We stayed for 3 nights it was a nice hotel and In very good condition. The location of the hotel was about 15/20 minute walk from the main bars and restaurants but close to the citadel and other more local places. We didn't have breakfast included in our deal but had breakfast at the hotel once. It was expensive for what you get but fine. Overall a good hotel.

The receptionist spoke very fluent English and they were very knowledgable on the sights in Hue. They provided excellent advice on the transport, and ensured that we had a smooth and pleasant sightseeing time! They even gave us a specially printed out map for us to navigate the Hue sights.

Soap container broke in the shower and we got charged for an accident. Breakable glass in a shower should not ever be charged to a guest. Cut my foot and hand cleaning up the glass! I am not a happy customer and consider the charge petty.

Best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam. Deluxe Room 203 is outstanding with large living area, great bathroom, nice balcony to watch people go by after a days sightseeing. So comfortable to sleep in too. A small walk to nice restaurants and busy bar area. Breakfast was nice and staff were really lovely too. I can hardly fault it and I'm a harsh reviewer too. Top marks for a top hotel - Alba fitted so well for this Scottish traveller.

The staff was very attractive from the time I arrived and associated us in our train tickets to Hanoi. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. The citadel is walking distance from the hotel, it's about 10 minutes away. The tourist are of Hue is about a 5 minutes walk.

Very happy with this 3* hotel, the staff were lovely , room enormous and they organised our onward bus journey. Also included a cooked to order breakfast. Amazing value.

Ya solo entrar por la puerta notas que este hotel és de lo mejor que hay. El personal te recibe con una amabilidad inmejorable y te dan una bebida de bienvenida. La habitación (y todas las instalaciones en general) estan nuevas y limpias. Nuestra habitación en concreto era grande, camas cómodas y con el baño reformado y con todas las comodidades. La situación del hotel no era mala, a 10 minutos de la zona de restaurantes de Hue y a un paseo de la ciudadela, en una zona tranquila y segura. Volveria sin duda!

王宮など旧市街地に近く観光に便利。スタッフは極めてフレンドリー。オプショナルツアー対応もしてくれる。広く明るい白基調の部屋。多くの収納、セイフティボックスあり。バスルームはシャワーだが実はバスタブもあり、つかり湯も不可能ではなさそう。部屋にもベランダあり、出ると解放感あり。朝食は最上階５Fで室内も屋外もあり。屋外は景色良好。バイキングであるがメニュー豊富。近隣は雑居ビルや現地の人たちの日常が見える。これも異国情緒あってよし。値段の割におすすめである。ただしお土産店や夜の外食レストランからはやや遠い感じだが、小さな町なので歩行可能距離。周辺治安は町全体も含め悪くない、いや良い方だろう。全くストレスを感じなかった。

Были в Хюэ 2 дня, ночевали в этом отеле 1 ночь. Отель понравился, в номере есть все необходимое: умывальные пренадлежности, в т.ч. зубные паста и щетка, халаты, вода как комплимент. Завтрак вкусный, континентальный, шведский стол. Персонал на ресепшене помог сориентироваться по поводу куда сходить что посмотреть. Отель находится около Цитадели, в нее ходили пешком. А также через отель заказала машину для осмотра гробниц и пагоды. 3 места осмотра обошлись в 30$. Прям рядом с отелем рынок с фруктами.

Das Alba-Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel in Zentrum-Nähe mit komfortabler Ausstattung. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß. Allerdings ist die Anordnung der Einrichtungsgegenstände nicht optimal. Beim Duschen fliesst das Wasser fast bis zum Waschbecken, da eine Separation des Bereichs fehlt. Die Halterung für Handtücher direkt neben der Dusche ist nicht optimal.
