Good size of room , clean room , all staff is good . Issue with policy of the hotel , they put the mini Bar in your room that might cost you all to gather USD 10 and when you checking out the receptionist ask you did you use mini Bar ? When I answered,yes I used it a 1 pack of snacks . She said ok let's wait for the confirmation from the room boy . I waited for 15 to 20 mints , then I told them them to charge me for whole minibar . I would say they should not put any mini bar or just add in to room service.

The room was in good condition, but there was a great deal of construction at the hotel. The top floor lounge was closed - despite the hotel selling us club lounge access. There was actual drilling and hammering right next to our room.

Overall a OK international brand hotel, but certain areas needs improvement. (1) why it forbiddens guest for bringing in food into the hotel (2) no invoice at the end of check-out (3) wall is not noise-proof, you hear everything from neighbouring room (4)client condition generally ok but attention required in details (5) the telephone in the room does not work

The room and hotel was well kept. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. The only downside was the food in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet needs to be changed daily, instead of having the same food. Also, the quality of the food is inconsistent. Other than that, this hotel is very recommended.

Used condom under the bed

Prior to my arrival, I tried to get ahold of them to arrange for an airport pick up. I sent them a message through hotels.com but there was no response until probably a day prior to my arrival. I even tried calling them,using my own data just to reach their office but phone just kept on ringing. I was so upset , I sent them multiple messages about my frustration. They got back to me but even the day of my departure , they said “ they are still trying to make arrangement or still finding a car to pick me up “ at the airport . I was actually surprised because this is not a 2 or 3 star hotel. For them, to have issues in finding a car to pick me up at the airport seems unlikely. So, I finally arrived and gave us our room. I found it odd that despite the bed appeared made and seems clean, the carpet looked dirty. We just ignored it because we were tired from our flight everything was fine until my AirPod fell under the bed and I blind swiped it and as I pulled it towards me, I accidentally grabbed a condom as well and it was used! I told the manager about it! I took a picture of it and showed it to them . I’m not going to post the image here to save everyone’s sight of this grossness. They immediately changed our room and gave us free dinner at the restaurant. The damage is already done though . I mean , I would not dampen my whole review at this hotel with 1 or 2 incidents. The staff has been amazing and helpful inspite of. Shreya, the manager tried her best 2 accommodate us

Overall had an excellent stay. The location is amazing. Close to a lot of landmarks. Service is outstanding with very helpful and attentive personal. We enjoyed the pool area and the spa. Just a suggestion to keep the pool area open longer than 10pm. It is a great place to unwind at the end of the day so would be great if it could be open till late.

Loud pool party

This is a clean and reasonably-priced hotel. Everything is slightly above average. Not amazing. But, above average. The service, the food, the rooms, etc. A 7.0 or 7.5 out of 10.

My one (significant) complaint is that a loud party was planned on the pool deck with gigantic speakers less than 30m away, and pointed directly at the building. I called at 10pm and was informed that the party would last until midnight. To their credit, they significantly turned down the volume around 10:30 p.m. after I (and presumably every other guest) called to complain.

Still, the experience leaves me wondering if the management is prioritizing profits over common sense. In what world is it ok to blast speakers outside of a hotel until midnight? Are they making bad decisions elsewhere?

I had food poisoning at one point during my trip. I have no way of knowing whether it was from the hotel food or from something I ate off-site. The pool party debacle makes me wonder if other shortcuts are being taken behind the scenes.

My stay was really good at Crowne Plaza. Staff service, cleanliness and amenities are all good. They provided early check in at no extra cost. Staff is very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast options are limited and lacks taste.

1. Ask for iron and till next day not arrive. Need a reminder the following day than arrival

2. Ask for loose change of currency, only indicate no change but did not offer to make available once available. Service can be better

3. Needed to be reminded on 1st morning for takeway breakfast. 2nd morning didnt even pass the packed breakfast to me though I'm checking. These packed breakfasts are prior arranged and ok.

4. The print out invoice given to me has no payment details! I only realized when on plane. How do I claim expenses on a blank invoice !

My overall experience was good if not excellent. I have stayed in other hotels in its vicinity and found this hotel to be by far much better than others (Holiday Inn, IIDL).
Breakfast is fine, however there can be an improvement in breakfast quality.
Overall cleanliness and service is good.
Swimming pool is well maintained and clean. Pool and gym instructors like Bhagwan and Sushil are always there and to help.

Super comfortable bed, i paid this for my wife to stay for a day from daily grind. Coffee make didn't work but the fixed it. Dinning table needs adjustments, they shake when dining. Hair in ratia. The person who checked my wife in kept her waiting for over 25 mins and didn't even giver he the room key card. She had to ask the other person.

Oily breakfast area, poor location facing sewage.

Hotel is inconveniently located if you are going to the West side of the city. Located infront of a fetid river and facing a sewage treatment plant and stench will come over to the pool when the wind is blowing the right way. Breakfast area has bad ventilation and you WILL smell of kitchen after you are done with your meal due to no extraction AHU. So please have your breakfast then go up for a shower before leaving for the day. Either that, sit as close as possible to the lobby side. Worst hit are those nearest to the kitchen. Breakfast layout need a rethink as it is haphazardly placed and will have you pinging around like a busy bee. Illogically placement.

We met with courteous staff and had a prompt check-in. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a comfortable sleep. The breakfast spread was sumptuous accompanied with great service. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the toilet did not have a faucet. Importantly, as about 80% or more guests using the hotel still are Indians, it would be good for the hotel to consider this. I have stayed in many other crowne plaza proerties in variuous locations earlier and have not faced this issue.

Comfortable stay.. pleasing room and staff. Loved the ambience.

The check in was quick and they accommodated my request for an early check in without any extra payment.

The food was ordered mostly to room and it was served at time and in right temperature. Even though I would have preferred that they should have cleared the plates on time without an extra reminder.

Didn't have enough time to explore the spa or gym or other facilities but my overall experience was happy and I would definitely recommend for you to check in.

Last week my family and I spent 6 nights at the Crowne Plaza on holiday ... the service in all areas was beyond expectation!
Facilities from the large rooms, comfortable beds, lovely pool, sauna, steam room, gym, bar, business support and fantastic meals faultless ....
Commutable to all Delhi & Agra sights by an efficient, clean, modern and air conditioned metro and express train recommend 3 day metro tourist pass.
Highly recommend, there were endless list of individuals that made this stay memorable.
'BIG THANK YOU' to the Crowne Plaza Team, we loved our holiday in Delhi and will be back !
