I really enjoyed staying at the Swan Paradise with my family. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and we absolutely loved it. The AC worked great and the rooms were cleaned up nicely. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and welcoming. They were helpful to our every needs. The amenities were great too. My family loved using the pools. There was a big diving board which was cool.

We really loved our stay at Swan Paradise! The place is super nice and especially very quiet, there is greenery at every corner, the staff were fantastic polite always smiling and always ready to help. Not to mention the breakfast which was very varied. The room was comfortable, the pools too beautiful and very large without forgetting the cleanliness we have nothing to say about everything was clean... frankly, nothing to say, we had a great time. We fully recommend 💯 and we will be back.

The resort was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Breakfast had great options and was very good. The problem was the water in the shower in my son's room would spill out into the room. The shower in my room kept cutting off. We would be mid shower and .... no water for about 2-3 minutes. The water would also get cold very quickly.

This was a last minute booking, done 90 minutes before arrival. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the Swan theme is cleverly carried thoughtout the resort. It is a big site with a lot of accomodations to suit all tastes. All staff i dealt with were very helpful and in general all went above what was expected. House keeping added a lot of little touches you dont normally get. The 2 meals I had were both good. The spa treatment was ok, but a little rough! My only critasism was the close proximity of the other villas which reduced privicy a little. Not exacley in the centre of things but does not actually need to be.

I must say it felt like being in Paradise. My only tiny negative needs a bit more lightening at night from the restaurant, apart from that PERFECT! Staff very friendly couldn’t do enough for us. I absolutely loved my stay at Swan Paradise. Nestled in the jungle outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud, it offered a serene and peaceful escape. My room was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The grounds were lush and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant was excellent.

The staff even offered me an upgrade and assistance with moving, but I declined because my room was already perfect. It is a bit out of the way, so once I was “home,” I didn’t venture out much. I did go on tours, and the drivers were able to pick me up directly from the property.

Overall, it’s a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay—ideal for anyone looking to unwind in nature without sacrificing comfort.

The staff was amazing! They were friendly and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the room was small but had everything you need. Having 2 town beds basically right next to each other was a bit unusual but we made it work. Overall lovely hotel in a quiet village outside of the touristy areas.

The villa, the food, the professional staff, and the properties beautiful gardens, facilities and grounds were excellent. The breakfast was excellent and memorable. Though a shuttles and rides to island sites could be arranged, we only used a driver once and the driver was thoughtful, safe and informative. We rented a car for the week and experienced moped mania on the many small roadways…without incident or accident safely; however, if you never driven on the left side of the roadway or not use to bumper to bumper traffic during rush hours 8am-6pm then renting a moped if you plan on visiting a lot of places to include eating out in restaurants highly rated. We navigated through everything well so no issues or complaints.

This property was absolute paradise. Away from the craziness and business of major towns, but still with a free shuttle to access, it was incredible. All of the staff are amazing, incredibly attentive, and helpful. The pools are great, and the grounds are stunning. Absolutely perfect for a couples stay, felt incredibly safe as two women. We even booked a full body Balinese massage as the two of us, it was great. We got upgraded, the room was a brilliant size with a huge bathroom. The laundry service and room service were both great. It is far away from most tourist attractions, but this was a bonus for us, we got a free shuttle from the hotel to sanur which was lovely.

A True Paradise

Absolute paradise. The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The grounds are just wonderful. The food in the restaurant is fabulous, with an excellent breakfast. The Beef Rendang was the best we’ve ever tasted. The pool areas are beautiful. Bear in mind the resort is located in Gianyar. So it is further away from Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak and Uluwatu. It can take up to 1-2hours via Grabcar. Overall, our one bedroom deluxe was beautiful and most things were provided. Their pools were refreshing on a hot Bali day.

This resort appropriately has Paradise in the name. Everyone and everything was amazing. The property looks exactly like it does online, which is rare. My best friend and I stayed in the three-bedroom villa with private pool for eight days (12/30/24 - 01/06/25). The staff was helpful, attentive, and responsive. We stayed in the Bliss Villa and it was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The villa has two indoor rooms, both upstairs, each with its own bathroom and soaking tub. The third bedroom is next to the pool. It also has a bathroom with soaking tub. There is a half bath downstairs off the living room area and a small kitchen complete with sink, hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator. I mention all of this because it was a little hard for me to find this information online. The property looks like Fantasy Island, well maintained, beautiful landscapes and flowers everywhere. It is not all-inclusive but complimentary breakfast is served daily. They do serve the same breakfast every day so after eight days I longed for variety. There is only one restaurant on the property but there is a good selection of options and it is all reasonably priced. The hotel is 1 hour 20 minutes from the airport so we opted to use the hotel's transportation. It cost $28 USD one way. Our driver was amazing and we used him for the rest of our trip. The staff was great but I'd like to mention Devi, Tini, Sutra, and Ayu by name. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend staying at Swan Paradise.

It was far away from the sightseeing places and It was raining the whole time.

However, the spa was great, buffet breakfast was nice every morning, the staff were very friendly and kept our room neat and tidy. Prices were fair.

The surrounding areas that they offered by free shuttle were nothing to scream about; Keramas beach and Sanua. All in all good holiday!

Things I liked:
It’s a large resort with 3 swimming pools. Really nice views. The people are very friendly. Lots of different sculptures everywhere. Delicious Balinese food.

Issues:
Couldn’t take a normal shower. They upgraded me to a large room that was not listed online when I arrived. However, I found out the water in the shower couldn’t get hot in the first night. So I moved to the deluxe double room (which I originally booked) the next day. Although the water can get hot in this new room, it can’t maintain a stable temperature and pressure. I mentioned this the next day when they asked me about the new room. I was told someone will come and check it. Not sure if they did check it in my absence. But the poor shower condition remained throughout my stay. I hypothesised that the unstable water temperature was due to others in the building using hot water at the same time. So I tried a different shower time each night, ranging from about 7pm to 11pm. The water temperature fluctuates no matter when I take the shower. It is a lovely place overall, but taking shower is a basic need. So I wouldn’t recommend unless they fix the shower.
Another minor problem is there are locals burning something nearby everyday, which you can smell from many places in the resort (e.g. pools and restaurants).
It’s a bit inconvenient if you don’t use WhatsApp, but the staffs in the restaurant are very helpful, I can always ask them for help.

Loved our stay. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We were able to organise anything we wanted through WhatsApp (tennis, massage, laundry, hotel transfers) and they were always available to help. Dining options were excellent. The cost was more expensive than out and about we felt good value against eating out at home. There was a good range of cuisines to try and always tasty. The pools are good sized and we were fortunate to stay during a quiet time so had them to ourselves more often than not.
The gym is usable but more of a 'hotel fitness centre' than full gym.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at swan paradise. The room was nice and clean staff were amazing and very friendly polite. The only slight problem we encountered was a sewer Oder coming from the shower drain which they tried to fix but unable to. They tried to accommodate us with another room which we didn’t want to move because of the view. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

My friend and I loved everything about this property. All the staff was kind and polite. The grounds were amazingly immaculate. The food was good (except the Indian food). It was very clean and there were many spaces for swimming or relaxing.

Unfortunately it is not in a walkable community and a shuttle or car/moped ride is needed to get to the beach or stores/restaurants off-property.

The landscape was nice. It was annoying there I felt like there were hidden cameras in my room like I was being watched, and a speaker that had somebody doing these random outbursts, the sheets linen, washcloths and towels were extremely dirty big red splotches and semen stains. I was charged with the amenities that came with the booking, then I was being overcharged for the restaurant it was just a horrible first experience for me.

This resort really had it all. Multiple pools, a gym, a restaurant, as well as laundry services and massage services.

The room was lovely and clean and the aircon was fantastic.

I will note that the cost of additional services such as food and massage is at a premium but that is the cost of convenience.

I would definitely come back and I would recommend this to anyone.

Swan Paradise was a beautiful property, the villa was wonderful, pools were lovely and the staff went over and above as far as service. However it was located about a half hour drive to Ubud with little in the area outside the property. In addition there was only one restaurant- the food was good but it would have been nice to have more options!
