A well equipped and quiet place (In March)
The Hotel is in a quiet area close to a shallow lake. I chose it as i expected to avoid traffic and street noise (I am a quiet sleeper) and was not disappointed (or disturbed).
The facilities are very good although, seemingly little used. I enjoyed the benefit of the gym, swimming pool and spa area solo for most of the evenings I was there. The IR cabin and the steam room were not operational when i was there though, which was a little disappointing. Apart from thst, the place was first class - nice room, good restaurant, excellent breakfast and so on.
On a cautionary side, this is Rust in March. I am assured by local people I know that when May comes, the area wakes up and the tranquility gets thoroughly punctured.
Enjoy the hotel, its facilities and the local area out of season is the wise word!

Sehr gutes Frühstück, reichliche Auswahl. Eine sehr schöne Menuekarte für das Abendessen. Leider war die das bestellte Abendessen nicht überzeugend. Bestandteile des Gerichts die auf der Karte standen wurden weggelassen. Auf Nachfrage waren diese dann nicht verfügbar. Der Gast wurde nicht informiert. Das Brot war trocken. Das hat wahrscheinlich mit dem Saisonende zu tun. Dann sollte man jedoch den Gast informieren und die Karte verkleinern.

Das Hotel ist zwar nicht mehr neu aber sehr angenehm im Gesamtpacket. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Trotz der Größe der Anlage bleibt das Hotel überschaubar und wirkt durch sein pannonisches Flair.

Hotelanlage aus den 80zigern aber gut in Schuss … der Wellnessbereich mit Liegewiese am Kanal ist sehr schön … Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfreich und nett nur die Kellner in der Gastronomie sind zum Teil sehr unfreundlich lassen einen einfach stehen oder lange Wartezeiten bis man bedient wird

Tökéletes minden.Ragyogó tisztaság és végtelenül figyelmes személyzet. Kutyabarát szállás etetőtálka a szobában. Választékos reggeli, délutáni kávé süti. A minibárt folyamatosan feltöltik. Strandtáska a wellneszezéshez. Karácsonyi menüsor és kedves ajándék várt a szobánkban. Nagyon köszönjük ezt a felejthetetlen 4 napot. A magyar vendégeknek külön öröm, hogy nyelvi probléma nem merülhet fel szinte mindenki beszél magyarul a személyzetből.

Schon mein zweiter Aufenthalt an diesem wunderbaren Platz im Burgenland. Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Freundlich, nahe am See, ideal für Ausflüge, gesicherter Radabstellplätze... umfangreiches Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Diesmal durften wir uns über ein besonders schönes Zimmer freuen. Und das Burgenland ist eine meine Lieblingsdestinationen. Nach dem Motto: Warum in die weite Ferne reisen, wenn das Schöne so nahe ist.

Vorweg, ich bin ein totale Rust Fan und Burgenland Fan. Das Hotel ist ein grosses Hotel mit wirklich guter Lage direkt am See. Ich war im Dezember da. Da ist alles sehr friedlich. Schon beim Einchecken mussten wir geraume Zeit warten, da das gesamte Personal im Backoffice verschwunden war. Das Zimmer war Ok, nur den Seeblick musste man erahnen.
