I went with my daughter and 2 grandchildren in August 25. Ideal holiday for families, and would definitely return. Lots of food options and entertainment. The only negative is the sofa bed which is so hard and uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep until I persuaded my grandson to swap for the bed.

Wouldn’t return.

Broken toilet and bathroom smelt of urine constantly. Shower head doesn’t stay on wall and falls down causing injury.
Cockroaches everywhere and all we were provided with was spray. We spent the whole week killing them in our beds, clothes etc
Sofa bed was disgustingly dirty and full of dead bugs, dust and just general dirt.
Bedding wasn’t changed for the full 9 days despite asking multiple times.
Rooms are very noisy. We could hear the tenants on all sides of us which meant we didn’t get much sleep. Guests played pool and shouted outside our door until after midnight keeping our kids awake and nothing was done to remove them.
The only positive is the staff who are all very pleasant and friendly.

Amazing stay last week. Staff were very friendly. All areas were very clean. One thing you always worry about with all inclusive is the food and I can say it was amazing. Every night a different theme night and all really good standard.

Overall this is a lovely complex for visiting in the winter months.
The waiting staff are really attentive and the trainee on the reception desk went over and above when she came to find us to tell us our apartment was ready (after I’d missed her call).

Absolutely fantastic time at the Arena beach - great it was all low apartments but on fully inclusive. Pools lovely. Food was good - always found something to eat. Staff Fantastic especially the entertainments team. Only niggle was that there was no cava and the gin was like rocket fuel. Looking to return very soon.

We had a lovely 3 nights, a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews. For us it was cheap for 3 nights (rules prevent me posting actual price)and honestly thought it was great value for money. The food was of a good standard varied every day, we are Vegan
which could be catered better for with selection of dishes such fewer meat or fish infused dishes (such as lovely freash salad minus sea food sauce & i could go on) , however with that said we certainly didnt go hungry and what we did have was lovely. Great location and easy walk to restaurants Bars & Corelejo centre.

The place was good. Staff were friendly, entertainment was spot on. Having a heated pool in the winter months would be ideal. Also the same English breakfast every morning got very boring very fast. Not enough vegetarian options were available for us, most of the time it was pizza and chips. And they don't make any Spanish food it seems. Not once did I see paella in the restaurant.

The rooms were good and clean. But the beds were uncomfortable. Also entertainment while good, if you're trying to get an early night, it can go late into the night and it's very loud.

I don't understand why deposits have to be paid for simple things such as an iron and a room safe. These things should be part of the room as it is in almost every other country!

Otherwise a pleasant stay, and I hope the above are improved.

June 2024. My partner and I both loved our stay at the Arena beach hotel. Everything about it to us was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make us really feel welcome and that every need was met. The food at the restaurant was varied and most nights have a theme to them (Asian, eastern, American etc) so never felt like the same food all the time. The desserts were great, and we especially loved the simple self service drinks and coffee machines. Everything was made easy, helped us to relax and really have the much needed recharging break we wanted. Weather was warm but with a refreshing breeze to stop it being over bearing, which we loved too. All amenities you need within a reasonable walk or short cab ride away, but the hotel has a supermarket and entertainment every night, so wasn’t much reason to leave the grounds besides wanting to explore on excursions, go to other bars, restaurants and shop for souvenirs. We were all inclusive which was fantastic value, and a first for us. We couldn’t fault the trip at all. Thank you so much to all at the hotel, you were amazing! I will recommend to all family and friends. Hope to see you again one day.

Stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The resort and staff were excellent, the food was good (although declined a little in the second week) and the location makes most places walkable. Corralejo is a quiet town with beautiful beaches, and Arena Beach was a great base to relax and from which to explore the town and further afield. Recommended.

Had a lovely 5 day stay here.
The property is a little dated in places but overall clean.
Our room was spacious but wasn’t too happy we had interconnecting door that also locked wasn’t expected.
Good in all inclusive was good and we enjoyed our meals here. Drinks were ok- cocktails were poor but beer and wine was ok.
Poor was clean and we managed to find a sunbed each day but there was lots of people reserving beds very early in the morning.

Looking forward to our next stay

The resort was lovely, beautiful pool, lovely area with services. Restaurant was top class with a fabulous selection for each meal. We had stayed there before and will be returning.
Our apartment was on the ground floor and we were in easy access of all amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes there was a language barrier which was perfectly understandable.
I love that we can hire a pool towel for 10 euro, this can be exchanged as often as you like and it means you don't have to pack one. I also liked that they had reusable plastic beakers which helps prevent waste.
Looking forward to our next stay at the Arena Beach

My stay at Arena Beach was okey. The food was o.k but very repetitive, the cooked food was very hit and miss so choose to eat the salads as you can’t go wrong. The restaurants attempts at providing theme nights ( Chinese, Arabian, Italian) were terrible. Glad to be home to get a decent curry, however they do a decent one in town. Two singular beds put together and the sofa bed in lounge need replacing as very un-comfortable. I spent quite a bit of time eating in town. The entertainment leaves a lot to be desired too, but if you like a game of bingo and guess how may ping ping balls in a jar it will be just up your street. The staff are polite and the cleaners do a good job, they work very hard.

Staff is really nice, helpful and inclusive. A lot of apartments are completely accessible, and some only have a 3 steps. Great place for anybody with mobility issues or families with small children. I would love if the big pool was heated, but I think they're working on it using solar panels.

Check-in was quick and easy. All staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of food, lots to choose from, cooked properly and nice.
Swimming pools cold. Plenty of sun beds.
Bar fine, drinks ok, entertainment fine, seen worse.
All in all a good holiday, would recommend and would return.

Lovely pool, apartments were good apart from our first one didn’t lock properly. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to rectify this, we had to change rooms. Food was adequate but not great. Drinks fairly cheap quality. Entertainment was not to our taste and the noise from the karaoke bar every night was unpleasant. Kids club was utterly unengaging for a 7 year old.

Staff on the whole were friendly and helpful (2 grumpy female exceptions). The spa was overpriced and poor: overchlorinated plunge pool and the treatment I had (reflexology) left me with bruised feet! I would not return or recommend to anyone else.

Staff are lovely. Not sure why people complain about the food. Maybe people lack imagination in putting there own meals together? I think people sometimes forget it’s not ala cart As a chef myself I loved that everyday there was something different for a 3* hotel it was more than I could of asked for. Thank you to all the staff working hard to produce this experience. People forget how hard it is to work in a hot country and work in kitchens and clean apartments to keep us happy. Credit to everyone at this hotel don’t listen to the bad reports look at the bigger picture. Could you do their jobs. Excellent hotel and staff. Manager must be proud he’s got a good team behind him as these places don’t work without the hard work of every member of staff ❤️

Decent hotel offering all inclusive package. Food repetitive as expected with most all inclusive but good quality and taste. Staff very pleasant, smartly dressed and helpful. Cleaners everywhere and place remained spotless. Plenty of sun beds in February. Pool very cold but refreshing to some. Gym small but has enough to do a quick workout each morning.
Wireless poor but if you are on holiday it won't do any harm to disconnect for a while, mobile services are decent if you need 4G.
Sand dunes close by, 45 mins walk or quick 8 min drive- stunning with blue seas worth a trip.

Arena beach is a friendly place to stay. All staff are lovely and are always smiling. Our room was clean on arrival and cleaned every day throughout our stay. sun loungers were great with super soft cushions to add for comfort. Loads of choices for pools. Food was hot and good choice daily.

Great break. Excellent food and staff. However, before booking/ paying for the Jacuzzi check the temperature as my daughters were unable to use it due to being to cold.

Also disappointed that Yoga classes were advertised but cancelled after leaving people for 20 minutes after the start time to advise of the cancellation.

Clean, modern and reasonably priced hotel situated on the outskirts of Corralejo. Approx 20 mins walk into the town centre and a 15 min walk to the beach and dunes. There was an issue with the WiFi during my stay (due to some bad weather), however the Management quickly got this resolved.

The apartments are spacious and clean. The comfort of the beds can be improved. The staff is very attentive and very friendly, excellent service. The location is walking distance to the bus station and the shopping center. The food at the restaurant is well priced and the quality is reasonable. You also get free entertainment in the evenings.

lovely Hotel close to Town & Beach.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this Hotel. Accommodation very comfortable with everything you need in the room and with air con. Food very good with plenty of choice. Pool areas and rooms kept very clean with clean towels & bedding several time a week. Staff very pleasant and the animation team very good but not pushy if you did not want to participate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arena Beach in Corralejo. The hotel was lovely - very clean, beautifully kept gardens and great food. It is an ideal location - 30 minutes from the airport. There wasn't a sound at night - we slept like logs! Hotel could have a higher grading.

Lovely place with lovely staff

Arena Beach is a welcoming place with lovely smiling staff wherever you look. There are 2 pools, one is cold, one is warm, and the sea is not far away, so everybody can find something suitable for themselves. We had breakfast every day, which was very tasty and lots of choices. The apartments have everything you need, are spacious enough, have a terrace and overlook one of the pools. There are activities during the day to keep you occupied if you don't feel like lying on the sunbed all day or if the weather is not good. There are also performances every night in the theatre which we really enjoyed, especially thanks to the great animation team! All in all, we were very satisfied during our holiday and sad to leave just after a week. We would be happy to come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Arena Beach à Corralejo. L’accueil était cependant un peu froid.
La chambre correspond bien aux photos, mais elle est un peu datée, malgré quelques touches modernes récemment ajoutées. La salle de bain n’est pas très spacieuse. En revanche, le grand lit était très confortable.
Nous avons apprécié les piscines, très agréables, avec une eau de mer chauffée à 23 degrés. Les buffets, variés et délicieux, ont également été une belle surprise.
L’hôtel et la chambre sont d’une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel de restauration est aux petits soins. À proximité, on trouve un petit centre commercial, et la mer est accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Une balade depuis l’hôtel pour découvrir les dunes de Corralejo est également à conseiller.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel 3 étoiles, qui pourrait être considéré comme un 4 étoiles après une modernisation des chambres.

Insgesamt war es einfach toll! Und auch wenn es angeblich nur 3 Sterne sein sollen - das ist totaler Quatsch! Das Hotel hat deutlich mehr verdient! Nur weil die Rezeption keine 24h besetzt ist…
Die Appartements waren sauber, neu renoviert, dass Essen abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker! Das Servicepersonal war einfach klasse! Super lieb und aufmerksam. Immer lustig und total aufgeschlossen und aufmerksam.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Und hat gerade die Lage etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum gut gefallen. Sehr ruhig gelegen - Erholung pur.
