The check in employee was very cold and impersonal. My room had club access, but the key was not programed for the second floor. I went back to rekey it, then the key did not work for my room. After the second attempt, I gave up on the club. The club was a joke, inferior to any clubs I've visited. The room attendant and the restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. Also you have this room under suite category, but the most this room can be a junior suite.

I rarely write reviews, but our exceptional stay at Radisson Blu Noida compelled me to write one.
Our rooms were beautiful, immaculately maintained, and the breakfast buffet left us spoilt for choice. What stood out most for me though was the hospitality. Check in was stress-free, Dhananjay ensured a seamless process; and Neetu at reception went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable - so much so that my little one wouldn’t stop talking about her long after we had left ! Every single staff we came across - from the security staff at gates, doorman, reception and restaurant staff, and other staff in the lobby, all were extremely courteous and helpful.
Thank you for making our stay memorable, definitely coming back again.

The service, location, food, and convenience of this hotel can't be beat. Everyone was so wonderful! I would stay there again in a heart beat.
The only thing I was unhappy with was that our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years. It was overwhelming and I regret not asking the hotel to move us to a different room. The floor said that it was a non-smoking floor, but there was an ashtray in the room - so obviously someone had been smoking in it. The smell was BAD!
Other than that, everything else was exceptional.

The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel was great. Water in the bathrooms was clean. About 100 TDS unlike the 1100 TDS in Noida. ONLY one thing they need to do ; No need to have an attendant in the elevators. Its quite odd to have that in such a small elevator.

We had an excellent experience at Radisson Blu. For the four days that we stayed, the staff was always courteous and very helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. This extended to the breakfast team, the restaurants, the bell boys, and all other staff too.

The banquet facility was wonderful too. We had a celebration attended by about 55 people and our entire experience was very positive. The food was wonderful and the catering staff was always alert and active.

Radisson is a brand name that is well known for their hospitality, but this stay of ours was very disappointing in every way possible. The room we initially booked was small so we upgraded to bigger rooms for me and my family. While the bigger rooms were good in size, the service and overall hospitality at this location was awful.

In-room dining was one of the worst I've seen in years, not because of the taste of the food but because of the way the food and cutlery was provided. On almost every occasion that we ordered food for 4 or more people, we would have to call back because either the cutlery was not provided or two spoons and forks were provided without napkins for four or more dishes. It got so bad, that we actually had to purchase napkins and cutlery from outside so we don't have to eat cold food while waiting for them to sort this out. We complained every time and were told it will be fixed but they never got to it.

The front-desk at times was very rude and outright abusive calling us to scold that we left stuff in some room, which wasn't even ours to begin with. What made this incident worse was that the accuser wasn't even having a conversation but outright scolding us to get our stuff out. The hotel later apologized but it was too late.

There was no monitoring of face masks as people would sit in the lobby without one and no one would bother to remind them making my family and I very skeptical of the safety measures. Not a good place to stay!

Just an okayish stay

It was a 3 days 2 nights stay, and i was surprised that they didnt do any housekeeping on any of the days. I was never told at the time of checkin, whether they were not doing it because of Covid, but found it strange, considering they consider themselves to be a 4 star hotel. I even had to ask separately for drinking water, which was highly irritating.
The hotel seems to have lived past its prime, and the rooms clearly show signs of ageing, lack of maintenance. But all this doesnt bother me, as much as the basic housekeeping which i definitely expected.

Excellent service and facilities. I also took the spa package and was able to enjoy massages, hair treatments, facial, pedicure and threading. The decor could use a little updating, I personally don’t like portraits of people I don’t know in my room. The hotel is also just a hop away from DLF Mall of India. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall stay was good, Only one thing went wrong, At the time of check out, I was asked by a guy, did i take anything from minibar, i said no.
Then he called someone and said check this room, and i waited 5 min there for confirmation, that we did not consumed anything, After that he processed our checkout procedure, and i went out.

Now my question is this - If you do not trust me then why you asked me for consumption. (You directly check first do not ask this question)

If you are asking a question like this to customer, either he consumed and he said he didn't, You have to trust the customer.

Once you asked me you can not call for cross check in front of me and ask for check, i found like you are insulting your customer.

I am a very frequent traveler, i used to stay in Marriott & Taj even i am a Marriott silver elite member. ( I never seen a response like this )
They people ask me but they never cross check me, at least not in front of me.

So my stay was good, But this thing made my experience worst

A very freaky and unpleasant experience. I stayed at this hotel solo many times. This time, I booked this hotel for one of my female friends. Being a woman staying alone, in the name of security, she got stalked and harassed by the hotel staff. She couldn’t stay at the hotel, not even for a single night. When I questioned, the floor manager, Ankit Singh, regarding the incident, he hid himself behind the security policies. I’m not sure why he is in the hospitality industry. Overall, no action was taken. I would no recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stains and marks that looked like they just needed to be wiped, in many spots. The light switches are confusing and the room needs a full length mirror. Needs a bit cleaning and updating.

The staff at the hotel is AMAZING!! They go above and beyond for your needs and requests. They are extremely courteous and helpful. We lost our cell phone on our way to checking out and two staff members from the front desk spent nearly an hour helping us. Another member helped us with currency exchange. The housekeeping staff was also very responsive and courteous. The service rivals any high end hotel. Lucy in the spa gave the best massage. The best part of this hotel are the PEOPLE that work there. Can’t say enough about them. Only down side - renovations that we were unaware of when booking - noisy during the day and the AC in the Prive room not effective.

The Radisson experience touched me Deeply. I would give it 10 stars if I could. ********** I have been fortunate to call it my Delhi home for nearly a month while I created my Goddess clothing line Divine Yoniverse. I will say this - the Yoniverse magic is the direct result of the deep quality Love, Luxury and Care that this ahhhmazing hotel has provided me with. Wow! I have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world, and no other has left me as moved and inspired as Radisson Blu Noida. The above and beyond care in everything from food to the magical towel sculptures that spontaneously showed up on my bed! I felt like a Queen in a proper Castle with a loving Team taking care of me.
I am so Grateful for the profound Luxury upgrade and the opportunity to enjoy the exquisite Prive experience! Ahhhh....left me speechless! It truly felt like home and I can safely say now I have known the meaning of Luxury. Thank you beautiful Housekeeping team for every surprise bouquet you brought to me and all the complimentary roses that you didn't have to bring, and yet you did knowing how much I love flowers.
