Nice Bali Diamond.

Overall was good. Very friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Villa conditions was ok just a lot of wear and tear I the Villa for example: pest control (ants), equipment (spoiled hair dryer) and etc (wifi signal down). We were enjoying the gathering time with friends in the villa but I hope it will get better next time.

it is such a stupid hotel and staff.i could not find any positive things to say.staff very rude and aggressive and units not like pictures. rats move around.not a safe place.food is sucks.rooms and bathroom smiles very bad and in miserable condition. not recommended at all.

We really enjoyed our time in our Villa. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredible.

I assume that all these villas are privately owned, As our Villa #7 was very run down, compared to Villa #6 & #8. We travelled with friends who stayed in the villas either side of us, and their villas were much more modern and had more seating options outdoor. Although we all had 3 Bedroom Ocean Front Villas, they were all so different. I will admit I was pretty disappointed to see that our villa wasn’t as nice as the other villas. Villa #7 defs needs so work done to it to make it as appealing as the others.

Rooms were big with a large refrigerator. The rooms are starting to show some wear, but being ocean front I have come to expect that. The only thing that might be a negative is there is not much around Bali Diamond Villas, so eating choices are somewhat limited

Nice place, but kind of sucked as they dont like uber drivers. When we would call uber, the drivers were afraid, saying that the hotel grabs their phone and checks for the uber app. Rooms were OK but breakfast was terrible. Made to order but low quality food. Way too expensive.

Beautiful Bali Resort

We stayed in one of the Villas that do not face the beach. It was a beautiful place with 3 BR and 3 Baths and a private pool with a beautiful living and dining room. Service was excellent. The beach itself is however not very well maintained in this area with a lot of debris and the hotel is off the regular tourist circuit that is concentrated around Danpesar and Western Bali. We had a great time but you need a car to get around from this area. I would definitely go back.

Bali Diamond Villas - Keramas Beach

We had a rear villa which was nice, but the upstairs bathroom smelled like mould. Bed was particularly hard as well. The breakfast was good. Didn't realise until we got there that there you had to travel quite some distance to go to a shop of any kind. Perhaps a note to let future guests to come fully prepared with food / alcohol / and changed money as there wasn't one close either ( Komune did exchange money but was a really bad rate).

Great option to chillax

We wanted somewhere to chill for a few days before joining others at a Nusa Dua resort - which would be go go go. This was a perfect option for us.

The villa was spacious - over 3,000 sq ft - over 2 floors with a lovely garden and our own private pool. Very luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped, stove, utensils, fridge, microwave. Only thing it lacked was washer/dryer facilities. There were TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms all with cable. Wifi was strong and constant. Breakfast was truly average, but that's ok. No big deal.

We had a private masseuse come to the villa - very very nice. It was awesome having a massage with the ocean sounds right outside. So so relaxing.

We booked car transport from the airport through Bali Diamond and our driver was AWESOME. His name was Madi and we used him for all our trips over the 3 days we stayed. We did a short trip to Ubud for white water rafting and he was great showing us sights on the way. A good guy.

The villas are a little out of the way, but right on the very unique black sand beach. The waves are perfect for surfers but not patrolled so kids need to be careful. It's quite undiscovered and no real swimmers on the beach. About 100m north is the Komune - a large modern hotel/resort which has a good restaurant and a very cool surfer vibe.

Bali Diamond Villas is a \"diamond in the rough\" -- comfortable and great for a group.

Perfect spot for big groups. We stayed in the 5 bedroom villa right on the beach with adults who surfed and kids who just swam all day. Perfect setting for families or group of friends, they cater for all. I will definitely be going back again and staying longer. Everyone was so impressed with the place. Thanks for a great stay!!

Highly recommend this Villa.

A wonderful villa with our own private pool. Breakfast delivered to our room every morning was wonderful. Easy walk along the beach to other restaurants. Although not close to walking to shops the Bali Diamond had a driver they could call to take us anywhere we needed to go at very reasonable rates. Would definitely stay there again.

The Tran Clan (2 adults and 4 young kids of 13,12,10, and 8) came to Bali for the first time and we stayed Bali Diamond Villas. We upgraded to the 5 bdrm oceanfront villa from our original ocean view unit. We loved every minute at Bali Diamond.

Villa right on the black sand beach

Overall our experience in villa 9 was good. It was a spacious 3 bedroom villa with a decent sized pool. The only main conditions were the air-conditioners struggled to keep the villa cool and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Being a small village area, food choices were limited during our stay, however a short stroll down the beach and you arrive at the komune beach club, which had great food at great prices and friendly staff. We chose to stay here as it was close to the Bali Safari and Marine Park and we're not disappointed with our choice. You can get in room massages or spa treatments for minimal pricing and the hotel also has a new restaurant which you can order in room service and breakfast is delivered daily at your appointed time.

Away from it all, On the beach.

This was the best part of our 2 weeks in Bali, You really didn't need to leave the Villa every thing is right here if you just want to relax with your family. Massages in your villa $11. Au. Any thing you request they will do their best to get it for you without the Bali rip off the tourist style. We are a family of 6, this is the place we go our best value. I would suggest hiring motor bikes or a car, you then have more freedom to move around and check out the real local places we regularly would bike up to Ubud or a costal Village for lunch. I would come back here if I wanted to come to Bali again. If Kuta craziness is not your style and you want to get away from it all this is the place to be, if you have young kids (our youngest is 6) I would suggest packing some floating pool toys an a vest for poor swimmers so you can relax with them being in the pool all day, you can see the pool from all living areas. We only got on to the take-away from local places late in our stay, but suggest you get them to give you all the lists, they will order an pickup for you at no extra charge. Food from them is great, no so much from the place up the beach with the dolphin's ( we got sick twice from there and was $$$$). Overall we rate this 5/5 and we stayed 3 palace in our 16 days.

Simply an Amazing Experience!

This is another review by the author of Medieval Bedazzle. I was lucky enough to get the brand new ocean front villa. I was told I was the first to stay overnight in the villa and it was simply beautiful. There is nothing in this world like seeing the beautiful black volcanic sand. Nothing in the world that can compare to sleeping in the master bedroom on the top floor, with a direct view of the ocean and hearing the crash of the incredible waves. The experience is like nothing in this world in which you can compare. The only two negatives are: 1. Being a new property, not all things worked as they should such as the pool, the sliding doors, etc. 2. The area is developing and it will be at least 2 or 3 years before its a top notch location. Right now the resort and surrounding restaurants are developing yet charging premium prices. For example only steps away, not even a 3 minute walk is the swim with the Dolphin location. The pool is huge and complete, but there is dirt, gravel and its a very incomplete facility. Yet, they are charging $189 just to glance at the dolphins, not even to swim with them. The price is more to swim with the dolphins. Yet, it is not at all developed and the price is outrageous just to hop in a pool surrounded by building blocks and gravel.---The author of Medieval Bedazzle

Family Vacation in Bali

The location is excellent for a getaway vacation with family. The area is quite and far from the busy areas in Bali. I have staid in a beach-front villa. It is luxurious, and the private pool is huge. Staff is very friendly and was eager to serve me. Two things this facility need to do to perfect their services: finish the construction work ASAP as it seems taking long time, and have more food options on their menu (or may be have some home delivery options).

Lots of potential!

We were in a back villa which is not right on the water, but only a 2 min walk. The back villas are older & could use some renovations-that's not to say they aren't nice. Spacious-great for families or 3 couples. The furniture could use some updating as our couch was an outdoor lounge sofa (inside) & the cushions not very thick. They have limited beach/pool towels. The dining table was nice. Kitchenware could use some updating. All this wouldn't matter much if there were other places to eat & hang out, but options are limited b/c it's is a new area being built up. If you're looking for a real \"getaway\" this place is perfect, but I recommend stopping by a grocery store on the way in to stock up on food/snacks as there is not much at the hotel yet. They do serve food, but options are limited. Komune's restaurant is 5 min walk down the beach & they have AMAZING burgers! The black sand is AWESOME! So sparkly-like diamonds. BDE is still under construction. The construction mgr said most villas will be done by Dec 2013. There's not much privacy in the villas. Other guests/workers could see into our villa bdrms/pool-so shut the curtains to have privacy. The hotel staff kept calling us asking if we wanted to order food...etc. The calls started by 8am. We prefer to sleep in on vacation, so it was annoying. We made a comment about it so hopefully that issue is moot. The bdrms have screen doors so you can fall asleep to the ocean! I would stay here again-but I'll wait until after Dec.

Linda piscina. La villa está ubicada súper cerca de la playa,
El desayuno lo sirven en la villa, varios tipos disponibles, uno puede escoger el horario en que lo desea. Y hay un menú todo con servicio a la villa También masajes a domicilio.
Información para surfistas...La ola para surfear queda a más o menos 200 metros, es increíble!! Alquilan tablas a 100 mil rupias (100K) y aditamentos al lado de Komune Resort. Y también hay fotógrafo captando toda la acción. Después de una sesión de surf puedes comprar las fotografías de tus mejores olas!!

8/26〜30オーシャンビュー、3ベッドルームを２家族6名で利用しました。スタッフの方は皆、優しく親切でした。部屋の広さは充分あり、どの部屋からも海が見えました。到着してすぐ、ウェルカムドリンクを頂き、プールに入ることが出来ました。目の前の海は波が荒く、遊泳する事は出来ませんが、眺めは良いです。ルームサービスの食事も美味しく頂きました。近隣に手頃な値段で美味しいレストランもありました。サファリアンドマリンパークから車で５分程の立地で、静かなヴィラです。バリ島に来る時はまた利用したいです。

10 skønne dage i Beachfront Villa - Bali Diamond

Vi opholdt os 10 døgn i Beachfront Villa 1 og fra vores første møde med personalet og til den dag vi rejste oplevede vi den ægte og venlige balinesiske service. Som der stod i den manual vi havde i villaen, \"hvad personalet mangler i engelsk kundskaber, har de i velvilje og imødekommenhed\".
Villaerne er ret slidte og morgenmaden og den øvrige forplejning er ikke særlig høj kvalitet, men vi benyttede os af det nærliggende Hotel Komun, hvor vi spiste godt, kunne få ok vin, og en rigtig god kaffe. Og så var det skønt at have vores helt egen villa at komme hjem til efter dage rundt på Bali. Vi hyrede en lokal Taxichauffør (Madi - der var ret god til engelsk). Han var super sød og serviceminded - og vi fik set en hel masse spændende steder, som vi ikke ville have set, hvis han ikke havde fortalt os om dem.

Ładny widok , ogród ale domek nie jest przyjazny

Ogród z basenem zadbany , widok na plaze ale.... plaża jest brudna , w morzu tam raczej nie da się kapać - nie zachęca ona .
Domek śmierdzi stęchlizną i generalnie ma się wrażenie zaniedbania w środku.
Klimatyzatory -2 -są bardzo słabe i nie są w stanie schłodzić domku z pomieszczeniami na 2 poziomach .
Miejsce mogłoby być b ładne tylko wydaje się „opuszczone” i nie dopilnowane przez właścicieli.
Nie polecam niestety.

Lækker privat pool, meget imødekommende personale.

Personalet er super søde og venlige, Rudy kom og hentede os i lufthavnen, og stod derefter til vores rådighed, når vi ville på tur. Han var virkelig sød og hjælpsom og var en super guide også ;0)
Rigtig lækker privat pool, stor dejlig villa, dog kunne rengøringen godt være lidt bedre.. Husk at stoppe i et supermarked på vejen til villaen, for der er ikke noget i villaen udover vand, og man skal køre for at komme ud og handle, ellers vil personalet gerne købe ind for en, hvis man laver en indkøbsliste. Der ligger 3 restauranter på stranden- det tager 2 minutter at gå derhen, men det er også hvad der er i gåafstand. Man kan ikke bade på stranden, da der er mange bølger og det er for farligt- dog er der mange surfere. Den ene af restauranterne har en lille pool med nogle indespærede delfiner, som de tjener penge på at folk godt vil have taget billeder med- støt det ikke, det er dyreplageri, og gør dem gerne opmærksom på dette! Dyr skal opleves i den fri natur, i deres rette element!

Comfortable but too isolated

We stayed for 7 days with our kids (4 and 9). We stayed in villa B with 3 bedrooms and lots of space and beautiful bathrooms. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and had a great time. Beds are very comfortable, we slept very well with the sound of geckos and breaking waves. Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very simple, sadly there's no supermarket around to stack up the fridge. Some negatives: the place could use some repairs, e.g. the sliding doors and the water supply - some mornings there was no tab water. The biggest downside is the isolated location, away from restaurants and shoppingbecause we depended on the (pretty expensive) transportation organised by the reception. Still, we had a very enjoyable time.

het was niet de villa van de foto's, dus viel beetje tegen.
we hadden er meer van verwacht. deze villa was eigenlijk sfeerloos.
de villa van foto's zat naast ons.
zag er meer completere uit.
wel mooi groot zwembad. geen parasols. en geen schaduwplekken.
ze hadden wel overkapping kunnen maken. voor schaduw en als het regent. dat je toch buiten kan zitten.
villa wel direct aan het strand. deze was wel erg vervuild.
van het ontbijt ook meer verwacht.
vooral als je bij een andere villa elke ochtend uitgebreid ontbijt werd klaargemaakt.
en misschien met groot gezin wel toch handig een vaatwasser en wasmachine.

Vi har haft 6 dejlige dage på Bali Diamond Estates. Vi havde en dejlig villa med stor pool med god dybde. Flot udsigt til havet, dog ikke badevenligt pga de store bølger. Vi havde forventet at vi som nævnt ved bookingen havde ret til gratis kørsel i en omkreds af 10 km fra hotellet. Det lod sig imidlertid ikke gøre og man undskyldte sig med at det var en misforståelse fra hotel.com. Maden på stedet var uinteressant og slet ikke på højde med det vi ellers mødte på Bali. Der var ingen restauranter eller butikker i området. Blot en Beach Club længere henne af stranden.Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Rengøringen var fin.
