The hotel is very charming. The dining area is lovely. Breakfast was good-meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries. The pool was nice. The rooms definitely leave something to be desired. They are very plain & just a room w a bed & tv & dresser. Nothing fancy but fine. The ac works nicely. And the bathroom is small but seemed recently updated. Plenty of parking. About a 10 min walk to beach with a couple of restaurants there. Paid parking at the beach that takes card. Overall we liked it and would stay again.

First impressions are very much 'oh dear', this ain't no 4 star and no it's not. But you'll probably get used to it and have a nice holiday anyway. So reflect that you get what you pay for and you'll be ok.
It's such a shame that no-one really cares, because it could be so much better. It's away from other hotels, has a massive beach nearby, a nice town to walk to and some decent facilities...pool, bikes, tennis. But it's not hard to see the flaws...the broken loungers dumped all round the place, the lack of any garden care, the loose tiles in the rooms, the crap \"stage\" for the annoying repetitive evening entertainment that drives people away, that no one could be bothered to cut up some fruit for breakfast, the premium rates for sitting on front row sun loungers...god, the list could be endless.

But it's not fair to say you won't enjoy it. You will and we did. Because Sardinia is gorgeous and the sun shines. It's just that at the end I couldn't be bothered to tell them how to improve things and just rolled with it. It's that kind of place.

Nous n’avons pas apprécié notre séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel qui n’a rien d’un 4 étoiles.
Premièrement, à peine arrivé le soir à 21h, la douche était bouchée.
Puis pendant la nuit de l’eau venant de la clim au dessus du lit a coulé sur moi et sur mon oreiller.
Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre le lendemain, on nous a d’abord dit que l’hôtel était plein. Mais dès que nous avons évoquons la possibilité d’annuler nos 2 nuits restantes, comme par magie une chambre était libre. Également nous nous sommes aperçus que la première chambre a ensuite été donné à d’autres personnes.
Pour terminer, le sol en forme de pavé comme dans la rue était très sale, et il y a pas mal de bruit étant donné que les appartements sont vraiment collé entre eux.
Seul point positif le petit déjeuner, très complet, ainsi que la gentillesse du barman et des serveurs.

Fine place to stay for a few nights

Nice outdoor area with a pool and a somewhat worn down tennis court.
The rooms are very spartan with a bed, tiny TV and a small bathroom. Some pictures on the walls would make it feel less like a room at a hospital..

Breakfast is ok according to Italian standard, which means it’s not great but average.

Alt aber gut. 500 Meter zum schönen Strand. Super Frühstück, renovierte Zimmer. Da fahren wir gerne wieder mal hin.
