Just bad and not worth the money

This hotel is in such a bad state. I don’t know who gave them this number of stars, may be it was bribed. No one in right state of mind would believe the stars which I got tricked with. There were more mosquitos inside than outside. The towels, bed sheets, lighting, floors everything is falling apart. Balcony is super dirty. Buffet food is below expectations. The staff is general is pleasant expect the girl on duty in the breakfast hall seems really unhappy with her job. Overall I would never stay here again, would rather chip in a few more bucks and stay some where better. I never expected this to be so bad. Tv is basic which also stopped working the second day.

This property was one the best in Mayur Vihar region under Fraser Suits but now under IIDL suits everything going down from room conditions to food. Even front desk staff don’t want to response to your greeting. Young staff without any supervision not learning how to speak to their guest. Me snd my family using this property since 8 years and

Property rated 5 star but its not even 3 star property.
They are saying non smoking rooms but there are smoking smells in the bedrooms and we found empty cigarette pack in the drawer.
One of bed's comforter and bedsheet was dirty.
Kitchen counter kickplate was broken and dirt was visible.
We requested extra rolling bed at time of booking but they denied and asked money.
Spa room has dirty smells, not good for health. Swimming pool has no warm water.
This property required lots of renovation and need to upgrade.
I will never book this property again, it is better to spend litter more money to somewhere else.

TLDR; Mr. Prayag Rawat is a Liar and cheat and do not trust a word he says.

This review is specifically for Mr. Prayag Rawat. The hotel itself was fine but I requested an early checkout due to personal reasons and confirmed with the front office manager that they will issue a refund for the unused days.

Once I checked out and tried to get the refund I was put in touch with Mr.Rawat who kept passing the buck to Expedia and kept insisting somehow I am supposed to get Expedia to issue an amended voucher. Then after much back and forth with Expedia and iidl I managed to get Expedia to send them an email etc. Which Mr.Rawat confirmed and asked me for a couple of days time to issue the refund as they were waiting for an amended commission request from Expedia.

I explained that the commission is purely a matter between Expedia and iidl and my refund should be issued. But he refused now after 2 months he has flatly refused to honor the refund claiming Expedia has not sent them a voucher.

Check-in process was efficient and the front desk was friendly and polite. Building and room condition was disappointing with dated furniture.

I had some setup issues with the internet (which turned out an error on my part) but the front desk was very helpful and even walked up to my room to help with the setup.

The hotel is not centrally located and, with Delhi traffic, at least 30 minutes drive from the city center (Connaught Place). There is, however, a Metro station conveniently located within walking distance.

My Flight was Cancelled by the Airlines to Philippines, so ended up cutting my trip short & flying back to USA, went to the hotel & told them the problem a week before check in to the hotel to cancel the booking, was also advised to let Expedia know about the problem & cancel the booking for a full refund, Expedia also did a very poor job in trying to reach the hotel to cancel the booking as they were not able to reach iiDL , when I called the Sales Manager Mr. Rawat he refused to cancel the booking & did not want to refund the 3 nights that I was unable to unvail. Do not trust the Indian counterparts once they get your money if you will ever get a refund. I or my friends would never recommend this hotel again. Stay away.

First of all your staff needs intensive customer service training and people love to have smile in front desk but we found good customer service in hotels restaurant very interesting. Customer service, friendly approach, open mind and ready to take any type of customer. But we found very tense and not a little smile.
What is different between a man wearing in suit and has no customer service and a labor. Both are working if you show a illiterate man just handover key card n give show the room, he can do easily then why hired a professional literate man.
So looks like this hotel staff need very intensive training and this hotel need very friendly people then why tense and frustrating doing job here

Although the air quality was horrible in Noida at the time of our stay, the hotel was perfect for our needs, with an in-room washer/dryer, ironing board & iron, kitchenette plus all the other standard amenities. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were always very courteous and responsive to our needs.

Good sized rooms. Clean and well presented. Our cleaner catered to our requirements well. Excellent water pressure in the shower with both waterfall and handheld devices. Large fridge and good cupboard space. Bose sound system was a nice characteristic.
The bad:. Breakfast service was disappointing as most of the hot dishes were not maintained at the proper temperature, and most were cold. Dairy items were at room temperature and as the days went on, the bakery products were getting stale. However there was a good fresh fruit selection. Be very careful with the boiled eggs. We found rotten ones.

We stayed here for 6 days and due to having a nice clean pool, pool table, table tennis, spa, barber, massage, sauna and good food, we barely had to go out if we didn't want to! Washer dryer combo in the room, dishes, microwave/ convection oven, small kitchen area and a bathrub and shower!!!! I love this place!! The staff is super friendly and the housekeepers are honest. Food is good too!

Anees & Rekha were EXCELLENT and made the stay very comfortable. Rooms are very spacious but need renovation... a bit run down. Breakfast is good and hearty. Commuting is no issue if you do not have your own vehicle. There was a corporate party in their Party Hall and the music was BLARING until the wee hours of the night... The managment did not pay attention to this nor did they try stopping it.. This was very uncomfortable. Overall a very good and comfortable stay

Booked this hotel via expedia, all paid in advance.
Hotel doesnt look like a 4.5 star. Food menu is quite limited when it comes to international cuisine. Also, try ordering only Singnature dishes everything else is rubbish. You expect better tasting food from a 4.5 star hotel. This hotel has some strange visitors rules. When one of my friend came to visit me, i was asked what time she will be leaving and i was asked if i can come downstairs and meet my friends in the hotel lobby ( none of my friends slept over night in my room). They also mentioned something about visitors hours like its a hospital not a hotel. Dissapointed overall, not going back ever again. Housekeeping staff if really good and helpful. Also, they needed ID proof from my friend when they came to visit me, which is ok. But one of the guy from hotel staff missused my female friend phone number by contacting her after i checked out. The guy later accepted that he work at Fraser suits and also apologised for his behaviour. Not really what you expect from a international hotel chain. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here based on my past experience and was very nice. But this time they did very poor job, I had to pay 10000 (200$) to do photoshoot in room and that too did not allow to go outside of the room.

Their room condition getting poor and they don’t repair. I asked travel adapter twice and none of them worked so I had to buy new one. Their power sockets are loosen and need repair

Lovely place to stay.

From being picked up at the airport (which was a blessing) to how helpful the staff where all the time.
Nothing was to much trouble and they would try to help I’d they could.
The area is a slight journey to the centre but your away from all the hectic traffic and volume of bodies. It’s still busy but not as bad.
The 2 bedroom suite was lovely, the beds where lovely and it was an all round pleasure staying her.
Well done to the Fraser suites New Delhi.

It looked more to a service-appartment then a hotel.
the room are big, the bathroom also, the bedding are great and clean
the only complain is the noise. i might be in the wedding period of December but the traffic noise are still very noticeable.
we first had a second floor room facing the street, and that was really not good.
the noise isolation is inexistant and everything from the street, we could hear.
we kindly asked for a change and the hotel staff changed our room to the 7th floor, facing backwards of the street. a huge difference! i thank them for this move !
you have a small kitchen where you can cook and also a washing machine.
tea packs and 4 bottles of water. the supply is great.
overal, i did expect the outside environment of the hotel to be indian style but for the hotel itself, its a good one.

Hotel is located close to sewerage area...canal has very bad smell so the air. View from hotel room is not nice. Basic facilities are there. Staff hesitates to brief guest on the services available in the hotel. Service quality is not great. House keeping team doesn't know what to keep in the rooms according to number of guests in the room. They should maintain some SOP. Balcony access was not there... Door was closed without any instructions. Breakfast options were not good. Infrastructure wise looks nice.

Not the best value for your money

We stayed at the hotel twice in Oct 2017.
First time as it came up with good rates for a family of four adults, two bed room suite.
Second time we stayed here knowing that it is close to all the place that we need to get to. If it wasn't for that I would have stayed at some other five star hotel for lot less.
Hotel rooms, décor, fittings are dated. In the kitchen, molding under the kitchen counter was hanging. Bathroom sinks were slow to drain. Can use some renovations and upgrading.
Biggest thing that ticked me off, was the room cleanliness, not upto 5 star standards. Other thing is the safe in the hotel rooms. We had two suites first time and one two bedroom suite second time. In all the rooms the safe in the room was not secured at all. Some one can easily walk away with the safe with all your valuables in it. Did report it to the front desk.
Staff is quite pleasant to work with. Breakfast had good variety.

All in all it was an OK experience, as I said if it was not the location that worked for us, I would have stayed some where else.

Staff needs to be trained in customer service. Smiles are rare, except from the females. Get rid of the male reception staff if they feel it is so beneath them to be in the hospitality industry. At checkout I was just shoved the credit card machine with one word, pin! I had to point out that he should have said please- after which I had a more civil exchange. I am only recommending the place for convenience- everything else just ok

This is an excellent hotel. The suite was for all practical purposes a one bedroom apartment with a complete kitchen. It had a washer/dryer but the washer did not work so the hotel got my laundry done at no charge. The complementary breakfast is fabulous with a large number of choices. Service is very good and the bathrooms were fully modern and clean.

Fraser Suites - Disappointing

I was here on a business trip and honestly I was very disappointed. The hotel location is far from the central hub of the city which is ok, because it takes about 20-25 minutes to reach anywhere in Delhi, however the room cleanliness and comfort was quite disappointing. There were many mosquitoes in the room (even when the windows were closed), the phone lines were not clear and audible, the pillow covers had a lot of dirt on it and at the same time the upkeep of the bathrooms was not great either.

In addition to the above issues, I ordered room service and again to my disappointment, the Noodles were not tasty at all, no silverware provided as they expected to use the ones which are in the room (which again means I dont know when they were cleaned last), and the overall food quality was very mediocre.

Even the quality of the bathroom and the upkeep was very bad. There was a bathtub but didnt feel like getting into it because of the basic upkeep and housekeeping. This is NOT at all what I expected of a brand like Fraser Suites.

Anyway, take my advice and please DO NOT stay here as there are plenty of options available.

Our stay at the hotel was overall pretty good, But the hotel is more focused on Multinational Corparate Clients...The hotel and the staff is just not children friendly...Afterall they a shaby very small play area on the ninth floor for children which only has pool table in it...So i was pointed very rudely ecspecially by this one staff Rekha At the reception when my 1 year old son was playing with a balloon she said \" Please...This is a lobby area and not a play zone\" cant really explain her facial expressions in words but she was very RUDE...Besides while i was checking out i was blamed for a mirror damage which honestly wasnt from my side yet they insisted the same over and over again that to me when i had checked out paid my 5 day stay bills which was around 45 G and uncessarly haressed me when my luggage was loaded in the car and i was just above to leave they killed my time in rhe arguements for about 45 minutes...My overall experience says its a good hotel for business people but not the best for families.

Gad a bad expierence with the in house service where the terms and conditions where given but at the time of doing the deal we as the clients were made to be the liars .Although we showed them the terms and condition as was given to us by hotel.com on our confirmation of the bookings.

A haunted hotel but quite interseting

Stay was good but me and my wife felt some paranormal activity,even Bible and Bhagwad gita was kept in our dressing table but we felt something and when i asked the manager while i was leaving they said that we are right its haunted hotel no staff sleeps at night in the hotel some spirits have been seen in the hotel a while ago.

Nice stay in Delhi

We liked the hotel--staff was kind and very helpful and attentive to all our requests and needs. The food provided for breakfast was delicious. We also ordered room service for dinner two nights--the food came quickly and was amazing. The bed was very large and comfortable and the wi-fi was fast and reliable, which was really nice. Lots of hot water for the shower, bathrooms and bedroom very clean. I felt safe with the security measures provided. The only disappointing thing was that the kids were looking forward to using the pool, but we did not swim as there were lots of pigeon feathers in it, the top looked filmy, and no pool towels. Thankfully there was a kids' play room and a game room right next door which they enjoyed. Overall, great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Spacious rooms with good breakfast included

The two bedroom suites was very spacious and reasonably priced for a family.
There is a well equipped gym on the top floor.
Breakfast was great and was included.

The hotel is located in a busy part of that area, but it was convenient for us because we wanted to visit people who lived there. The front desk, house keeping and gym staff are helpful and gracious. Just don't ask them to do something outside the guidelines set by the hotel owners.
The hotel restaurant is open 24 hours and can provide a nice meal at typical hotel prices. We used it when we wanted a change from Indian food.

Two bedroom apartment in Delhi

Pro: Very nice place when a 2 bedroom suite is needed. Full kitchen in the apartment and restaurant downstairs with free breakfast. We especially like having a washer and dryer in the apartment. Roomy and comfortable.
Not much in the area, but convenient (with car) for the sight-seeing we wanted to do.
Staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
Con: Apartment is beautiful, but needs TLC and a through cleaning. Floors in hallway are severely warped and food down the fronts of kitchen cabinets, 2 plates & less than bare essentials in kitchen, to name a few...
