A solid choice of hotel right in front of the Aqueduct on the edge of the old town, making it easy to find and easy to get to by car/taxi. Like many Spanish hotels of this era it may feel a tad tired compared to newer builds or bigger chains, and in theory could perhaps do with updating, but in reality is clean and convenient so there’s not much it would gain by chucking money at replacing 1960s tiles floors with 2020s ones tbh. Used by many coach tours

The front desk staff are great - really helped us out during the Great Power Cut of 2025!

The room is nice and clean, with a wonderful view. The sound isolation of the room is pretty bad. We did not sleep well, since the person slept next room was snoring loudly almost the entire night. We can hear it clearly, it really bothered us. We were not able to fall asleep until early morning. Sigh!

Great location! Everything was clean and staff very friendly. It is an older hotel so took the AC a while to get cold for us to sleep comfortably. For the location it was great for our needs to explore and travel around Segovia. Right next door to amazing restaurant- Maribel. As soon as you walk out of the hotel the Aqueduct is right there! We would definitely stay again

We were allocated room number 114, which was at ground level and had a view of a dustbin, It was very noisy all through the night. The parking was secure but public and at 18euros a day was very expensive even with a discount.

If you read others reviews you will see people complaining about the hotel being outdated, I don't know what these people are expecting when visiting all this beautiful and historical places. If you are looking for a modern hotel, stay in Madrid.

Great stay.

The hotel was nice, it has a convenient location near the Roman Aqueduct, and near the center of the city. Although I wanted to go to the rooftop restaurant to have have a meal while having a nice view of the aqueduct, but it was closed. Overall, I had a great experience. I would stay again.

The bathroom smelled really bad- like sewer backing up in the pipes. Told the front desk. The receptionist looked rather put out and seemed like she had a lot of issues to deal with. The owners need to put effort into renovating the hotel- it's in a really good location but it is run down.

The hotel is beautifully situated with a dramatic view over the aqueduct right from the front door. I popped out of the cab to take a picture before my copious luggage was even unloaded. The staff is lovely and quickly helped with my only issue: my room and the corridors smelled of cigarettes even though it is a non-smoking property. But this was easily rectified: I opened my windows and the room aired quickly. And someone stopped by later to give the room a quick spray and that cleared up any possible remaining odor. The decor of my room was a bit dated but the lobby and common areas were pretty. Perhaps my room reflected the fact that I booked two days beforehand and got a bargain of a rate! In fact the hotel was sold out and it appears to be one of the nicest ones in Segovia. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom (spotless) included a bidet, a feature I quite like. The Best Part of the hotel, and Not To Be Missed, is the rooftop terrace. Come and see it for yourself as I don’t wish to reveal too much.

Perfect location just a few steps from the main attractions without having to go far into the twisting crowded old part of town. You can park in the parkade just under the hotel and tour the rest of the pedestrian area as you wish.

The room was small, 2 twin beds, bad shower, no view of the aqueduct as advertised, smelled like sewer, parking €$16 extra, unfriendly check in, breakfast not included. What else could be bad? One positive point is its location. This was the only bad experience we had throughout the entire 12 day trip.Do not reccomend.

After 3 days in Madrid I drove up to Segovia for a night. The hotel had a garage downstairs for my car but it wasnt free. It set me back about 13 or 18 Euros but its the price you pay for driving around Spain. The staff was nice. The room was nice. Everything was in its place. Nothing bad about the hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel, and were happy with the situation, right by the Plaza Acueducto and with many cafes and restaurants nearby.
It is easy to find (no narrow streets to negotiate) and there is a huge underground carpark at which the hotel gets a discounted rate. Tthe breakfast provided however is poor -better to go to a nearby cafe.

Great stay in a hotel that has great views of the aqueduct with the added bonus of a rooftop bar to allow you to \"view while you drink\".

The hotel is very quiet as well as being very close to the aqueduct and the room was large enough with a decent bed. The only negative about the room was the very noisy aircon which was either \"on\" or \"off\" so you couldn't do anything about making it quieter.

Breakfast was only €6 but was barely worth it. The fruit was soft and spongy, the croissants were tough and the orange juice, well it was orange that's about as good as it got. Cereal, yoghurt and OK coffee was the best I could manage. The next day we found one of many cafes for a decent breakfast.

Parking is impossible on the street but there is parking right outside the hotel that is underground and safe. The hotel reception do a deal that costs €18 a day, expensive but typical for places with restricted street parking.

Bottom line is that I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

A localização do hotel é excelente, bem em frente dos aquedutos romanos, super pertinho do centro histórico, fazendo com que a estadia fosse muito cômoda. Tudo ok, porém os travesseiros muito altos, sem opção de travesseiros baixos, poderia melhorar este quesito. O resto muito bom para categoria.

La habitación limpia. Es un acierto tener la zona de ducha en un espacio separado al W.C., facilita las cosas cuando somos 3 personas en una misma habitación.
El personal de la recepción es muy amable y te ayudan en lo que necesites.
La ubicación del hotel está increíble para trasladarse al casco histórico, y la vista del acueducto es privilegiada. Me volveré a hospedar alli y recomendaré a quienes quieran pasar su estancia en Segovia

He pagado más que en uno de 4 estrellas de Salamanca y no he estado mejor. Mucho ruido. Se oye todo, desde los pasos en el piso de arriba como hablar en la habitación de al lado. Para colme por una calle que está al lado del hotel, la habitación daba a ese lado, a todas horas pasaban coches con un ruido considerable, que no facilitaba dormir. No lo aconsejo y desde luego no volveré a ese hotel.

Serviço de pedreiro e marceneiro até no sábado pela manhã na construção de um novo quarto vizinho ao que eu estava (501). Barulho de martelos e serralheira. Reclamei e solicitei gentilmente mudança para outro quarto, pois estava se tornando insuportável a minha estadia. Não fui atendido.

水道橋から歩いてすぐ。部屋によっては窓から水道橋ば見えない。私が滞在したときは反対側の部屋で教会の塔の前でした。
きちんとメンテナンスしている。水回りのコーキングをきちんとして綺麗で清潔。エアコンも新しいものに交換されていました。
