed, and mold. The view on the balcony looked out into a sketchy part of town, the toilet was dirty, and more. The pictures made it look like luxury but it really looked like a Motel 6. That night I was woken up at 6 in the morning to the people next to us partaking in intercourse, and because the walls are so thin you can here EVERYTHING!!! It was actually disgusting. Not only does this hotel advertise themselves terribly, but booking through Expedia made it worse because it doesn’t show the actual room you’ll be getting and makes it seem like you’re getting all inclusive access which you DO NOT! This hotel was so expensive and not worth the price. Very disappointed and will be sure to tell anyone i know not to stay here!

The hotel is very expensive, charges 60€ for a late check-out and don't even offer basic facilities like a kettle, coffee machine or tissues.

I did not like the check-in receptionist. She stared at me. No welcome greeting. Asked me for my itinerary. Luckily I had printed one, gave to her and it stated clearly 3 rooms meaning room to accommodate 3 people. I recalled when I booked on Expedia I chose a room based on the price for one bed compared to 2 it was cheaper promotion for the 2 beds. Expedia screwed up my reservation and I will deal with them. The check-in receptionist tried to be pleasant but overplayed being nice and muttered in both Spanish and little English and I gathered she gave me a single room on the second floor and then told me she was doing me a favor checking me in before 2pm but I had to return at 2:30pm for the room. She made me pay for a token to go for drinks at the bar (I booked All-Inclusive). I will have to return the token to get my 2 Euros back. If lost, too bad for me. I was exhausted and after getting to the room I took a brief rest and then all came back to me what room I had booked so I returned with all my personal belongings and met a nicer girl who passed me on to a supervisor who was pleasant and who printed my itinerary proving to me that I booked a single room with one bed. If I paid 200 Euros they can upgrade me to a room with 2 single beds over the swimming pool - that was a downgrade and a worse room and the bathroom tub was unclean. I declined of course. I did not enjoy my stay and regret wasting the money and choice I made.

The place was exactly what you see in the pictures! Its cool that they offer free breakfast in the mornings and if you decide to have lunch or dinner its also only 13 euros! The pool area is big, there is a game room as you walk into the hotel. Everything is a 5-10 minute walk and the location is completely safe! I would definitely stay there again!

The lift was very noisy and we could hear this continuously. The lift shaft did not seem to offer reassurance as its operation seemed to struggle and we wondered whether its maintenance was compliant.
There weren’t many gluten free options for breakfast and also I became rather bored of the same options each morning for breakfast.
The hotel staff were very kind offering me 2 free bottles of cava for my birthday which I really appreciated.

Decent hotel about 15-20 minutes walk away from main bars and Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza. Big hotel with lots of people staying so if you are here for a fun weekend etc, perfectly clean and comfortable stay. Prices in this area are expensive so gauge that with your expectations rather than assuming it’s going to be a high class hotel when you arrive. Rooms fairly basic, but had aircon and you have access to a pool etc.

Avoid st all costs. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is on the level of a Motel 6. The rooms are old an out dated. No blankets on beds, towels were thin. The shower wash dispenser was empty. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, horrible drinks. Didn’t like the fact that a deposit was required for simple amenities like towels, iron and cups for drinks. Didn’t like all inclusive was only during certain hours. I would not recommend this property. Food was subpar and reminiscent of a school cafeteria. Snacks were a joke! Nice lobby and pool area.

When we first got there it didn’t seem as bad compared to what we were about to experience. It felt really off and we even had to change rooms because the one they put us in had a horrible stench of clorox. To be honest, there are way better places to stay in Ibiza than this hotel (in my opinion). If you can, choose another hotel.
